🗣️ Delphinus Punta Cancun: Reviews
Negative experience: So sad that Hyatt allows this animal abuse. 6 dolphins in this tiny pen. Please set them free or at least build a larger enclosure.
Hello sir Lee: We completely understand your concern and appreciate you sharing it. We want to assure you that the dolphins in our care are looked after by highly trained professionals and receive constant veterinary attention, daily stimulation, and an environment designed for their well-being. Our facilities comply with both national and international regulations for the management of marine mammals, and we work in collaboration with marine biologists and conservation experts."
Positive experience: I loved the experience! However, I paid for the photos and video with the dolphins and can’t get the video. I have tried calling and emailing with no response.
Thank you very much for your visit! I see you had an incredible experience with our wonderful dolphins. Please write to photodelphinus.com so we can help you with your photos
Negative experience: Disgusting seeing 4captive dolphins in a small pool just happened to see on a walk was shocked a sickened at the sight wish

Fantastic experience: An absolutely unforgettable experience at Delphinus Punta Cancun! Swimming with the dolphins was magical—the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cared about the well-being of the animals. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the interaction with the dolphins was both fun and educational. The trainers made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe, and the photos captured some incredible moments. If you’re in Cancun, this is a must-do experience. Highly recommend!
Thanks for your visit Cierra: Thank you very much for writing about your experience at our facilities. Thank you for recognizing the efforts of our staff for this experience would be a meaningful experience for you.
Negative experience: Delphinus Punta Cancun, located at the Hyatt Ziva resort, offers a well-organized dolphin experience, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable than expected. I visited on January 6, 2025, with my six-year-old son while staying at the Grand Fiesta Americana next door. When booking, we were told that someone would meet us at the Grand Fiesta Americana marina area to walk us over. However, no one showed up, so we walked to the Hyatt Ziva ourselves. When we arrived, my wife and son were stopped by security and told they couldn’t enter because they weren’t guests of the resort, even after explaining they were there for the dolphin excursion. I was able to find a staff member who eventually walked us to the right area, but this was an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided with better communication. Once we checked in, my son and I got ready while my wife was directed to a viewing area on the far side of the dolphin pool. We were told at booking that she could stand near us to take photos, but once we arrived, we were told otherwise. This seemed less about resort policy and more about pushing their professional photo sales. The cost for pictures was excessive—$189 USD for ten photos and over $200 USD for all photos. The actual dolphin experience felt very short. We booked the “ride” package, which was supposed to include 15 activities plus a ride. While the ride itself was fun, it lasted about ten seconds. The other activities were also brief, including splashing, swimming next to the dolphin, a kiss, and touching them. We were also offered extra activities for an additional cost, which wasn’t mentioned when booking. After returning home, I received an email offering to buy photos online. I purchased one for $31 USD, but when I got the download link, it was the wrong picture. I contacted them to fix the mistake, but they insisted it was the photo I selected, which wasn’t the case. I’ve done dolphin experiences before that were included with catamaran trips, and those lasted longer with more time in the water. The pricing for photos at those locations was also much more reasonable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this experience due to the short duration, the difficulty accessing the venue, overpriced photos, and poor customer service when trying to correct a mistake. 5/10
Dear Visitor: On behalf of Delphinus , I want to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with our customer service team. I understand that our team was not helpful in resolving your issue and didn’t provide the level of service that you’ve come to expect. We are working to improve your experience. Best regards
Fantastic experience: I was last there in 2014, and my favorite hotel is the best for fun, everything, and very friendly service.
Thank you very much! We hope to have you back soon.
Positive experience: The experience is great - even if the experience is in a pool and not in the sea or a lagoon. The employees provided a good experience. However, the structure of the experience is not managed in the best way, especially regarding the photos. The picture policy is crazy and should be amended. You are not allowed to bring your phone for photos as there is someone who takes photos of you - photos cost more than the experience itself! Prepare to pay almost 200 USD for the smallest package!! It’s unfair in general as this policy favors families over people alone or in a couple. Families/friends who aren’t participating can take pictures of people in the pool with the dolphins from a bit of a distance. Because we chose to experience this as a couple we were forced to buy photos at an exorbitant price if we wanted to keep this memory. The photos by family members out of the pool may not be as good as the professional photos but with a good phone from where they stand you could even take a video of the dolphin ride. Staff was kind for the most part though they rush you through the getting ready process and the exit process as they really want to sell you those pictures. Remember to haggle.

Dear Traveler: Thank you very much for writing about your experience at our facilities. Thank you for recognizing the efforts of our staff for this experience would be a meaningful experience for you. It is right that we have a policy that our visitors do not enter into the docks or wet areas with photo and video devices and cell phones. We made this decision to allow visitors to focus on enjoying the moment and not try to took for the best picture, as we have noticed a camera in the water can cause visitors do not listen to the safety instructions and explanations that our animal behavior specialists offer each time during the swim. We avoid that family or companions enter into the docks to take their own pictures in order to prevent accidents and falls, we must also need to keep free pass at the docks, as our staff from time to time need to run along them, which could cause incidents with visitors walking down the docks. We try to inform the visitor about this policy before the booking, payment and the beginning of the experience, from our brochures, website, signs at the cashiers, front desk and legends on the tickets. We know that some people feel that our price of photographs is high, however, we must say that the price is at the average price of photos for people swimming with dolphins in the place (Cancun or Riviera Maya). In fact, the price of our photographs is lower than in places like Los Cabos or Hawaii. Best regards
Positive experience: Amazing experience with well trained dolphins but the picture service is bit pricey (300 dollars for the pictures)
Dear Visitor: Thank you very much for writing about your experience at our facilities We know that some people feel that our price of photographs is high, however, we must say that the price is at the average price of photos for people swimming with dolphins in the place (Cancun or Riviera Maya). Fantastic experience: Located in the Ziva Hyatt. Amazing experience. I went in the morning, in October and was alone which was cool. I was going to give this place 4 stars only because of the price of the photos, but if dolphins are a dream come true for you as it is for me, it’s worth every penny. I paid 90USD to go, then $120USD for 10 digital copies of photos.
