Positive experience: EDIT: After this review, they sent us what we ordered and then some for free! So our experience with Fauna Marine has improved greatly! I do recommend them since they are the best reseller for salt water stuff and their packaging is amazing! --- We made a big order and payed 90 euro in shipment to Sweden only to find that one of our main items in the order (the reason we ordered from here) was sold out (still says its in stock on the website). They did not contact us to see if we wanted to cancel our order or if we wanted continue. Instead they gave us a refund on the missing items - which with currency changes made us lose about 200SEK. Even though I loved the packaging (all the corals where in small cups rather then plastic bags), I DO NOT recommend buying online from this store, since you do not know what you get when you pay so much in shipping.
Dear Sandra. We are very sorry that there was happen an inconvience about your shipping. In your case we talk about 1 Cleaning Crew which was not send, due to the reason that the animals were not ok for shipping.. It was not sold out in this case the shop showed at your time as deliverable. I see that our stuff did not contacted you which should not happen. Fantastic experience: Fauna Marin is one of the few shops in Europe I trust to get my corals, which says a lot. The FMC corals are always super healthy, happy and hungry. I ordered the FMC Mystery Box last weekend and received on Tuesday. The box cost 250 euro and corals are worth 370 euro! Amazing value and this way I got corals that I would normally not buy myself but secretly always wanted. The purple tip frogspawn, grafted monti and Lobo are already my favorite corals of the tank. The Alveopora is not opening up yet in low light, low flow, any tips? Update after 5 days: Alveopora now fully open, 1 Acro frag STN'ed and died.
