Fantastic experience: Megan and Scott were great, and the aquarium a 332 gallon Acrylic, is awesome. The quality goes unchallenged. All of my fish are happy in their new home! Great people at the business. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Since I live nearby, I picked up the aluminum stand and aquarium with my truck. It’s a forever aquarium!

Fantastic experience: Megan and Scott were great throughout the process of building my tank. They gave me regular updates and sent me a cad drawing of the aquarium before they built it. They allowed me to make adjustments since the aquarium is custom made. It arrived exactly how I specified it and it is beautiful. The stand is a work of art, clearly hand crafted with care. The whole set up is heavy duty which tells me it is a quality piece of furniture and a beautiful addition to my home.

Fantastic experience: New resident to Florida here, and my first aquarium in about 15 years as I just retired from the military. Sun coast built me a custom acrylic 96x30x24 saltwater aquarium with dual external overflows and tsunami sump system for filtration, media, protein skimmer, and dual return pumps. This tank would be placed between two rooms, so external overflows provided a clear view right through the tank. Sun coast exceeded every expectation from our first meeting and custom build design, timeline, communication and correspondence throughout the process, and even delivery and install at my home. The stand for me with this company outside of build quality of my tank was the customer service and professionalism. know this company works with very high end clients including Clearwater and Tampa aquariums building amazing show tanks, but I never expected to be treated as such a valued and appreciated customer throughout the whole process even with a smaller home tank. This is a family owned business and you are treated as if you are family and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build an aquarium of any size and type whether a first time tank or looking to build your dream aquarium, as they did for me. Cannot thank sun coast enough for this aquarium and the memories watching my two year daughter grow up and how excited she gets running up to see the marine fish and corals everyday when the lights turn on. As a first time aquarium owner, I could not thank Megan and Scott enough for their patience, attentiveness, and guidance throughout the tank buying/assembly process. Megan and Scott were always very responsive to my phone calls and (many) questions that I had throughout the process. They ended up building me an absolutely beautiful half cylinder 80 gallon Tsunami aquarium. They customized it perfectly to fit a specifically angled wall in our home (see photos). When the tank and furniture arrived, I was amazed by the quality and durability of the pieces. I am so excited to have this breath taking, luxury centerpiece added to my home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Suncoast Aquarium & Pet Supply. I live about 40 miles from their offices so I was able to visit their factory (very, very impressive) and was able to sit down with the owner (Scott) and discuss my aquarium needs. Scott was great to work with and in a few short months he shipped to me an aquarium, stand and canopy that fit perfectly into the space. I found Scott and all his employees to be wonderful people to work with and if I ever need another tank built this will be the ONLY place that I will go to. To say that I am a very happy customer is an understatement. Great quality and exceptional customer service. Can you ask for more?

Fantastic experience: Ok, if you are looking to find a beautiful aquarium to purchase, this is the place to go. I got my 210-gallon half-cylinder tank about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. Best of all, you can't beat the customer service. When you call, select Scott for your rep. When I was dealing with Scott, I felt like I knew him for ages. He is quick to ask your call or return it. Even after doing business, he still emails me asking me how I felt about the tank. I will always recommend this company. If I'm down Clearwater again, I will stop by just to meet and thank Scott for his fantastic work as a customer representative.

Negative experience: We called to get information on a large custom tank and left a message for them. When they called back, they were very nasty and rude. The guy actually shouted at me "WHO ARE YOU? WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I told him we wanted a custom aquarium and he just kept shouting at me. WOW... BAD way to get business! Be careful.