Hi Mark, thank you very much for your visit! I see you had an incredible experience with our wonderful dolphins We hope to have you back again soon
Negative experience: Worst experience. Untrained trainers, didn't do more than half the activities. We paid premium amount for the activities and they could not do it. Reason they gave was for safety reasons. The trainer named Sophia didn't know how to tighten the snorkelling helmet ( you can imagine how inefficient she was). PS: I have done scuba diving, skydiving and many more adventure sports in the past at other places. The trainers were amazing and my experience was excellent (sharing this because we were not naive when it comes to adventure sports) and we could make out how naive these people were.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We work every day to improve and to train our staff, and we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to welcome you back and change that perception
Positive experience: Experience and staff was great. -1 star due to prices. Experience price was fair but the photos are not cheap. 39$ for single, 340 for 10 or low 400’s for all of them. Makes it tough with so many good pictures. Don’t forget to bargain.
Dear Ethan Thank you very much for writing about your experience at our facilities. Thank you for recognizing the efforts of our staff for this experience would be a meaningful experience for you. Fantastic experience: Always been against supporting any animals in captivity but this was a very nice experience. Dolphins are well taken care of and seemed very happy.
We are glad to hear that we can convey the welfare of our dolphins.
Negative experience: Experience was good. Don’t buy the pictures for $250 while there. Since getting home the discount for the pictures has gone up to 50% on an email I got. So frustrating when I paid full price. Learn from my mistake and wait to buy pictures.
Dear Drew Putnam; Thanks for your comments, we are glad to read that the experience was good, a sincere apology for any inconvenience you had for the photo prices.
Negative experience: Be careful when you sign up for this. The devil is in the details. Their most expensive Premium/Premiere package only includes the foot push and NOT the dolphin ride. The premium/premier is 45 mins for a group of 4 BUT is VERY repetitive. They do the same thing over and over like the dolphins "playing music", feeling the dolphin skin etc. My recommendation, simply DONT take the premium package. For just $20 extra you can get the dolphin ride. BTW both ride or foot push is exactly 20 feet of being on the dolphin so... yeah! Also their BIGGEST SCAM is the Photos/Video package! The photos and video, which THEY take is the same price as the ticket itself! This is the ONLY PLACE that charges USD 325.00 (yes you read that correctly, $325 USA DOLLARS!) for photos and video. What's WORSE is, you or your family members CANNOT take photos/video of your own since your own cellphones and go-pros are NOT ALLOWED. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Dear Noz D, we regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We offer alternative programs that include both activities (foot push and ride). Additionally, we are constantly striving to provide a wider range of photographic options to accommodate all budgets. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it is instrumental in our ongoing efforts to improve. Sincerely,
Fantastic experience: The dolphin experience was amazing. Quality trained people taking care of the dolphins. My 3.5 year old son enjoying touching & kissing the dolphins.
Dear Vic Pavagada; We are so grateful for your kind words. Our team works hard to ensure every customer has a memorable experience.
Positive experience: Customer Review: My experience at the show was great and thoroughly enjoyable for the entire 90 minutes. However, I feel it's important to warn others about the unexpected cost associated with the pictures and videos offered afterward. Initially, we were shocked by the high prices quoted, until they eventually lowered it to $90 USD after negotiation. This sudden pricing discrepancy left some customers, including a mother, feeling upset and taken advantage of. It's frustrating to pay for tickets upfront, only to be blindsided by additional charges for pictures and videos. This kind of pricing tactic feels like price gouging and is frankly ridiculous. As a reputable establishment, there should be transparent communication about costs upfront, along with standardized pricing. Why are the pictures\video priced as if they're made of gold? It's unreasonable. I recommend others to take their own pictures whenever possible to avoid this costly experience. Lesson learned: pictures\video are EXPENSIVE, so be sure to take your own snaps!
Muchas gracias por su visita
Negative experience: This is for our experience in Cancun Punta (inside the Hotel Ziva): I wouldn’t recommend this Dolphin experience to anyone who’s not staying in the hotel Ziva Even though you pay for the Dolphin experience , they don’t allow you to stand anywhere because it’s hotel property We were basically escorted out while our child was swimming with dolphins After paying to have the magical experience to swim with the dolphin , we were treated like criminals; we left very irritated Delphinus shouldn’t be renting/oferring this program inside the hotel Hotel stuff/security is watching your every step Very irritating experience with “don’t stand here don’t walk there” after spending $110 per person
Dear Leksis Gorbenko, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your visit. As you know, once you book your activity, we send you the location of our registration area, which is located outside of the hotel. We do this to guided you and offer the best service, because before going inside to the hotel its necessary to know important information like the designated area to observe your family and all the rules that needs to follow because you are not guest of the hotel, to prevent any kind of situation during the dolphin experience. Unfortunately, having entered through the beach and crossed the hotel facilities for check in, and not having respected the designated area, caused alert to the hotel security area, since they have the duty to ensure the comfort and safety of each of their guests. Likewise, as part of compliance with the hotel rules for the access of people who are not staying here, it is our duty, once the activity is over, to guide our visitors to the exit, because it´s not allowed to stay in the hotel unless you purchase a day pass. On the other hand, we assure you that we are doing the corresponding follow up to have a more suitable area for our external visitors. Sincerely,
Negative experience: No photos to share because 1 photo price is $39 USD on top of expensive $100 per person ticket No Joke! Spending 15 mins time with innocent dolphin was a good experience.
Dear Anees N; Thanks for your visit and feedback about your experience in our facilities; continuously work on affordable options for everyone. Best regards!
Fantastic experience: This place hands down is the best dolphin swim you will ever get. Very personal you swim with the dolphins and watch them do a personal show. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make you feel right at home with the dolphins. The fact its in salt water and the water is not choppie is an incredible and personal experience. I love how they take several pictures as this is a once in a lifetime moment and experience. I don't mind at all. The pictures are priceless. I paid for all the digital pictures as well as the book where you pick 20 pictures and they make you a custom book. I don't mind the prices at all. Very well ran and I would do this a million times over!!!!
Dear JCass Cassidy; We greatly appreciate the time you dedicate to leave a comment; in Delphinus one of our main purposes is to offer our visitors unique moments through the wonderful interaction with the dolphins while they learn about their world, as well as the importance of taking care of our planet. We’ll continue striving to provide exceptional products/services and outstanding customer care to make every interaction with us remarkable. Thanks for your visit!
