Negative experience: And the worst experience I think it’s not possible, I bought a small aquarium that the employee told me was enough for my fishes, when I went home, the future box was empty without the motor. I came back to exchange. I’ll take a refund and they didn’t do it, it took four days for them to find another filter, and by the time I got another one on my fishes were dead. The future was too big for the aquarium. It did not fit at all, and if you all those bad experience wasn’t enough, the tank is leaking water from the bottom. Summary cheap Tank, Missing items, wrong items, money wasted, and my daughter that fishes.

We would like to clarify a few points:
You never mentioned to us about any leak in the tank, so we were unaware of this issue until now. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address it promptly if we had been informed earlier.
It took approximately one week for you to report that the filter was missing. If it was missing earlier, we encourage customers to come back sooner so we can assist promptly.
Once you notified us, we arranged a replacement filter within a day at no extra cost, understanding the urgency.
When our supplier informed us it would take 2 to 3 days to get a new filter, you requested same-day, which we tried to accommodate. We arranged for you to pick it up on the same day, but it took a few more days for you to come and collect it.
If you add fish to an aquarium that is not cycled, they die normally.
We regret that the tank size and quality did not meet your expectations, but you have bought it your from the store it was not an online puslrchase. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve our service and product quality.

That’s why I take time to look and find their physical shop in Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi. It’s my first time to visit and the experience is so fantastic! The place is cozy, neat and the atmosphere is awesome. Their Filipino staff, Tom, is very helpful, committed to great service and very friendly. He’s giving advice very well on how to take care the fishes. I rarely leave reviews but this shop deserve one. Hopefully they’ll put branch in Hamdan area.

Positive experience: Small shop but lots of stuffs you can buy. Bought Aquarium Salt but moistened, box is literally soaked with water. Accdg to the staff, it is because of the shop humidity. Must store it in better storage and temperature to avoid such issue.

I have only 2 remakes. *I inquired about pricing via call and WhatsApp, suddenly it's deferent once I visited store. (Aquarium tank) *I purchased a siphon pump to my surprise once I reached home that it was used before (probably testing it ) very sticky. But in general it's a good shop .
