Experiencia fantástica: Love this company. Had to have a waterbox 130.4 relocated for a new larger fish tank to take it's place. Approximately 400 gallons total water volume glass tank weighing over 700 pounds that needed to be moved into my house up two sets of stairs. Steve and company were amazing. They were able to move my current tank and get the new tank up to the proper location and set upon the stand without any difficulty. All under 4 hours. Price was reasonable and Steve kept good communication throughout the planning process. Would highly recommend Aquatica for anyone looking to have a fish tank moved.

Experiencia fantástica: The storefront is so fun to visit! The knowledge about saltwater and saltwater animals that every staff member has is incredible. Beyond the storefront, they do so much more than install, they perform consistent cleans/feedings of the tanks once installed in your home/office which allows for a beautiful aquarium in your home without having to perform the upkeep yourself. Highly recommend!

They are genuinely interested in the success of my tank, offer great advice and guidance, and can find you pretty much any reef creature your heart desires. Steve had sourced a pair of Black Storm clowns for me, and boy were they gorgeous. I was also headed out for a trip shortly after the fish arrived at the shop, and Steve took care of my new friends and fattened them up for the 10 days I was gone. Stoked to have found these guys!

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting this location, and it was really nicely laid out. Plus a lot of options I haven’t seen at other locations. Unfortunately i came towards the end of their stock week; so I missed out on some cool fish. But will definitely be going back. Steve the owner was very accommodating, and helpful. Plus very patient in explaining each coral piece I pointed out. Ended up getting a goby, peppermint shrimp, and some dollys. Although one dolly swam right into my sea carpet. ‍♀️ Thanks again Steve and everyone there!

Since then, this place has come my second home. They have helped me learn so much in the hobby. Responsive for any question or problem. Great selection in the store and willing to order for you. Above and beyond service, sharing the love for the hobby, wanting you to be successful, not just about making a sale.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here many years and it's recently changed hands, but nothing but positive has come of it. The new owner (I think his name is Steve) has started adding a new look and feel to the place, more options for supplies, equipment as well as livestock. He's extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help answers questions or offer suggestions to make whatever setup you have work as it should. Basically he's straight and to the point based on his knowledge. If you're trying to push boundaries of your setup, looking to buy something you shouldn't or that might not be compatible, don't be offended when he tells you "No," he's right and protecting your precious investment, but will steer you in another direction of choice. This is advice that most should take (unless you're an expert, I am not). All in all, great customer service, and good staff (including his Son that also works there sometimes).

They even took care of my fish and coral till my new tank arrived and cycled. His coral inventory is amazing!! If you care about the health and environment your reef aquarium provides to the many animals we enjoy in the hobby, I can think of no one better suited to help maintain these delicate environments than Steve and his crew at Aquatica.

This tank is over 400 pounds and they completed it fast and were very careful with the tank. Would definitely use them again for any of my aquarium needs. Would have given 10 stars if it was available.

Experiencia negativa: Beautiful store to visit, but buyer beware...If I could give zero stars, I would. Dave made a big point of having us test our water with him for several weeks, buy supplements from him for the water for corals, and sold us all of the fish and the other supplies for our tank. Then once he declared the water to be "perfect", he sold us additional fish and a cleaner shrimp. Within two week, all of our fish were dead and the cleaner shrimp was feasting on their carcasses. When we reported this to Dave, he said something must have been wrong with our tank. Duh! Thanks Dave, what was the point of all of the tests on the water? To make matters worse, Dave refused to refund us for any of the unused supplies we bought from him and took back the cleaner shrimp without offering to pay anything. We fully understand that salt water aquariums are tricky, but the lack of good customer service has lead us to completely give up on his hobby.

Experiencia negativa: Very cool place and nice and knowledgeable staff but overpriced corals and the fish are sick, too scared to buy anything because anything that looks somewhat healthy is sharing a tank with something that has velvet, ich or pinch guy. Pretty sad selection of snails and crabs overall an okay coral place just make sure u dip and QT anything from this place.

Good selection of coral from reasonably priced frags to mini colonies to centerpieces. I'll be stopping by any chance I get.

I have go thru a lot in getting my saltwater tank going and Dave went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my success. Always available when I had questions and support when I didn’t think I could do this. I have been dealing with customers for 45 plus years and Dave truly shows his clients are the most important thing to him. Thank you all !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is now my go to store. The owner really knows his stuff and is a solid business owner. Water changes with the "other guys" water my hard corals were dying. Hours with a water change of Aquatica's water and my tank is already happier and the dying corals or noticeable doing better. Their display tanks Speak for themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Yes much of what they sell has a price tag higher than the standard pet shop. Hower most of what they sell can not be found in an ordinary pet shop. They have star fish and sea horses and many very exotic fish and even anemones. Many of these if you did see them in a regular pet shop would likely be more expensive than they are here. Some people may complain that it is expensive. These people do not realize what it is they are looking at and how expensive they would be some where else. They have a green blue sea horse here that I have seen only once at pet smart sold for 45$ but here they sell it at 25$. Yes that is an expensive fish however it is being sold cheaper that the going rate. This is a shop of quality products, for serious fish lovers who seek more than Platys Guppies and Betas. Also they make custom tanks here, and engineer High quality habitats with full and divers ecosystems. If you want the most exotic fish and the best habitats for them and are not afraid to lay down some serious cash this is the place to go to get the best bang for your buck. I you want a couple gold fish and a Bala shark go some where else.

Dave saved my tank from complete catastrophe after another fish tank store improperly installed my tank components and the tank experienced an outbreak of ICH which killed half of my stock. Experiencia fantástica: Cleanest showcases in the area. Dave and Joe took the time to show me their quarantine and the filtration and seemed very proud of their setup. All of their fish are quarantined and feeding/healthy before being moved to the showroom floor. Arrival dates are listed for each fish and they provide tracking information on every fish's history. They do not use any copper medications in their tanks. The corals are healthy and thriving. Aside from a few zoanthids, none of the corals were sitting on plugs. They have some very unique specimens and some are showpiece quality straight from the store. Everything here is quality over quantity. They are setting the example for how all stores should be doing it.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had a saltwater tank about 40 years ago and struggled with it for around a year. We decided to try it once more and just by chance stopped in Aquatica and spoke to Dave. Dave walked us through everything and I might add still does. We went to four other stores in the area and came to the conclusion that Aquatica is the best. I have always believed that you get what you pay for and we have never had a problem with the equipment and supplies purchased from the store. We would highly recommend this store to the beginners as well as the experienced. The fish and corals are always in good health and Dave, Sara and Joe are extremely helpful with any issues we seem to have.

In the age corporate stores it is refreshing to see that independent shops can still thrive. Between Dave and Sarah, they have great knowledge of corals, fishes, and everything else that lives in a reef tank. They sincerely care about doing the right thing for their customers. They only advise what you really need and not up sell you like so many of the other stores. They have really unique specimens at very reasonable prices.