Positive experience: Great place friendly staff, they don’t allow you to take pictures (unless you have friend/family watching from balcony area Up high) . Then when you are done they give you no choice but to spend 250 US! Or one print for less but that’s not enough. I had to convince the manager to bring price down but ridiculous pricing . For them digital cost nothing so please make your prices more affordable. Not everyone has a lot of money … or tell people before they buy ticket so they are prepared for this!
Hello Sarah: Thank you very much for writing about your experience at our facilities. Thank you for recognizing the efforts of our staff for this experience would be a meaningful experience for you. In fact, the price of our photographs is lower than in places like Los Cabos or Hawaii.
Positive experience: Amazing experience of a lifetime. It's wonderful interacting with the dolphins. We did the fin ride, which was super fun. Just that the digital album is super expensive. Don't forget to bargain...
Hi Nitin thank you very much for your rating. We hope you visit us again soon
Negative experience: Absolutely tragic for the captive dolphins. They are kept in a TINY pool when they should be free in the ocean. Instead, they are used as a tourist trap! Please do not be fooled, In the wild, dolphins can travel up to 80 miles a day at speeds of almost 20 miles per hour. Life in a tank causes stress and neurotic behaviors, such as swimming in endless circles. this is beyond cruel and inhumane. Please stop supporting this.
Dear Bianca Molina, reading your comments, we can realize that you have honest concerns regarding animal welfare of our beloved dolphins. Delphinus has specific accreditations for wild animals under human care in zoos and aquariums, such as Humane Conservation by American Humane, the Alliance of Marine Mammals Parks and Aquariums, AMMPA, and the International Marine Animal Trainers' Association, IMATA. Some people might think that dolphins under human care become stressed or bored by the space available to them when they are under human care, but several studies published in recent years have found some interesting things (please consult it: https://www.jzar.org/jzar/article/view/491): In the largest international study published in August 2021 that has been carried out with cetaceans under human care and in which WE PARTICIPATED with 23% of the total sample of dolphins. Interesting conclusions were obtained: a. More important than the space available, what makes the real difference in the quality of life of the dolphins, are the activities with which they are mentally stimulated. These activities are called “environmental enrichment”. b. Dolphins under human care swim farther (distance) than wild counterparts. The study can be consulted here: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0255506 A study published in 2019 shows how dolphins under human care tend to live as long or longer than their wildlife counterparts, from 29.2 years that dolphins are recorded in accredited zoological institutions to life expectancies of between 7 and 17 years for wild populations well studied. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/mms.12601 Delphinus is a socially responsible company and, therefore, all the decisions and parameters to measure the welfare of animals are scientific, technical, and legal, for this reason I am sharing this information with you, we hope that in this way you can be sure that our organization has contemplated the issue of animal welfare as the foundation of the care we give our beloved dolphins. I thank you on behalf of Delphinus for your kind attention.
Fantastic experience: The dolphins were awesome and very gentle. I took our 6 year old. She loved every second of it. She got scared to swim out and pet it alone, at one point. I went first, and then they let her join me. Great staff and wonderful memories. The photos are a little bit pricey, but they take excellent pictures.
Dear Erick Riddle; on behalf of the entire Delphinus team, we want to thank you for all your valuable comments. Thanks for your visit!
Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. We’ll worth it we did the premium package for my daughter birthday. Highly recommend. Book online for a better deal. Book ahead go get the time and day you want.
Dear David Pfeffer; Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your experience; it is very gratifying to know that it was amazing. Thanks for your visit!
Negative experience: We paid 39$ for a digital copy of the photo, but the photo in the downloadable link turned out to be a different photo than the one we selected. Manager tried to proof with the surveillance (muted) video, but it didn’t show the conversion and it’s NOT the actual story that happened. My point is that If you ever to argue for a mistake they made, they would assume you are asking for a free photo; I wasted two hours there with the manager and hotel manager, what a waste of time and terrible experience.
Dear Joe; We are really sorry that your experience was terrible, we prove that you and your wife made the choice of the photograph, therefore it was not a mistake. In addition, we kindly explain you how our system works, and all the procedures involved to ensure the correct purchase and offered you a special price for the other photograph you wanted, unfortunately you did not accept it. We are truly sorry about it, sincerely.
Fantastic experience: Great location, friendly staff, good food. Swimming with the Dolphins is worth the money! My kids will hold on to the memories for a long time. Family friendly.
Positive experience: I think the experience itself was amazing with the daulphins and the staff was nice and very knowledgeable but for me the memories are just as important as the experience itself so the fact that the pictures are almost 4x (208usd) the price of the actual experience ruined the whole thing for me. Eepecially having done alot of differents activities during our stay in Cancún with the pictures no more than 60usd. Too bad really.
Dear Abel Ngaleu, Thank you for your review; we greatly appreciate your time to provide us with this valuable feedback and we will strive to make improvements in our photo packages.
Negative experience: This place is too small for such smart and curious animals as dolphins. They need to close many of these places and make fewer with a decent area at least somewhat reminiscent of the real environment.
Dear Zane Kliesmete; We appreciate your concern about the dolphins. We know that for some people it is a sensitive issue to have dolphins under human care regardless of the size of the habitats or spaces intended for them. However, beyond your subjective appreciation, which is very respectable, we are governed by an Official Mexican Standard, based on strict technical standards to be able to have dolphins under human care. The Norm, was elaborated by prestigious academic and scientific institutions both national as UNAM and international as the WWF. Recently, the American Humane, the oldest non-profit institution in the world and in the USA, certified our habitat with "Humane Conservation", a certification that ensures the welfare of animals that are in zoological institutions. We have certifications from IMATA and Alliance of Marine Mammals Parks and Aquariums. So, with all certainty we can say that the extension of our habitat, as well as all standards of animal care such as veterinary medicine, establishment of behavior, nutrition, and spaces, among others, comply with the provisions of both Mexican and foreign standards. Kindly let me know if you need any further information, and also suggest you visit our facilities in order to know us.
Negative experience: Swimming with the dolphins was good however the rip off was at the end where the cost of the pictures taken was more expensive than the actual entry ticket!! More than $150 for only digital copy. Any printed one would be more than $230!!! You’re not allowed to take your own pictures inside and at the end you leave the place with no actual memory/picture from this experience as those prices were simply not justifiable! Absolute scam and disappointment !!
