Experiencia positiva: This place always has some of the best prices and the treatment is quite friendly, but it's not really for inexperienced fish keepers. You should know exactly what fish you're getting and if it's compatible with your tank. The stock sells fast so you may not be able to get what you saw a couple days ago or just anything you have in mind. Always check before heading there.

Experiencia positiva: Not much choice for beginner fish. I didn't buy any. So not able to comment further. Only request is stock up more fish. Bit pricey on aquarium caves when comparing to online shops. Definitely coming back to check other things in future since I started new aquarium now.

Experiencia negativa: If your a newby fish purchaser and dont know about fish i would avoid this place. The guy there lied about a species of fish (guppy) that my hubby asked about the price of , saying it was a fancier species that it definitely wasn't just so they could charge more. And the guy was quit rude. Not to mention the crampt quantity of oranda fish in small tanks. This place has really gone down hill.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was very rude and have a bad attitude, I can see he depises me. When I request he put more oxygen in the fish bag for me because I travel long distance, he said “you are not special than anyone, if the fish die, it’s because of you not me”. The price is good because it’s sale but the attitude of the staff was unacceptable! Update: I didn’t say anything about my fish keep dying, I don’t have time to confide with you:), the only thing I say is can you put my fish in the bag with care pls, but what I got in return was an attitude face, eyes and contemptuous words, throwing the bag of fish at me and shouting, "Just check, make sure you check carefully and don't blame us. We have nothing to do with you. If the fish dies, it's because of you, not us.” And then he taught a lesson about fish and smiled scornfully as he despised me for not knowing anything about fish. I’m standing there with my face like Wth?:).

The owner of this company is a legend and really cares for his customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer! If you have any questions or if you’re looking for a particular fish, these are the guys you need to talk to. They also offer a fantastic range of freshwater fish and plenty of African Cichlids too choose from ! Very price competitive also! Wish I could rate higher!

Experiencia negativa: Looked for the shop and couldn’t find it ended up being in the back behind some stores on the main road in a industrial area i only realised it was there because of a graffiti sign saying fish the while place was black except aquarium lights the place looked very off went in there all the aquariums were well kept until i got to the back where about 25 young bichirs were kept in 2 litre tanks with little filtration in the dark Guy was sketchy and seemed very dishonest 2/10 happy i walked out of there unharmed

A guy serve there felt upset if customers required of choice of fish, and become rude. Owner never let you choose your own fish. Checked some of reviews, seem like every low reviews the owner reply back with low manner. A good person need to learn from the mistakes to become better. If there is lower than 1 star I would surely rate it. Would not recommended this. .
