Note: you have to first pay a five aed fee to enter the parks. Then, you separately pay for either a dolphin/seal show or the bird show. There is nothing else to see, i.e. no aquariums or other animals besides the shows, so make sure you check the show timings before arrival.

Secondly you must buy the Park ticket separately which is so Stupid!! You pay 100 AED for the show and on top you pay park entrance. Sea World in Abu Dhabi is million times better. You have to buy the separate ticket of AED 05/person (excluding the Dolphinarium show ticket)for entry the Dubai dolphinarium from the Creek park gate . And you can enjoy this show at many times. It's never get bored anytime . It's location is near Creek park near the Children city . And it's a 45min show for dolphinarium. U got to watch the Seals play with the trainers in a small script. Then the much waited Dolphin family of three come to entertain the spectators with a basketball, ring catch and diving inside the skills. At last all the sea creatures bid a farewell to the audience. U can also have a pic taken with the seal or Dolphin on a payment basis

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing experience. High price. Poor presentation. Its mostly a seal show and hardly any dolphin act. The Singapore and pattaya dolphinarium show are so good and gripping and this was really slow and hardly any acts. Don't spend the extra money on vip seats

I highly recommend purchasing your tickets online and arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled showtime to avoid any issues with parking availability. Once you arrive, you can approach the reception desk for verification and to print your tickets. After that, you’ll be guided by the staff to your assigned seats. The show lasts for around 45 minutes and features both seals and dolphins — the kids were thoroughly entertained! There’s a snack store available at the entrance for refreshments. Please note: Upon arrival, you’ll need to pay AED 5 per person (below 2 years old is free) to enter the park either u can pay at the machine or at the ticketing booth.

The Dolphinarium itself is starting to show it's age and so perhaps some renovation could benefit the ambience. Consider paying for the VIP seats to choose a better view beforehand. Otherwise, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a good seat in the free seating area. Do take note to prepare for the park entry fee as this is separate from the ticket for the Dolphinarium.

For what awaits there, felt it is overpriced. If you havent had this experience any where else, its good and you will enjoy. They have a sea lion show and dolphin show - but only 2 dolphins. I had better experience in other places but went for kids and they really enjoyed.

The park entrance fee to be paid separately at the gate, which is 5aed per person. For online tickets, there are offers available so it's better to book the tickets in advance. For vip tickets, you can watch the show from the middle seats. Taking a picture with dolphin is an amazing opportunity since its not possible anywhere else. But its a bit expensive as well. The photo that we get is of amazing quality and they also transfer the soft copy as well to your phone. They do have restaurants inside the Dolphinarium. Toys, t-shirts, gadgets can also be purchased from inside. Bird shows and some other extra shows are also available at a different price and time. The dolphin show is 45 mins. The commentary is fabulous to hear, its live commentary during the show. After the show in Dolphinarium, we can spend quality time in the creak park. There is children's city as well for kids.

You can buy online tickets, but again at the location you need to wait in a big queue and get physical tickets again. Wham I ask this , they told the tickets purchased directly from the official web site does not require physical ticket but if we purchase tickets from 3rd party website, then we need to go and get again physical ticket. Only difference is , in the 3rd party website, you can purchase tickets AED 5-10 less. For that, their staff allow us to suffer long time in queues with kids. Further, the front desk staff who are available in the weekend are really arrogant and showing their attitude to us without helping friendly.

Excellent entertainment for the kids and adults and educational as well. our dolphin was named Ayesha. she was very playful and beautiful animal. The trainer was very patient and made sure that our time with the dolphin was safe and enjoyable. they provide you with swim suits and clean towels and bathrooms. A wonderful experience to have if you’re visiting Dubai. would definitely recommend it.

To begin with, the parking situation was frustrating, as there were no available parking slots, which caused significant delays. Even though we had purchased our tickets online for the Dolphin and Seal Show, we had to wait in a long line just to buy an entry ticket for park. This was an inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to the visit. Additionally, the entry management to the show was poorly organized. There seemed to be a lack of clear instructions and structure, making the process chaotic. Once inside, the seating arrangement was random, which further added to the frustration as there was no clear system for seating assignments. While the Dolphin and Seal Show itself was enjoyable and the animals performed well, I believe the experience could have been more captivating with a longer duration and more engaging activities. It felt somewhat short and could have included additional interactive elements to make it even more attractive and entertaining for the audience. Overall, while the show itself was the highlight, the disorganized entry process and the parking situation detracted from what could have been a much better experience. Experiencia positiva: We visited the Dolphinarium recently towards end of the Tourist Season. It is located in a Park. Though you may have purchased tickets online for the Dolphin Show or through your Travel Agent, you need to buy ticket to the park. It is a nominal amount but extra. The Dolphinarium is not very crowded like other Dubai attractions. You can easily get a good seat with proper view of the show. We went their because of our children. The amphi-theatre was covered with a metal roof, but the place was airconditioned, so very comfortable. The show started with the Seal, and it trainer made it do various tasks which were entertaining for the audience. Then there was the Dolphin show. The trainers were from Russia and Ukraine. There was a large screen on which the show was projected live, incase you missed any detail. The commentary and the general way the program was conducted was at par with anywhere in the world. I have seen such a show in Australia. The Dolphin did some awe-inspiring tricks, like pushing the trainer almost 15 feet high in the air. My kids were wonderstruck. The two dolphins did showed synchonized movements and good training. 45 minutes of the show passed too quickly. There are many other things you can do at Creek Park, besides the dolphin show, they have bird show and other things. But we were short of time. Though the place looks a little old and worn out, it is overall a nice place to bring your children to. Less crowded and cozy atmosphere, then other tourist places.

Compared to other Dolphin shows in Dubai price is very reasonable and easy to reach to in the middle of the city, you have to pay AED 5 for the public park entrance before entering the Dolphinarium, if you reach early you can enjoy the park if weather not hot its really a nice park. There is also a bird show with separate tickets in the same place to be considered. Souvenirs shop, clean toilets and few food options are there too.

The only setback was the staff was highly full time focussed on collecting our pictures and videos and was continuously asking us to pose for the camera while we wanted to spend those little moments with the dolphin. Understand that this is part of their job and business but they need to understand people spend heavy money on actual dolphin experience not for their photographers. The place got to do something about that. Dolphin show was truly amazing and we would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Most of the visitors are not interested in park, still everyone needs to pay the Park fee. Adequate parking space is there in front of the park.

Kids will love it. I would give a minus for the really loud guy that is describing what is happening. It was just too loud...shouting....cheering. They could decrease the volume a little bit. Before going, according to what the trainers said...a dolphin has the intelligence of a 5-6 years old kid. Would you keep your kids in a cage and feed them just to entertain you?

Experiencia positiva: It’s a great place for kids and adults entertainment alike. The dolphins are so lively. You will remain engrossed for the whole time. They rent rubber tubes for 20 dirham and let you throw the tube in the water at the end of the show. If the dolphin chooses your tube then you get to take picture with the dolphin for free. But even if u don’t rent that tube, by paying u can anyway get picture with the dolphin. The cafe outside is well decorated. There is also a bird show which we didn’t avail. The ground outside needs special mention. We spent a lot of time relaxing there. There is one point I would like to mention about their honesty. I paid 100 dirham for the tube and forgot to take the change and left the place. After about 2 hours I returned and they gave me my change amount.