Dear Zineb Oufkir, we are pleased to read that it was a good experience with the dolphins, on the other hand, I am sorry for the inconvenience with the cost of the photographs, we are continuously working to have more affordable options for our visitors.
Positive experience: In Cancun, me, wife and 2 daughters did Dolphin encounter, swim, and 2 of us did the underwater trek encounter in another pool with stingrays and fish. The whole experience was unbelievable. To ruin the experience, I was shocked when it would have cost me over $500 USD for all the pics. That's more than I paid for Excursion itself. Digital pics are no cost to them, they should make pics more affordable for families to purchase. If I did buy, it would have been a $1000 USD DAY for about 2 hrs.
Dear Sanjiv jaswal, we are glad to read that your experience was unbelievable, your feedback is highly appreciated and will help us to improve our photo services.
Negative experience: Horrible experience for bystander. There is no place for parents to sit. We are left to stand over an hour in the blazing sun. They don’t want you on deck because they want to charge an insane amount for pictures later. While the kids had a blast there are no accommodations for those in the family who didn’t attend in water activities. You are not allowed to walk to the nearby shops or even find a place to wait.
Hi! mrsd2005, I understand, and I apologize, unfortunately for non-guest of the hotel it's not allowed to walk around their facilities, only designated dolphin area. I’m assure you that we are doing the corresponding follow up to have a more suitable area for our external visitors.
Fantastic experience: I had a great time there. The dolphins are so amazing and the staff takes care of you.
Dear Priscilla Portugal, thanks for the awesome review about your experience, we’ve passed your kind words on to our team.
Fantastic experience: Such a good expierence, my friend and I did it together and got lucky being the only 2 to do it at 4:30pm om a Wednesday. It was $109 for the 30 min in water expierence w/ dolphin pull and $246 for the photos & video, so total was $233/person as we were able to share/split the video & photos. We met Jack a 24 year old alpha and Amus who's 6 and super playful. They provided life jackets, intro video and lockers/changing area if you need it. Super fun and I'd do it again, they seem happy and playful with really great interactions and listening skills. 10/10 - Insta @ SPICYAIVY
Dear Aivy League, Thank you for your review, it's very gratifying to know that was a good experience. We are committed to the welfare of dolphins as well as to providing moments of intense happiness to all our visitors, for sure your comments will be useful to other travelers.
Negative experience: The experience is amazing and fair priced. The pictures are not. $300 US for the digital pictures. Bring someone else with a good camera to take the pictures if you can but it might be tricky to get the angles.
Hi Csmusix, a big part of the resources obtained from the sale of photographic packages allow us to carry out our social responsibility programs such as the Environmental Education Plan, with which we serve 1900 children from public schools in Quintana Roo free of charge, we promote beach clean up on the coasts of Quintana Roo and we develop Scientific Research that improves the well-being of the dolphins under our care, knowledge that we share with other similar organizations.
Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience worth the time and price. We bought the RIDE option and we were lucky that nobody was there except for us (I, wife and our 3y old daughter) I think because 9am was early for other people. The team was very friendly and respectful. We ended up buying the $249 photo package which I think is reasonable
Dear Lhassan Jarir, Thanks for the awesome review about your experience. We’ve passed your kind words on to our team.
Negative experience: RIP OFF: I will NOT recommend this activity. Using a dolphin in captivity to make money is debatable. I am not going to dive into that. In my opinion, this must not happen anywhere in the world. There are many other activities to do. You cannot take phones or cameras inside which is the bad part. They charge like $99 per person for 30min splash and it goes up for 30 min ride etc,..Also, each printed photo is 45$ and digital copy is $39. The whole album with photos and video costs around $250. If you want to burst money, go for it. I took the ride package & got ripped off.
Hello Sundaram. Google Reviews are for people to actually went to the place and want to share their experience. In your review it looks like you didn't come to our habitat, but at the same time you talk about our photo rates and swim with dolphins activities. If you did swim with dolphins you will notice that it not just "swim with dolphins" what we do, we do a lot more. For the safety of our animals, it is not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, cell phones or any type of audiovisual device. This is because dolphins are very curious and if your camera falls a dolphin can swallowed it or be distract it, also because every activity its schedule and if you want to take a selfie or looking for the best photo the activity won't be able to do in time and form as it schedule. Thats why we have professional photographers that they know the best angle and time to take the picture. The topic of the value of the photography packages that we sell depends on each user’s perceptions, but we consider that is corresponding to the prices that you can find in the Mexican Caribbean, unlike in Los Cabos or Hawaii, where costs are higher both for the experience and for the photography packages. And a big part of the resources obtained from the sale of photographic packages allow us to carry out our social responsibility programs such as the Environmental Education Plan, with which we serve 1900 children from public schools in Quintana Roo free of charge, we promote beach clean up on the coasts of Quintana Roo and we develop Scientific Research that improves the well-being of the dolphins under our care, knowledge that we share with other similar organizations.
Positive experience: Cool experience with family. Pretty expensive for buying the photos and video tho... Cameras or phone not allow to bring
Hi! Billy Pun, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to rate us and share your feedback, glad to read that was a cool experience with family.
Negative experience: We stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun, right across the Delphinus Punta Cancun location. As first-time visitors from Canada, we were excited for our son to experience riding on a dolphin. First, we were not aware that they are inside the property of Hyatt Ziva. Their website doesn’t mention anything about sharing the area with the hotel and when we visited their store front, it wasn’t obvious that they’re only renting the space from Hyatt. Before we bought the ticket, we asked the cashier (Elizabeth) if we can take pictures and film videos of our own. She said yes but the most important information she intentionally withheld from us is that they will only allow us to film from the bridge, which is awfully far from where my son and the dolphins are, making it impossible to capture any good pictures/videos. I specifically and repeatedly asked if we can have a good view and she said yes, which was not the case. After the orientation, we were instructed to watch from the bridge because we are not hotel guests and can’t be anywhere else. We were not allowed to stand behind the rail of the pool where the activity was, which is outright gibberish. It’s not like we’re swimming in the hotel pool or sitting on their loungers! We just wanted to stand behind the rail where my son was but the staff rudely shood us away and told us to stay on the bridge, at high noon at 37 degrees Celsius without any shade! After the activity, they sold us the photo and video package for $204 USD, which we felt compelled to buy because we had none of our own. The worst part of it all is that after we got home and accessed the photos and videos online, we realized that the video has very low resolution! The clip also included ALL the participants’ faces, which was purposely done to extend the duration of the video! I don’t need to see 4 strangers in the personal package that I paid for! The photos were also repetitive to inflate the number of shots! This business is money-hungry and conceals a lot of information to generate more income. They don’t disclose the small details and employs a bait-and-switch tactic! Had we been told that we can’t take good pictures, we would have gone somewhere else. In our entire Mexico trip, this is the only place we felt scammed!
