Experiencia fantástica: Sandra was spectacular. We had a large party with a lot of kids. She was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. She handled the chaos of a 4 year olds birthday party exquisitely. While still taking care of the adults. Give this woman a promotion!!!

We told Leo and he took it right away and informed the manager who came to check what happened. My husband and I repeated the problem. They offered soup and salad while we waited we declined. The cheeseburger they finally brought was INCREDIBLE. thanks to manager , chef , and esp our waiter Leo he was amazing and did all he could to make sure we were very happy with our time there and food

Our server Bianca was fantastic making sure to attend to our needs without suffocating us. The only reason I couldn't mark down a complete five star is while the food was timely and did good, it was a bit on the dry side. A simple thing to be corrected though! Well worth the time and money spent here. I will be back

Food portions were generous, plating matched what was shown on the menu and food came out quickly. Several other managers also stopped by to check on us and give us fun facts about the aquarium. It was a great family outing. Additional info: Self parking is $15. Valet is $18. Made our reservations online ahead of time. Restaurant is separate from their rides & exhibit, those cost extra.

Experiencia fantástica: Came to celebrate Father’s Day and really enjoyed the fun facts of the location and fishes, but had not been here since celebrating my grandma’s birthday that was over 5 years ago. The food was delicious!! The sauce on the gator tacos was amazing and the overall service from the staff was very catering. Howard, our waiter, was very polite and knowledgeable of the sea-life within the Aquarium. Most definitely plan to return and celebrate more occasions.

Experiencia negativa: The dishes looked good, but were unseasoned and seemed to have too much focus on appearance. It was flavorless. Do not order the steak or surf n turf. The Castaway combo was also nothing special. The server was nice, but mostly absent. I wished so much to have a good experience, but the food was sub par. It wasn’t good. There was a beautiful central fishtank and a view of the skyline creating a nice ambiance, but the nicest environment can’t make the food better.

Our waiter ( Brian ) was friendly and respectful; he possessed excellent interpersonal skills. I inquired about the food options, and I explained to him that I understood the menu primarily featured seafood, which I do not consume. I informed them of my shellfish allergy and they were more than accommodating evening sending out the head chef to make sure they got my order correct five-star service all the way they made the night special. Experiencia positiva: The vibe is so good...the 155k gallon aquarium view from every seat, the oversized windows allowing in just the right amount of light, the smooth techno music playing at just the right level is cool but that's where cool, good, or anything "appealing" stops. The server took over 5 minutes to great us, sent the food in the wrong order & kinda just didn't have a clue. The food was bland...ordered the the shrimp & crab dip - you can taste the powder it starts from. The gumbo has cheap sausage and lacks flavor (we had both the chicken/sausage and seafood). The steak (yes, I know - who gets steak at a seafood restaurant) & it was bad, real bad. This spot is cool to feed the kids something basic after a trip to the actual Aquarium or some drinks only but otherwise, it's not good at all

I felt like I was at the restaurant from the movie SING with the small squids dancing behind You can feel the great service since the very first moment you step into the restaurant. The food is superb, the Marine's Mixed Grill is definitely our favorite, lobster tail + meat + shrimps combination is simply amazing. The Louisiana pasta is also absolutely delicious. And to close a perfect dinner, order the tasty Shark Attack chocolate lava brownie but be careful because is very big! enough for 3-4 people. Our favorite restaurant in Houston so far, we will be back soon. Antineasha service was simply and absolutely fantastic, she made our visit a greater experience as she made sure we had a perfect experience, definitely the best

Last night, we had Howard as our waiter, and I'm writing this review because it was one of the most enjoyable dinners we have had at The Aquarium! Howard was so kind to come to our table while we were waiting on dinner to arrive, and tell us small facts about many of the fish! My daughter continued to ask him questions throughout dinner, and he was so patient answering her. Then there was an issue with her food, so we exchanged her plate for something else and he was so accommodating and quickly fixed the problem. It was a very nice dinner - thank you, Howard! The food is always good, but the service last night truly made it a memorable evening.
