Positive experience: The dolphins were great, although I felt like their noses were a little torn up from pushing people out of the water. The pictures are priced outrageous ($50 a photo), and you aren't allowed to take any with your own phone. The staff was nice. Everyone spoke excellent English. They did seem to care about the animals, which is a big deal to me. The water was not clear, like in the pictures, but they have multiple locations. The facilities for showering were clean. All in all I would recommend.

Negative experience: Literally the biggest scam! They don’t allow you to take your own photos then charge you 300+ USD to get your photos. And the photos aren’t even that great. Even for just one photo it’s 53USD. Don’t waste your money go to another place!

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience but charging $400 for photos was a bit much. I still loved the experience and the staff were helpful and kind.

Negative experience: really sad captive facility. and the photos are a scam - they try to charge you hundreds of dollars. just walk away and you'll easily get a 50% discount offered.

Positive experience: Staff, are polite, the dolphins are amazing, i not a fan the animals are caged, I believe they have been rescued and are now an opportunity to engage with folks about the water environment. Overall I recommend this excursion, you will not regret.

Negative experience: Why would you pay $$$ to take a picture with a trapped animal is beyond my comprehension?! Stay away from these tourists traps, and if you really are interested in knowing more about dolphins why not supporting companies that take you out there to see how they swim free and in their own habitat? Give your kids a good example, you all know better...

Fantastic experience: Angel at Puerto Morelos location was exactly as his name says “an Angel” he was so helpful in fixing our reservation so we got the exact experience we wanted. We were there on Saturday 4/12 and had the absolute best time and experience! Thank you again!

Positive experience: Experience was ok for the kids. Cost wise, was not what we purchased. Supreme Package was supposed to be 45 minutes in the water with the dolphins as well as 15 minutes snorkeling however they stood on the platform for close to 20 minutes waiting for others to do their activities and snorkel time was about 8 minutes. Kids did still enjoy their time, just upset that what we paid for was not what they received.

Negative experience: Overall, good experience. They do not allow any pics or videos and charge $53 PER PICTURE, $307 for 10 pictures and $370 for all of them. It wasn't the cleanest but overall it was fine. Kids were happy

Fantastic experience: I took my wife and daughter to Delphinus puerto morales and had a wonderful time!! The whole staff was amazing and very informative. I read a lot of reviews online about pics being priced high but once I got there and seen all that goes into running this business I was impressed. Being a business owner myself I understand what it takes to run a successful business and a lot goes on behind the scenes. It was a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: The Dolphins were the best part according to our kids but staff were very rude about not letting the parents and grandparents of or kids watch the activities. Our only option was to pay $550usd to see the photos their staff took. We were told there was a viewing area for spectators but it was not visible except with a pair of binoculars which we did not think to bring. When we asked to get closer they pretended to not understand english. It was also sad to hear from our kids about how many scratches and cuts the dolphins had on their entire bodies. The staff said it was because dolphins don’t have hands like humans so they touch everything with their bodies. Maybe if they weren’t in a metal cage they wouldn’t have to scratch themselves so much against it. I wish I could share photos with you all but $550USD is very unreasonable for us to afford. Maybe they are also hiding some animal abuse by not allowing close up photos to be taken. I believe some serious changes are required to improve transparency and staffs attitude towards parents and spectators.

Positive experience: Fantastic experience! The staff explain everything very well in English and Spanish. The dolphins are so gentle. My husband, 7 year old son and I all had a great time. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't let you take pictures. They take great pictures but their prices are very expensive. The cheapest we could talk them down was 30 dollars for 1 digital print. We could have gotten 2 for 60 or 1 print for 50. If you get 10 or more they are cheaper but still I think the cheapest package was over 150.

Fantastic experience: Lots of iguanas there to greet you before seeing the dophins. Great spot to visit with the kids.

