Experiencia negativa: I’ve been dealing with this issue since Saturday, and up to now, I still haven’t received my Taste of the Wild order. I also haven’t received any update on whether my autoship was cancelled or not. I emailed customer service (as instructed) to change my autoship interval to XX days, no reply. Yet, the order still got processed and shipped. What’s the point of asking us to email if no one responds? Worse, I had already updated my address (I moved to Ajman), and while my May order arrived correctly, this July order was sent to my old address. That shows your website isn’t syncing updates properly. I messaged three different contact numbers, no response. I called and spoke with Adelaide, who said she’d call back (never did). I also spoke with Jennifer at your DIP HQ, who just transferred me to your CS team, only to be told they were “busy.” Seriously, something is wrong with your customer service team, logistics, and whoever is managing your website. Also, please change your website tagline that says “Our experts are available 24/7”—because that’s completely false.

We note you have been purchasing with us since March 2025 and have availed great offers at 25% on autoship- many thanks for supporting the autoship program. In addition, since we have serviced you three other times, your experience has been eventful and fruitful- our team would be all ears to also get positive feedback on the times we did a great job- this would really motivate the team. With regards to the change of address, from Dubai to Ajman, it has been well noted and the logistics team will be making the delivery within 24 hours- rest assure you will receive the same & we will amend the records for the next autoship. Experiencia negativa: I was a client since 2018 specially for the mobile grooming service. I have complained that van is very dirty and they need to clean before coming. Now the customer support to book an appointment takes days to reply and later they don’t send the van for grooming. When I asked for email ID to raise a complaint they gave me a wrong email id! And when they called to say sorry they refused to give email id. I will no longer use of their services anymore.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not happy with the service and it will be last time to book on Saturdays for my cat grooming because the staff is different and unprofessional. Make sure that Veslo only is there for grooming not someone else.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with the service. I booked and paid online for a home grooming service for my cat. The team arrived 90 minutes late. I requested a full grooming service with a short haircut, but they shaved my cat's fur completely, making her look like a Sphynx cat. My daughter is now scared of our cat, and our cat is unhappy and did not deserve such treatment.