Hi Bea, I understand and I apologize if the website information was not clear, it says in the location about Hyatt Ziva hotel. About the bridge, those are hotel rules, not from us, we are not allowed to stay in hotel areas only inside the habitat visitors that they will do the swim with dolphins activity. Unfortunately the hotel is very strict with this matter. For the safety of our dolphins, it is not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, cell phones or any type of audiovisual device because it can distract the dolphin or may take longer time when the activities are schedule. About the photos and videos, you can write to [email protected] so they can review your case, also you can visit https://www.photodelphinus.com for more information.
Fantastic experience: The experience was great, many interactions with dolphins. Pictures and videos are a bit expensive though
Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! Pictures look incredible online, but the experience was an absolute joke! Complete trash! The whole thing is advertised as educating people, and caring about the safety and protection of the environment and they cared only about the money, not the dolphins!! And the Hyatt Hotel where the experience is located, is absolutely stunning....but do not be fooled!! The water in the dolphin tank was absolutely disgusting, it stank too, not clear, and what appeared to be feces floating around the pool! They put my children and I in a group that paid for additional dolphin 'experiences', and they were forced to watch as the other kids went riding on dolphin fins, etc. They were left wondering why they were being skipped! Just to collect my money, they put us in a group of people already participating in 'additional experiences' that we had no idea about whatsoever. When I begged them to let my son just ride the dolphins dorsal fin because he was sooooo excited to do so as all the others were going one after the next....they wanted to charge me 'activities a-la-carte'!!!! $27 dollars for a literally 5 sec ride! This experience should allllll be about smiles, NOT profit!! There are MANY other dolphin experiences in Cancun....DO NOT consider this one! Hasta luego!!
Hello Anthony, I understand your comment, first of all, the first thing we are concern is about our dolphins, we treated with the best practices, they have veterinarians, psychologists, marine biologists, nutritionists and trainers always putting the dolphin on front. Before your activity, in the entrance, our team explained to you about the different activities and different upgrades. We have different swim with dolphins activities with different prices, you chose the activity Splash, our Ride activity includes Ride the dorsal fin but it has a different price, also it have more activities. That's why you had to pay the upgrade in order to do the other activities. The water where dolphins are is clean, controlled and treated but is water from the ocean.
Fantastic experience: Really excellent experience. Photos are a bit pricey compared to the experience with the dolphins, but they are good quality. They definitely know how to get good pictures!
Positive experience: Mixed bag. They’re trying so hard to upsell that it becomes annoying. We booked a trip for 4 via the “guy” at the beach and it ended up being 430 usd. instead of almost 700$ on their website. Still a lot of you ask me but people got to make a living. The experience with the animals was very interesting and sad. They were born into captivity they said so they don’t know better. But the basins were quite small. We were handed over from trainer to trainer. If you book the “supreme” experience then you’ll get the regular one just twice. And if you don’t pay up another at least 23$ per person they withhold the dorsal ride. All of the experiences take a few seconds only and if you keep your position too long, trainers like Alfredo start yelling at you to let the dolphin go. I didn’t like that at all. Kids had fun though. We also wanted to also get some pictures. But that plan quite quickly got changed. People need to make a living so they upsell this for a bit of a markup. But I dare you to ask for high quality digital photos. They will refuse with the explanation that it’ll take too long and the system isn’t setup for this. So they only have some lower resolution pix. Try to get one of those printed on something larger than 8x10. I call bs on all this. They ended up trying to charge us almost 700$ for a handful of pictures, which is a bit … how do I put this politely … rip off / scam-ish / outrageous. If it wasn’t for the kids I’d not recommend it. Although they didn’t even offer a redo of their foot push for a 8 year old. So all in all a mixed bag.
Hello Ronny, thank you for you comment, we have different swim with dolphins activities, and yes, supreme is the best experience not just for the activities but it has more time in the water and it is a small group. It is not that the trainer was yelling to the kids in a disrespectful way, but it is very important to follow the instructions from our trainers for safety of our dolphins and the visitors. When we showed your pictures we showed in HQ in a HD monitor. We are going to check about that particular day if something happened with the render.
Positive experience: The experience was very nice. The kids enjoyed it. The commutation though is poor. We purchased a private package experience for 4 but ended up with a complete stranger in our group and in all of our photos, including the main premium photo in which a dolphin jumps over us. In addition, a video was to have been captured but wasn’t of the experience swimming with the dolphins. It was a big disappointment. Lastly, the price tag is ridiculous. Photo packages are several hundred American dollars and honestly were not that great. I actually feel stupid for giving in to my children who really wanted their pictures and buying the photos. With the same amount of money, they could have another experience and I could take the pictures myself.
Positive experience: $99 for 30 mins with 14 activities $109 for 30 mins with 16 activities (dolphin pull) $129 for 45 mins with 18 activities (dolphin push) Pictures are EXPENSIVE… be sure to take your own pics… One photo $45 Digital album $189 Album with video $249
Positive experience: This was a fun extra to do on our vacation. My kids, 2 and 5, really enjoyed swimming with and petting the dolphins. The only drawback however is the price. The lowest priced activity starts at about $100 per person. The price goes up from there to do more with the dolphins. You aren't allowed to take pictures of your own so you have to buy a photo package if you want pictures of your time with the dolphins. You can buy one or two pictures alone but they are very expensive. I think the lowest package cost about $200. Overall, it was a fun experience but it is very expensive.
