Driftwood is nice , prices are half of a big box store. Bin will do everything you need, And not only that Fish Tropic Canada brings his stock here for sale. And sometimes you can catch him for a in depth knowledge session of Aquarium Keeping. Just ask Bin !!! Is what i say now.

Experiencia fantástica: Two weeks ago I called to inquire about treating my sick fish, and when I got there he immediately remembered my issue and gave me detailed instructions and helpful advice. So far, my fish is recovering, and I’m very grateful. Definitely a place where you’ll be in good hands and won’t try and sell you something that’s bad quality or that you don’t need.

Great experience with one of the older employee (sorry sir, I forgot your name) there. It's because of him he bought something else. He was very honest with us. He knew his stuff. He didn't want to sell us the mollies because they were not healthy. His exact words "I'm not gonna sell you these because they don't look ok..." To me that's worth something. Honestly and customer care at its finest. I will be visiting again with my other friends.

Experiencia negativa: Would give 0 stars if I could! The place is disgusting, the fishes and the birds in the back are in very poor condition and not taken care of! Do not support this business . They only care for a profit NOT the well being of the living (barely) things they have. Only go if you want to see spiders ,roaches ,dead fishes and unethical treatment of the birds hidden in the back.

Experiencia negativa: Today was my first experience. I visited mainly for discus. They had a wide range of discus. Sizes and colors. He also has very rare discus i never seen. I called the bunch of store and Bin was the only one who had discus. Update: The beautiful discus i bought had gil fluke. Im 100% it had the gill fluke long before it was introduce to my tank. I should have quarantine but had no tank available. Something to watch for are heavy breathing, discus who are sick are little darker and watch for white stringy substance hanging from gill. Do not recommend buying anything from this store. I seen dead fish in their tank. Its been almost 2 month ive tried every method to cure the fish but it seems like shes been neglected badly prior to purchase. I wanted to do good and support this business but im very disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Bit of a mixed bag. I bought this gorgeous little guy from M&J last month. There was pretty good selection in terms of livestock, and prices were great. The store hardware was dusty and dirty, but the tanks themselves were nice and clean. The livestock in the tanks seemed pretty healthy, too. The bettas, however, were in cups, and I spent the first three weeks with this guy in quarantine, treating him for a severe bacterial infection and epistylis infestation that he came with out of his cup. I'm positive he would have died had treatment been delayed for another day or two. I kept him precisely because I did not want him to die. He's doing well in his planted display tank now and has amazing personality. Tl;dr: absolutely do not skip quarantine with the livestock. Update: the fish developed organ failure/dropsy overnight after being symptom-free for a few months. Lack of other infection symptoms most likely points to internal damage from his previous illness, especially in conjunction with the neurological signs he displayed over time. It did not respond to treatment and I had to euthanize. I can't recommend the livestock in good faith.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed with quality of fish and attitude of the owner. Bought six fishes on February 16th. Within a couple of days one fish died. another fish developed ICK disease. Brought the matter to attention of the Owner, Bing. No consideration. He does not give any assurance that fish will remain healthy.

Experiencia positiva: A place for cheaper and fish, they have very good collection but my personal review is go for PetSmart because PetSmart employee guide you properly even when you are beginner because last time i buy 12 guppies from M&J Aquarium the owner not guide me properly how to carry it even didn't mention any precautions for that and at the end all guppies die in 20hr i really hurt me. So if you are beginner please ask owner for proper guidance n carry sample of your water(form fish tank) when you going to buy fish
