Instead I got 2 Male Dwarf Gourami which is a problem for a community tank with shrimp. They had to be rehomed.

All the fish I wanted I was able to find here. Only issue is the cost is cheaper in Sharjah and Ajman over this place but in terms of Dubai it's good.

If you have the time, I highly recommend visiting Sharjah for warehouse sales and Ajman for fish and tanks.

Experiencia positiva: This used to be my go to shop for getting pet supplies and fish tank cleaning. Though over the years the delivery of pet supplies has become slow. If there is an emergency related to the fish tank, they will not be available to come urgently to fix it when needed. Also the quality of fish tank cleaning has dropped over the years. There were many times where I had to repeatedly call them again to clean the fish tank because it got dirty even though it was cleaned a week ago, just because they did not clean or set everything up properly the first time. I still recommend this shop if you need to buy something in person. They have a great variety of plants and various types of fish. The people there are also nice. It's just that if you are relying on this shop for ongoing services, it's not the best.

When we called to follow up, he very bluntly says it will take another hour to get there. Waste of time and effort trying to employ their services. Hope the owner can see this post and understand how his employee deals with potential customers.

Experiencia negativa: Used to be a regular customer at Famous aquarium. Went there last Thursday and bought a ranchu goldfish and 12 neon tetras. I always quarantine fish prior to placing them in my main tank as well as to slowly accumulate them to my water. After two days I lost 7 out of the tetras and noticed that the ranchu was lethargic though it was because of water difference but it appeared that the fish is showing signs of dropsy … now I am treating the newly bought fish for dropsy as they are selling sick fish … also when I was checking their tanks the majority of their gold fish had either anchor worms or lice… avoid buying fish from there !

The staff is friendly, willing to help you out with whatever products you're looking for. As I said earlier it is a big store with many tanks on display but the maintenance on these tanks could be better especially given how many staff members they have. They have pretty much all the brands in this hobby & most of the aquariums, hardscape, aqua soil, filters, fertilizers, CO2 kits, CO2 refill, etc for all your aquarium hobby needs, both freshwater & saltwater. On my visit here they did not have the product (Fluval Flex 15 Gallon light replacement) I was looking for but they made it available asap & delivered on the same day I placed the order. Superb service & it was cheaper than other websites. Thank you for such an awesome service & I urge people to visit their store.

I bought my aquarium 60x30, hygger light, and filter as well as decorations. I had to return back to their shop as filter pipes not installed properly, good thing i did not have fish yet when it was new. I gave 2 stars only for their wide inventory. I suggest you test your items in shop itself before you take home unless you live nearby their shop.

Experiencia negativa: Nice place and friendly staff, I like them, but I was extremely disappointed with the customized aquarium and cabinet, the finishing on the aquarium is really bad, it had the thickest silicone seam I have ever seen on an aquarium, panels not aligned properly, and silicone stains on every panel and edges, cabinet is just made of the cheapest wood, it absorbed moisture like a sponge and puffed, the paint chipped on day one, just threw the whole set away after 2 months, couldn't stand gow it looks, I could've just paid a bit more for a good branded set

Experiencia negativa: Three days ago, I got a koi carp. The very next day, I noticed that koi was lying on it's side which apparently means a sign of sickness. By evening, all of my koi got sick, we noticed symptoms of floating, lack of appetite, and stomach bloat. . Soon after we did all medications, we found 3 koi dead. . And currently 2 koi are about to die.