Positive experience: We booked the supreme package for a family of 4. The staff was great and of course the dolphins were great. The facilities are nice and I found it better than other alternatives in the open ocean. Having done open ocean before, I can say that it is much harder due to the waves (especially when it is windy). I took off a star because they try to upsell you on the dorsal tow and this is a typically included experience at this price point. Also note that the pictures are very expensive. Again, having done this in Cozumel, I was expecting as much. However, they are higher than others I have dealt with. The base picture package starts at $270. I will admit that the quality of the photos was excellent. But, the fact is they know you want the pictures (especially if you have a child) and they have to captive. So, my message to readers is just to be prepared for it and include an extra expense in the cost. All things considered, I still recommend it. It's a memory most will never forget.
Positive experience: Let me start with the amazing experience we had. Awesome staff and activities. *BUT* I DONT HAVE ANY PICTURES to share since you can not take any pictures yourself and the prices “discussed “ at the end are outrageous! . Almos 200 usd for smallest package and pictures weren’t even that great.
Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! Not only was meeting the dolphins amazing, the staff was the best!!! We'd definitely return again. The staff was so nice, patient, and ensured we had a great time. We were lucky to do the experience with just ourselves. My kids, 3 and 2, LOVED IT! And my mom who needs assistance walking, enjoyed it as well. Only downside is parking, the is no parking available near the site. Closestbwe found was by Chedraui.
Positive experience: We had a great time with the dolphin Romero. My cousin is really afraid of water so we did the Dolphin Encounter in the Pool. It was great, she was able to stand on the ledge in the water while touching and taking pictures with the dolphin. It was a little hard to get in the right place as we were waiting for someone to bring us a different life jacket and they left us. Luckily we were able to figure out where to go and enjoy our experience. Also they ran out of lockers but we were lucky enough to be able to share one with someone else we knew from our hotel. Overall great experience but it is what you make it. If you are looking to spend a long time with the dolphins you should look for a different experience. But if you are someone that just wants to touch a dolphin for the first time and have small interactions then this is perfect. I did purchase the $50 picture package prior to going. It is a little expensive as I had to do one per person for only about 5 pictures but they were instantly on my phone so that was great. I also was able to print one picture out for $10 so that was good. I do recommend downloading the app (Dolphin Memories) before you go but you will need to be on their Wifi in order to get the picture. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE PICTURES ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. The small water slides are awesome as well. I am a 30 year old big kid and I enjoyed it. Only problem is that there is no one watching the kids that are there ( parents or staff) so you have to be very mindful of what's going on at the bottom before you go do the slide. The kids like to try and climb up without knowing if anyone is coming down.
Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. We did the couples dream swim on our honeymoon at the Hyatt Ziva. Our trainer Antonio was very friendly and knowledgeable of the dolphins. The pictures came out incredible. Even though they were very expensive, we bought them because they just looked so great. They did a great job.
Thank you CW, I'm glad you had a great experience. I'll show your comment to our staff, specially Antonio. Congrats on your marriage!
Negative experience: I had my experience with Delphinius at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Initially, I did not want to go and swim with dolphins, but my friend did. So I went with her to see what it looks like. She got the Ride package at 10:30 am. During all 30 minutes, she was entertained by two dolphins and was very happy with her experience. So I wanted to get the same experience; I was impressed by how many things Delphinius can offer to do in 30 minutes and booked the same Ride package for the next day at 10:30 am. I liked the dolphins - they were fantastic! However, the organizational part disappointed me. For an unknown reason, I was "attached" to a group of 3 strangers (they seemed to know each other). And four of us had one dolphin. However, there was a couple who had two dolphins. It was the first thing that made me feel not happy with the experience. The second thing was that I've simply been waiting in the water for 10/30 minutes for other strangers while they were getting activities. And the third thing is that I did not get 14 activities as advertised (my friend did). So I paid the same money as my friend for the same package but did not get the expected experience and paid part of my money for simply waiting in the water. As a result, I was disappointed by the value for money of my experience with Delphinius.
Thank you for your review. We understand the situation. We have different packages and groups, sometimes the groups are not totally full so you can see a kind-of different experience with less people in the group. Also we have Couples Dreams package where two people interact with one or two dolphins depending from the other packages or groups that are interacting at the same time. We invite you to visit our website where you can see all about the interactions in our different habitats, FAQ and more: www.delphinusworld.com
Negative experience: It is an atrocity to keep several dolphins in a tiny basin purely for the enjoyment of tourists when these creatures deserve to roam around in the oceans. Any conservationism talk is pure BS, it is for tourist entertainment. This is animal cruelty and shame on the tourists paying to swim with these dolphins.
Positive experience: Staff were extremely friendly and nice. Everything went according to plan and was organized. Dolphins looked healthy. Experience itself was fun. Did the couples dream. Did not like the prices of the pictures. They are $200+ but you can haggle. Otherwise a great time!
Positive experience: It was our first experience with dolphins. My wife and my daughters (4 & 2) enjoyed it very much. We payed for the "Splash" experience, the instructors did a good job explaining and guiding us through it. But the water was too murky and the picture packages they offered were too expensive, all of them over $200. We wanted to take the memories back home with us so we paid for photos and the videos they took and bought a picture frame with a not-so-good-quality printout. I cannot say dolphins were not happy, but I just hope they get taken care of with dignity.
Negative experience: These poor dolphins are even exploited at night as a backdrop to the bar at a restaurant. They swim in circles with club music thumping in the background. It appears that they don’t even get a break after hours. It hurt my heart to see these majestic animals looking completely depressed. Their eyes did not look normal and the water was murky. I did not pay to visit the aquarium, the sighting was by chance after dinner which prompted me to research how they ended up there.
Fantastic experience: We really really really enjoyed our couples dream visit. It was a very special experience and one that we would recommend to anyone. We got a discounted price, although didn't but the pictures, which were literally $250 USD. other than that, fantastic overall. Lovely.
Negative experience: You will experience two completely different worlds here. Delphine area and stuff working with them is great and you will have a lot of fun but then you will get ripped off with insanely high prices for the photos, and yes, they don't allow you to bring your phone. Expect to pay $300+ for the photos only. So disappointed after a great experience with delphines.
Positive experience: The experience over all was ok but quite plain for the price paid. The staff working with the dolphins are really friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience better. However the overpriced photos were an issues. The staff became very rude when we refused to buy any of the photos. They tried to negotiate the price but it was still very high. They did not even offer the possibility to buy one or two photos as many of them we did not even want. We left quite disappointed and with no memories from the experience. Would not recommend.
