🗣️ Pabellón Oceánico del Acuario de Seattle: Opiniones
Experiencia negativa: 0 STARS IF I COULD ! I love going to aquariums and I was really looking forward to going here for the first time. Walking around at first it’s gorgeous but then you come to the realization “wow this is just one big fish tank”. Definitely not worth $102 for two people; to walk around for less than 20 minutes.
Experiencia positiva: 新館比較舒適,不擁擠,挺舒服的,不過裡面不大,進去之前,可以在門口頭頂上拍照一下。
Experiencia fantástica: This newly opened aquarium in downtown Seattle has quickly become a favorite spot for both locals and visitors. It might not be as large as the original, but its thoughtful design and beautiful architecture reflect the spirit of the Northwest. We stopped by for the first time and were genuinely impressed by giant aquarium with sharks and stingrays —definitely worth a visit.
Experiencia negativa: Not impressed and disappointed. The building and its surroundings are beautiful, but inside, there's so much wasted space filled with just halls and stairwells. It's modern, but I expected far more: more tanks, more creativity, more fish, and more hands-on activities for kids. It feels underwhelming compared to other aquariums we've visited — especially considering the price. The three "main" tanks are so small that you have to squat down to see anything, which can be difficult for older visitors. I don't think we will be coming back..
Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience. In my opinion it’s way better than the aquarium. It’s a lot cleaner and more modern.
Experiencia fantástica: New addition to aquarium. Amazing tanks and aid areas.
Experiencia positiva: It was fun.
Experiencia fantástica: I like it Because I have a little doctor zuriBui
Experiencia fantástica: The last of us part 2
Experiencia fantástica: We visited the new Ocean Pavilion at the Seattle Aquarium and were really impressed! The design is modern and open, with beautiful tanks showcasing coral reefs, sharks, and rays. We happened to catch a live feeding session with staff commentary, which made the experience even better — it was informative without being too long or formal. Even without a tour, it’s easy to enjoy on your own. The space feels calm and immersive, and the layout encourages you to explore at your own pace. It’s a great addition to the aquarium — definitely worth visiting if you’re coming, especially with CityPASS!
Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful new space! Lots of things to look at with a HUGE new tank filled with a bunch of awesome creatures!
Experiencia fantástica: This Aquarium so nice! Highly recommend!
Experiencia fantástica: Fun for everyone. Our favorites are the sea lions, jelly fish and sting ray.
Experiencia positiva: Small aquarium relative to other cities, but a lot of fun!
Experiencia positiva: 시애틀아쿠아리움 본관 옆에 새로 개관한 곳이고, 본관 대비 수족관 관리가 깨끗하게 잘 되어있어요!
Experiencia negativa: Spent $47 a person to see some fish and otters. Really was an expensive experience with not a lot of bang for the buck. My husband and I were pretty let down mostly because we were so excited to go.
Experiencia fantástica: How sweet this new addition to the Seattle aquarium is so sweet, #love
Experiencia fantástica: It was amazing and much more entertaining than expected! It was a visual feast getting to see so many different species up close. I will definitely be coming back!
Experiencia negativa: Would be really neat, if there were somewhere sanitary to use the restroom. I think the masterminds behind "co-op bathrooms" forgot just how disgusting men and children are. They need to spend less on an attraction that's not nearly as impressive as a dozen other places, and more on housekeeping. We get it, you want everyone to feel "equal" in their disgust.
Experiencia fantástica: Great new building with lots of cool exhibits
Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing addition and makes the aquarium very fun even for locals, very simple design with lots to see. I had some much fun and will definitely be returning here to see it all again!
Experiencia fantástica: Omg!!!! Went to the Seattle Aquarium Ocean Pavilion for the first time since they just opened this lovely aquarium. Love love love it !!! If you have friends and family who like never been there, please take them: full of wonderful fishes!!! What a beautiful experience!!! Highly recommended!!!
Experiencia positiva: The new Pavilion is gorgeous! We loved the main tank and learning about all the marine life from the experts. I didn't realize that many of the exhibits were originally in the other building (thought this was a bigger expansion) but a day at the aquarium is still a good day and the facilities are beautiful. I recommend getting your tickets reserved ahead of time so you don't have to wait to enter. You can come and go on the pier and renter as you please, so it's great to go grab lunch and finish up your day with the other building!
Experiencia fantástica: Wow, great addition
Experiencia negativa: Got here at 5:00 and were not allowed to get in when the website says they close at 6. -5 stars
Experiencia negativa: It's very meh. The normal Seattle aquarium is 10x more entertaining, better designed, and a better learning experience. To be fair, see it once, see for yourself, and make your own judgment. I personally think it's massively lacking and way over hyped. Stick with the original. I don't expect to ever go in there again.
Experiencia fantástica: So fun
Experiencia negativa: Lots of similar exhibits. You can only see so many of the same fish. Has a strong environmental conservation theme. Displays were nice though. Biggest turn off was the fact that everyone uses the same restroom…meaning men and women use the same restroom at the same time. As a father of girls, this made me very uncomfortable. As I waited I saw several moms turn around to not use the restroom because of this.
Experiencia positiva: Overall, the new addition to the aquarium is very nice. Although I don't believe the price was worth it for an extra 20-30 minutes of viewing, if you have kids, I'd say it's more worth it.
