Experiencia negativa: Stopped selling fish now don't bother going
Experiencia positiva: Closes at 4pm not 4:30 Could you please update your opening times on google. Made a one hour round trip to visit the store to find it was closed at 3:50pm

I can only apologise for this, we recently changed our opening times and thought this had been updated but having just checked it had not.. My fault for this error this has now been updated and thank you for bringing this to my attention...

Experiencia negativa: Ordered online for next day delivery but wasn’t expecting next day as ordered Boxing Day but by 28th hadn’t received a dispatch noticed so chased it up to ask when it would be sent and to ask if it could be sent by 29th at least and to which I got a very sarcastic and rude message back and a refund! Never ordering from these people again!

Nice of you to call into our store and thank you for your feed back .... we are very competitive on pricing and monitor the dry goods we sell with some of the much larger stores and are like for like on prices for most of our goods ... at the moment prices are higher on live stock due to the Covid 19 and we have to apply a surcharge to the live stock at the moment due to high shipping charges ..... We are only a small store and not got the buying power of some of the larger stores you may have been to making it difficult to compete on price .... however we offer services for custom built aquariums systems that most of the other stores in the UK can’t compete with for like for like and quality .... we hope to see you again if you are passing....

Experiencia fantástica: The first time I went here their advice and help was more than useful and the equipment I bought wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, this time as before the advice and the suggestions on what size internal filter I needed for the size of my tank, which is 500 litres unfortunately they didn't have one big enough but were brilliant for advising the best places to try. I can't thank them enough.
Experiencia fantástica: I’ve kept fresh water fish for a while decided I’m going to get a marine set up. Went to fit filtration for some advice, Lee was very helpful. The store was clean and have a good arrange of fish and corals. The most important part is how the fish look, all the fish were healthy not stressed and showing bright colours, will definitely be going again

Sorry you were not satisfied with the tank prices.. We would have liked to have explained that if you request a custom built aquarium there are different materials and build qualities involved when quoting for your tank. You will find various prices up and down the country and if comparing the prices the tank and build quality has to be like for like... If you had a lower quote then maybe that tank supplier were using thinner glass to keep the price low. If you would like to call down to the shop we we would love to show you the quality of our tanks and pricing options and all services available to you... The guy in the back office was trying to explain the options for your tank to the staff. We give full itemised quotes on request and we would love you to a call down to see us... Have a great day...

Experiencia negativa: Took some coral in to trade and was told I would receive give voucher by email. Week later after no email went back for coral to find it half sold but was told it bleached and had to be thrown away. A very dishonest owner who doesn’t think twice about ripping off people who shop there.
Your corals were not in a good state when you brought them in and just dropped them in un- announced which is not the way to do things considering we are dealing with live stock........
Experiencia fantástica: Got to give this shop a 5 star rating . Went in on Saturday for advice regarding starting a marine setup. The advice was second to none Those guys are very knowledgeable and what they told me compared to other shops Was just what I wanted to hear ... I got a full run down of every item that I needed and was adviced what would be best for the size of tank I was wanting.. They don't to try sell you anything you don't need just to get a sale...we spoke to a guy named Ash this guy is top notch we left the shop with what you could say a book of advice told us everything we needed to know.. We had a few other shops to get prices but after chatting to the guys in there we decided to go back and buy our first marine set up . They are even going to set it up and get it running for me .. Couldn't ask for more ... Would highly recommend Forgot to say the tanks are spotless and fish stock very healthy

And as always a free coffee while I'm in store, what more could you ask for..?

Experiencia negativa: Bought over priced snails, took 30 mins to acquire sifting through a bunch of dead snails to finally give me what i didnt want, just a bunch of random snails, of course 3/5 of them was dead the next day, should of known. Shop owner said he was getting specific stock in later in the week, waited all week phoned and was told "not here" so matter of fact. No sorry no nothing. No sorry for making you wait all week for nothing. AVOID! Was clean at first, its run down now, owner is vague and abrasive and doesn't value other peoples time.