Fantastic experience: Great experience with the dolphins!! The staff was great too. Only complaint is the price of photos afterwards, but they were still very accommodating and reduced the price on the digital package. If you're here you've gotta do this.
Buen dia Kevin White thanks for the rating and comments saludos feliz dia.
Positive experience: The experience swimming with the dolphins and working with the trainer was fantastic! Order the Couples package ahead for 50% off and you will have a great time! The experience with the dolphins and the trainer is a 5-star rating. However, at the end we were shown pictures of the activities with a whopping $400 price tag. When we kindly thanked them to walk away they attempted to drop the price to $150. After haggling a little we asked for all the pics, no video at $110. They came back with 2 pics at $50 or $60. Business thought for you all: Advertise reasonable prices upfront and don't insult your customers with over inflated packages. You will sell more and your customers will go in and walk away happy. Insulting patrons with an overly inflated price and then attempting to cut in half when they walk away almost destroys the joy of the actual act of swimming with the dolphins.
Buen dia Joel Mahoney thanks for the rating and comments an apology for the inconvenient of photo and video department please write at the next email [email protected] if don get your pictures feliz dia
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, it was a short time with the dolphins but sooo worth it! You get to do tricks with them, you get to pet them, swim with them and get hugs and kisses!! They are absolutely amazing animals and my time was well worth it. Favorite part of the trip!
Hi Emilie! It is great to hear that the experience of interacting with dolphins was magical, we hope to see you again to enjoy this unique experience again. =)
Negative experience: The service was great as well as the experience. However, it was extremely expensive. We spent almost $1000 for an hour private session with pictures. The pictures were $300. So over priced!!! Watch out. Make sure to bring your own phone for pictures and video. If they don’t let you bring your phone to take your own pictures and video, swim with the dolphins in Hawaii instead.
Hi Shea DeMello thanks for the comments and a apology for the experience with the department of photo and video you comments is gonna help us in order to improve our service.
Negative experience: The facility itself is very nice. The staff that works directly with the dolphins are very professional and knowledgeable. The personal encounter with the dolphin's itself is worth the price of admission. However, as a business owner, I find their business practices very unethical. They will not allow any type device in to take any pictures or videos. Instead, they have cameramen following you around to take pictures and videos during the encounter. If the pictures and videos were offered at a reasonable price at the end I would find the experience overall great and highly recommend it. However, they try to sell you on an excessively expensive package at the end. After trying to negotiate they will drop the price in half immediately(leaving the price in the hundreds still, too expensive) . Their business plan is to gouge a customer by holding any proprietary documention of a great experience hostage unless a ransom of a price is paid. PS, I saw the owners response to a review earlier stating that some of the fees they charge were given to a conservation organization. Saying "a percentage of the profits go to a conservation program" could be .001% If you're going to try to use that excuse to justify excessive prices, at least be transparent as to how much of the money goes to this organization. Otherwise it is just an unverifiable and dubious claim put forth by a company with unethical business practices.
Hi Erick thanks for the comments and a apology for the experience with the department of photo and video you comments is gonna help us in order to improve our service.
Negative experience: Dirty place with a lot of Algae all over. I felt like I was swimming in a swamp. The area seems too small for the dolphins so I would consider this animal cruelty. To top it off, they don’t advertise the price for their photo packages which is outrageous. $470 for pictures and the video is not high for some people it is plain RIP OFF and you cannot justify it with your stupid reply. I wish I would have never done it. They tried to rush you and acted annoyed by the questions and just tried to get it over with. I will definitely be blogging and posting all over social media about all the issues and the rip offs this company offers.
Hello Joe, we regret that you had that bad experience with us, what you mean with the dirty beach, it is a stress that is happening throughout the Caribbean coast due to the effects of global warming that we can not control, so we can not remove it since it helps to stop the erosion of the beaches, on the other hand a percentage of the cost of the photographs is destined to environmental programs such as beach cleaning, animal welfare among others, in comparison to other high tourism countries such as Miami, Hawaii .. etc. The cost of our photographs is not high.
Negative experience: No dolphin deserves captivity, being a toy for people's entertainment - they must be wild and free!!! You know they suffer a lot to get to these tanks/pools and suffer from illnesses there and die early. Shame on people doing this business and people who supports with their money!! I am happy I didn't book the hotel next to this place - my vacation would be ruined :-(
Positive experience: Staff was friendly and generous. We had 2 dolphins to play with. The instructors showed us the sign language to use for speak, dance/twirl, show teeth/open mouth, and swam circles around us to show speed and power. As one person was doing the trick with dolphin, the other person had 1-1 time of petting nose, rubbing head and belly. The dolphin allowed us to grab dorsal fin and swim was exhilarating, and then having both dolphins swim behind to push on your feet up in the air to fly....well, I have no words to explain. I screamed with glee. The finale was having a dolphins jump over us while in water. Perfect picture!! Pics are way too over priced. Company would sell much more if dropped price from $300+. Companies need to remember we do want pics, BUT MORE we want the experience. We already paid a hefty price for that memory.
Thanks for your review.
Fantastic experience: Do the trainer for a day program! My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and it was amazing! We got a free shirt and wonderful pictures with it. One thing I will suggest is that since there is a lot of standing knee-high in water and you're standing in the sun all day, wear a full shirt and hat when you go and then when you are about to get in the water with the dolphins just take the hat off and put next to the pool. I made the mistake of wearing a tank top and no hat and since you are not allowed to wear sunscreen around the dolphins, I got a terrible sunburn. Over all, my wife and I were VERY happy with the program, the wonderful staff, and the phenomenal dolphins! Thank you so much for the memories!
Thanks for your review, Teddy.
Fantastic experience: Had a great time with my kids , friendly staff, prices are fair , but the experience was amazing. There is plenty of water activities for the kids , the whole family .also a buffet . The memories are priceless.
Hi Norma, It's great to know you enjoyed your visit. Hope to see you back soon.
Negative experience: Photos were poorly taken, staff were rude ... wanted 200USD+ for 12 photos!! When we challenged for a better price (considering we had just spent 400USD on the dolphins) we were told 'I am not going to get the manager as he will say the same thing.. he doesn't care about your money' OUTRAGEOUS - dolphin swim was average, trainer was rushed even when we had paid 45mins as a couple!
