Experiencia negativa: Had a worst experience , Been there 5 times have made sure to purchase every time , This time it felt like staff was less bothered of least interested to attend , felt as if they were more interested to get big clients . Called for staff twice was ignored , same my other family members did and were ignored , when asked for staff at counter .. staff gave answer as if he din care .. felt like if customer wants to buy they need to run behind them while they dont care. This was my last visit and would make sure not to recommend them to any off my collegue or closed ones .if had an option to give Minus stars would have chosen it .

Experiencia negativa: i was so disappointed to this shop, i wont recomend this due to its irresponsible taking order, they took my order a week before and after i send my location they keep on asking me for the items and i add a lot of items also to be delivered to my place after 2 days they confirm my order and even ask my lovatikn map and send it again to them, after a week delivery day they are cancelling my order because i was 1 hour away from them which we are on the same emirate of ajman, why you wait for a long period of time before you see the information of your costumer, its so frustrating that you make us wait and created a excitements to ky kids knowing that they will have this as thier pets and at the long run you will juat cancell it?? you are so big disappointed to us........

I had an issue with an aquarium i purchased and they returned it immediately and refunded the money, although there was no warranty on it. Their prices are too low compared to other places. I have never seen such a huge selection of fish and plants anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my family had a very disappointing experience at ajman aquarium, the staff were extremely unprofessional unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting customers, they were rude and unwilling to answer basic questions or provide any guidance to customers, when we asked to see their products they seemed irritated and reluctant as if we were bothering them, it felt like they just wanted us to buy blindly without knowing what we were getting, this kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor and bad service.

Experiencia positiva: I visited Ajman Aquarium for the first time after a friend's recommendation. Overall, the experience was good, but it wasn’t perfect. Upon arriving, the staff didn’t seem too friendly at first. For the first few minutes, I felt like there was a bit of a barrier, and no one really approached me to assist. However, after asking one of the staff members, they became more attentive and helpful, which was a relief. The aquarium's fish collection was impressive! They had a wide variety of fish, and I was particularly impressed with their knowledge about feeding, aquarium decoration, and other aspects of fish care. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other places I’ve visited. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the staff to be more welcoming and engage with customers more immediately. That small change could make the experience even better. Nonetheless, the aquarium itself is worth the visit! Parking is also difficult during peak hours, as there are no free parking spaces only paid parking is available.

Experiencia negativa: I'm a beginner here in UAE My 3rd visit to this shop during my 3rd visit I would like to buy a air pump and some fishes. which can survive with Betta fish I asked to 1st support staff of the shop which fish can survive with Betta fish he said if u say I wil give you the fish and I said I'm just asking advice but he ignores his mind to sell fish and I asked 2nd support staff he never listened and not respond to my request and I asked 3rd support staff to give me black sucker he says that they don't have but I told him inside I saw their is. then he also never mind what I'm saying and finally I left from their without buying anything .. here support staff are not supportive they don't cares you

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing great advice on setting up and maintaining a beautiful aquarium. The shop itself was clean, organized, and had everything I needed for my aquatic hobby. I can't recommend this place enough for all fellow aquarists out there!

Experiencia fantástica: Four visits now over the last 4 months. We have had very good experience with the staff and found them polite, friendly and helpful. We bought a number of fish and they all living very nicely. We had one unfortunate experience in that some Glow Tiger Barb died after a few weeks. We explained to Mr Hussain and straight away he told us the problem/solution. Although our room is 27°C - our new tank was under the AC units "wind" and the water temperature was too cool. Fair enough, we are new to this kind of fish keeping. In summary, we are very happy with the service and helpful advice from a great team. Yes, they are sometimes very busy and you have to wait a little for service - that is a testiment to their popularity and sucesss. The prices are fair, the fish selection huge and lots of choice for equipment. Many thanks to Mr Hussain and the team

I now have a huge collection of odd balls and monster fish. Sabeer is great and is my go to guy if I need anything... next day it's at my door stop. Always help, keep up the good work gentlemen.

Despite being a potential customer, I found that their consultants only seemed interested in catering to those willing to spend a significant amount of money. When I approached the cashier for assistance, I was met with indifference and was even questioned about the amount I intended to spend before receiving help. This treatment left me feeling marginalized and undervalued as a customer. Every visitor, regardless of their purchase intentions, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope Ajman Aquarium takes steps to ensure equal treatment for all customers in the future.

Experiencia negativa: One if the worst experience I've ever had during my life time, it says there is a warranty for 1year so after two months the hydrolic pump wasn't working, so I took it back to the shop and then they said there isn't any warranty why cause it's from chin, so I was like just take it back to China and fix or just refund me or give me a new one, after arguing they gave me a new one

With 2 aquariums (450 & 75 liters) and a pond (250 liters) I struggled to find a reliable shop which advises objectively and are able to get not the regular aquarium fish as elephant fish, butterfly fish etc. Arshad and Azan came to the rescue. They keep in touch, keep to agreements made and keep me posted of new arrivals. Azad went the extra mile of getting two 20cm giant oranda goldfish from Thailand. He provided separate videos of the ones available and kept me posted throughout the whole process. They arrived today. An amazing addition to the fish collection. Experiencia positiva: We had shifted from dubai to ajman as recently.However we have got an aquarium size of 120cm as already and decided to be restructure, meanwhile one of my friend was suggested that to visit in Ajman aqarium for restructure, thus i went to "AA" and meet a person name called Bader(AA team), one who was explained that each and everything about setting of tank and we have avail for their home service and he adviced that to keep a fish a very few until set of the aquarium and not force to buy many. whereas they have to improve that to provide a reasanable discount to the customer.

FYI ( 45 1 ) I like purchasing new fishes and other aquarium materials from them to decorations to food etc. all u need is there. But the sad Part lately they are become so pricey ☹️ compare to others. I hope they can at least consider normal price range specially for Fishses.

Sabeer assured me the tank will be made well, and sure enough, the bull quality is excellent. Sabeer recommended all equipment and insulation. This is a one stop shop for everything. The have everything you could want at the store. Last but not the least. The variety and quality of fish is par excellence. All the fish look healthy. For some new fish keepers, Sabeer will guide and advice you one what fish are comparable and what are not. Installation was done smoothly. The crew came fully prepared and were in no hurry. They setup everything so it would work without any future problems. Thanks you Sabeer and the Ajman Aquarium team, love the tank.