Experiencia fantástica: I love the Seattle Aquarium. This was my first time visiting since they added a new building. They still have all the favorites: octopus, touch tanks, jellyfish, sea birds, sea otters, but now they have a huge tropical tank in the new building and it's amazing. Seeing the rays, cuttlefish, and garden eels were some of the highlights.
Experiencia fantástica: Love the new expansion to the aquarium. The giant tank is filled with lots of fish/variety and they’re cool to see!
Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. The design and exhibits are beautiful. I wish there were some unique merch for this specific pavilion. Like pins with the sharks.
Experiencia fantástica: What a beautiful modern aquarium experience! So clean and well lit. So many wonderful nooks for all ages, a very inclusive special place which honors the animals here.
Experiencia negativa: Nope. Overpriced and small place. Mostly empty space with just a few fish and some rays. Do not recommend at all
Experiencia negativa: too much open space, not enough fish, no info about the fish. the tropical displays in the old building were better. clearly not worth $50. do like the guitarfish though
Experiencia negativa: The Ocean Pavilion cost around $160 million to build. It is meant as a public building for anyone to enjoy, however it is not disability or stroller friendly since there are no ramps going up to the upper part of the exhibit. There is just 1 small elevator. This addition was advertised to be all new exhibits with sharks, rays and other species. There are rays, but many of the fish were moved over from the original aquarium. The majority of the new building is wasted space with stairs and walkways with a bunch of video projected images. When you first walk in you don't see any fish. The main tank is cool, but underwhelming compared to exhibits in other aquariums around the country. With the crazy high price of tickets, I would say the Seattle Aquarium is no longer worth the visit.
Experiencia fantástica: Great place to sit and think. As long as it's not on the weekend.
Experiencia positiva: Great addition to the Seattle Aquarium. Warm water species up close, throughout the very packed exhibit halls on a Saturday afternoon. Didn’t see the sharks, maybe just the rays were on exhibit during our visit. The connection to Native Americans is much better represented in this new addition.
Experiencia fantástica: Coordinated a holiday work event in the evening 12/4. Staff, food, and venue are amazing! Can't comment in ticket prices or lines because it was a private event. Definitely will take my family there during public hours. This panoramic picture I took says it all! :-)
Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly well thought out addition to the original aquarium.
Experiencia fantástica: Hermoso lugar!
Experiencia fantástica: A bunch of crazy cool stuff to see
Experiencia fantástica: Must see.
Experiencia fantástica: this actually so cool, and combined with the main building of the aquarium really helps make it feel less small. Lots of wonderful fish that are a sight to behold
Experiencia negativa: Not little kid friendly. When researching safety, accessibility, and how kid friendly this aquarium is, they advertise as kid friendly. But it's not great for little kids. There's a section for "little marine biologists" but it felt like someone who has never worked with kids nor has kids put it together. There are push doors that are often just left open that go outside and exposed bolts over by the Sea lions that could have easily been covered by builder foam or something safe. (For instance, it was very crowded the day we went and someone bumped into our child and he went face first into an exposed bolt. I was worried he might have a fracture or concussion. Again, this could have easily been covered.) The layout does not have an easy flow so we were not able to let our child explore freely. He had to have his hand held the whole time, which can take away from the experience. We will not be returning until our child is much older (probably around 7 or older). Pretty disappointed and I felt mislead by what I read online about.
Experiencia positiva: Two stars for each minase. The pavilion is a little small but the ticket is pricey
Experiencia negativa: Um, so the tank is awesome. But getting in is too complicated, and the building materials look like the cheapest drywall work ever. Not impressed at all. But again, the tank is pretty cool. Just overblown and WAY WAY overpriced now.
Experiencia fantástica: A beautiful addition to the Seattle waterfront!
Experiencia negativa: Good but I go sea sick
Experiencia fantástica: The first time I visited Seattle, in 1997, the viaduct was still here. I stood at Pike Place and saw it, walked under it to the waterfront and heard it, felt it. And the waterfront smelled like diesel not salt spray and sea foam. I was an aspiring urban planner back then, and I remember wishing that ugly monstrosity away, and envisioned what it could be like, what potential existed beneath. Nothing I ever dreamed of was within what I thought to be the realm of possibility. But now, over a quarter century later, what exists here is beyond belief. Like, I wouldn't have put a soccer field on the pier even if I was playing SimCity, c'mon, that's just indulgent and over the top...but, it's not. It's freaking perfect. I kicked a ball around with strangers after eating grilled cheese on a bench overlooking Elliot Bay, then watched the full moon rise over native grasses and wildflowers backed by tall buildings, and rode my bike down the boardwalk past a tropical reef floating in the sky, to catch my boat to Bremerton, after buying birthday presents for my boo at the market. Perfect night, perfect place, perfect city. Good job, Seattle.
Experiencia fantástica: Parts of it were beautiful and parts were somewhat dated. But overall, it was a great experience and as foster parents we got in for free, which was an unexpected bonus.
Experiencia positiva: The new Ocean Pavilion is a great addition to the area and the aquarium overall. A little smaller than I anticipated, but pairing it with the entire aquarium complex makes everything a much more complete package.