We're sorry for the inconvenients. A percentage of our prices goes directly to our conservation programs, that's why they may seem high for some people.
Negative experience: Three of us loved swimming with the dolphins but my life jacket did not fit properly and half the time I was falling forward and trying to stay upright. My biggest complaint is the gouging for pictures. Family is not allowed to take pictures and even from afar the photographers block the scene for those with long range lenses. Each and every picture including small ones is $39. I bought nothing because I thought it was outrageous. If they would let you take your own shots then I would be more apt to buy one of theirs. Even if they had a package deal where you got so many pictures for $50 that would be acceptable. Dolphins are great!. Everything else was a rip off. Since we had to pay $99 apiece for the less than 1 hour experience they should at least thrown in one picture.
We're sorry for the inconvenients. A percentage of our prices goes directly to our conservation programs, that's why they may seem high for some people.
Negative experience: This is a photo opportunity scam. Everything you do, you do so they can take pictures. Then they want to charge you $39 per picture, or $200+ for all of them. They won't work with you on the price (I offered to pay $40 for two pictures). I wanted at least a little memory of my experience but they care more about money than their customers happiness. They preach to you on how to take care of the planet, all while trying to rip you off. Very bad experience overall. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We had the time of our lives at delphinus Cancun. Right from the start, it was easy to find and the process was not rushed at all. We did the couples dream and it was one of the best choices we could have made for our trip. Our trainer Nina was so nice and the dolphins were so cool. There were 5 dolphins when we did our swim and some of the other dolphins would come up to us to say hi. They're truly magnificent creatures and we had so much fun. Thank you Delphinis Punta Cancun!!
We're happy to know that you enjoyed your visit.
Negative experience: Strongly would NOT recommend this place for your swim with the dolphins experience. They would surprise you with many rules and rude staff right as you walk in. They would try to sell you photos and videos that are poorly taken for several hundred dollars and would refuse for you to take any pics of you request to. They would blame it on the safety of the animals while other people are all around the swim area taking pics. You can bargen the price down a lot. Would not recommend this place. Check other options. Very unhappy with this.
We're sorry to read about your experience. We'll deliver the facts to the designated area so that we can check the case.
Fantastic experience: Overall, 5 stars. Finding the ticket office is a little tricky. We got there super early and the Hyatt guy told me the shaded area where I was trying to find my phone was for hotel guests only. Whatever. All beaches in cancun are public do we found chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The Hyatt guy didn't say a word to us there. Did the couples swim. A once in a lifetime experience. The preparation staff made me feel a little rushed. The time in the water with the dolphins was amazing. They are so worried about pictures it felt a little paparazzi at times but Chiquila the dolphin was awesome. The guy selling the pictures was rushing us as well and didn't explain the options. I warned my husband that he was going to have to buy a $30 picture but it was $40. Overall it was worth it.
Thanks for your review!
Negative experience: Swimming with dolphins was ok but the prices are a complete ripoff. They actually want to charge you $39 per digital photo. Should be closer to $1 per photo which is still a huge profit them. Then they actually lied about the video neing included in the price of the activity. They told us that the video was included in the price and then when we went to pick it up they said it would be an additional $89 on top if the $300 we had just paid. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEN CLAIM THAT THEY MUST HAVE MISTRANSLATED WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO SAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
We're sorry to read about your experience, we'll deliver the facts to the designated area so that we can chek your case.
Negative experience: Did not like this place one bit, its way too expensive and its not worth it to pay 300 dollars for pictures and another 300 for the actual activity but we barely got to do anything with the dolphins. They do not allow sunscreen when in the pool and i got very bad sunburn and headache. They don't allow cameras so they make u pay extra for their pics and they aren't even that good because they catch u at the worst moments. One pic is 40 dollars. I do not request this place.
We´re sorry for the inconvenients. A percentage of our prices is destined to our conservation programs.
Negative experience: I've wanted to swim with dolphins all my life, and on my honeymoon vacation to Riviera Maya, Delphinus made my dream come true. Unfortunately though, the experience itself was borderline boring and they wanted $200+ for twelve measley photos. Word of advice for anyone choosing Delphinus (aside from DON'T) is DO NOT buy the Couples Dream Swim. You spend $400 just to do exactly what all the other groups do, and since your are not in a group, they fill time by having the slowly dolphin swim around you for 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time is spent posing for photos that they will charge more (A LOT MORE) for. At the end of our swim when all the groups left, we just stood at the stairs watching the trainer work on a boring behavior. The real outrage came after we got out of the water and they brought us to the photo studio. Firstly, they do not allow you to bring your own camera, you HAVE to buy their photos, they know it, so they try to extort as much money out of you as they can. As if $400 for a subpar swim wasn't enough, they wanted to charge us an ADDITIONAL $200+ for photos. The packages were $220 for a 12-photo CD, $250 for all the photos (there were 90+) on a usb, or $300+ for all photos plus a photo book. We tried to work with the photographer and asked if we could get just 1 photo for $50 but they would have none of it. Pay an arm and a leg or go home was their motto it seemed. We returned to our resort disgusted and disappointed and upset. Luckily I was wearing sunglasses or the other tourists would have seen my tears. My dream finally came true and I didn't get to bring the memories home with me. These people preach saving the dolphins and the environment, but all they care about is extorting tourists for every dime they have.
We apologize for your bad experience, we will give your feedback to photo team.
Negative experience: "Foot push and dolphin ride were great. The photos/videos were super expensive ($300 for photos and videos)." This was our first time visiting Mexico and swimming with dolphins. We paid $400 for a couple's swim. We were told that we would get 75 minutes with dolphins. The actual time we spent with dolphin was way less. The reception staff was very cold/rude. The poolside staff and the trainer were friendly. We got to spent time with one shared dolphin at any given moment except during foot push which involved two dolphins. Apart from the ride and foot push other activities were dull and boring. The ride and foot push lasted only few seconds/meters. Basically we spent time posing for photographs and videos with a dolphin. It was useless because of the exorbitant cost, $300 for photos and videos.
We're sorry for the inconvenients. A percentage of our prices is destined to our conservation programs.