Fantastic experience: It was a very nice experience. Well organized and clear instructions on how to interact with the dolphins. If the little ones are scared they accommodate different experiences. Important note: the price was only about $60 per person but they don't allow cameras or phones so if you want the pictures it is pricey.. $417 for 18 pictures or approx $550 for all the pics digitally. Update: response to owners response: I appreciate your response and clarification. I understand that the price of your pictures are lower than other places in Mexico - (Don't think it is relevant to compare to US prices as that is an entirely different market). Personally, I think I would have felt better about it if you charged more upfront for admission and less for the pictures or allowed visitors to take their own pictures. If a large group of 8 - 10 people go together perhaps they can buy the full package and share the cost. However if a small group of father, mother and son attend only to find out the only way they can take back pictures of the memory is to pay $400 on top of the admission it can be a shock or even out of the question if they don't have the money. Since there is no way for a visitor to know this until after their experience it feels like a "bait and switch".... you're standing their with your son looking up at you with a big smile eager to take a picture home to show his friends and if you don't have the money, a good time ends in disappointment.

Positive experience: Omg this was the most amazing thing I have ever done. These creatures are so beautiful and smart. I just cant say enough. The only thing with this facility is the cost of the picture its absolutely absurd. You pay more for picture then to interact with the dolphins. So be prepared to spend over a $100.00 bucks for your pictures and you only get 10. I had to seriously pull a "karen" because first we were not given that information before hand. I had my phone which I was giving to my friend so she could take my picture. They literally told us we could use our phones and they take them for us. Welp I knew right then and there there had to be a catch. It’s no way swimming with dolphins was this cheap. So I called to complain and got all 68 pictures. Which was very deserving if might add for the amount of money I paid for 10 pictures and mind you the ones I personally selected were not even the ones I had gotten. They gave me the wrong pictures. Oh and your pictures are not printed they give you a link you have to print them yourself

Negative experience: Short walk from our resort and cheaper to book directly through this business instead of your resort. However, it’s still extremely expensive and large groups with these poor tired confined dolphins aren’t worth the $. I wouldn’t bother because you cannot even take your own pictures! You’re not allowed any devices and they charge you hundreds of dollars for your picture. You really just spend a short amount of time interacting with the dolphins because you have to wait your turn in the group and they waste your time taking pictures with their camera so they can sell you them later for hundred of US dollars. Us Canadians know what that means!

Fantastic experience: Great views. We spent about an hour watching the dolphins. It is within walking distance to the resort. Several people were Taking part in swimming with the dolphins this was very exciting.

Fantastic experience: Great excursion! Picked up in the afternoon and transported quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms/ changing area. Free lockers and towels. There is also a nice little snack bar (food and drinks to purchase) and a comfortable seating area to enjoy while waiting.

Positive experience: Very good experience for the kids and participants. Awesome animals! But the issue is that companions don’t have a very good view of the action which forces you to end up buying the photo package. So add between 200-400 bucks to your dolphin experience

Fantastic experience: Awesome, speechless, & memorized place!! It's hard to put it in words when the adventure was incredible!! The interaction with the dolphins was something that is one of a kind & a must to do in your life. They are so friendly, peaceful, & awesome to interact with. Staff was also great & friendly. Language barrier is nothing here, everyone speaks English. They go out of their way to help out & answer questions you might have. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone, this includes adults not just families.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience this afternoon! The staff was helpful and courteous. Our trainer was great. I was in a small group with a mother and son who didn’t swim. I definitely got more out of it than they did since they didn’t really get in the water like I did. I got an extra “double fin ride” which was really cool. Thank you! And I had read in someone’s review that the picture packages started at $350 but that is not true. The basic package today was $132. If this is on your bucket list…do it!

Positive experience: The experience was awesome seeing the dolphins was great. Bring a camera with a good zoom if you are bringing the kiddos as the 2nd pool is about 80 to 100 yards or more and cell phone cameras just won't cut it. They try to sell pictures afterwards, which are very nice, but very pricey. You can negotiate down to a fairly reasonable price. It has a small gift shop and snack bar with liquor if you are into that thing. Good experience.
