Negative experience: Unfortunately I don't feel like recommending this store, neither for the purchase of animals, After two attempts that went wrong, I lost confidence in their selection and shipping process. I bought a snail twice from this store and on both occasions the animal arrived dead or in compromised condition. Customer service via WhatsApp is slow, not very proactive, and the feeling is that there is not much attention to the quality or condition of the animals shipped.

Fantastic experience: I've haven't been to the actual store but the stock quality of things I ordered here are by far the highest standards here in the Arab Emirates and their service experience has been by far the biggest joy for me as staff will do their best in ensuring you get what you want in the store and the amount of species they have in stock is absolutely crazy as I've seen fish here that other stores simply don't have and have loved their deliveries and online shopping website and I'd highly recommend this to any new fish keeper or aquascaper as they give you what you pay for even if its pricey which makes it worth it much love from an online customer and hope to see the shop sometime soon as tgeir standards are not like any other I've seen here in the Emirates!❤️

Fantastic experience: For those who want to step up their game in aquascaping and fish care , don't search further!!.This aqua heaven is located behind Khalidiyah mall, a tiny little shop which on first look you think it will be very basic but, do not get tricked! More than possibly 60-70 different types displayed beautifully in plant tanks and more on shelves in sealed cups. Not to mention the vast variety on moss(rare to find in AUH so far)!!Staff very knowledgable and super informative to support new in this hobby.From the owner, who has clearly put a lot of love in his business, to the staff, hands down experts, thank you and well done

Fantastic experience: Great place to buy good variety of fishes for way low cost. I have sticked with them for the last purchases and never regretted. Rare varieties like Congo tetra, Neon dwarf Rainbow, Threading rainbow are always in my wishlist. Shop is great, but the online store is even greater. You order today, the items we can pickup in the shop the next day at the shop. Delivery available, though I didn't opt for it. Tabby available, cashew not working. Good quality live fishes and plants. Would try to get more rare fishes from here.

Negative experience: I visited the shop and found it to be well-maintained with a great variety of fish, and the staff on-site were very helpful. However, I encountered issues with the individual responsible for scheduling the tank cleaning service. Unfortunately, he was uncooperative and did not assist with booking. On one occasion, I managed to secure an appointment, only to be informed later the same day that the team would not be able to come. It seems the individual had double-booked the slot, prioritizing other customers while I had been waiting. When I reached out for clarification, he did not offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Shop is great! You can do it online or be amazed with the plants, rocks, woods, and other accessories in the shop. Amir Khan (staff) surely knows how to advise.

Negative experience: I had ordered fishes from them earlier they were nice but last 2 times was terrible, although they are costly we go due to quality but nowadays seems they lost their unique advantage. They send damage low quality fish and I called customer service and they took fish back. Again last week they delivered replacement which was also same low quality, I didn't go for again complaining I feel ashamed to again go for complaints at least these guys must have a minimum care that customer already returned fishes once have to give quality fishes

Negative experience: Shop says fish lose color while transportation and than become colourful again. Fish arrive dead. Driver lies about delivery time - says 5min and than arrive 2.5h later each time promising 5min max. On photo fish supposed to be bright blue and alive. Pending them to return my money.

Fantastic experience: Prompt and quick delivery, let us know when they would deliver and the delivery came within 30 minutes of them telling us they would deliver soon. On the website it says deliveries may take from 2-5 business days and livestock up to 7, but when I ordered livestock it came in only 2 business days. Much better service than Al Arbeaa as here, I don’t receive my order at 9pm but instead 2:30pm.

Once you purchase and become their customer then there is no good response for the followup .. Got many times plants from them wth bacteria and snails and spoilt my tanks . Good customer service and support especially discus staff named Mr. Ahamed he is kind and always explaining / clarifying which is better with regards to the aquarium setup and maintenance need. Discus.ae have wide range of accessories and livestock as per fish/shrimp keeping only but if you are looking for aquascaping accesories they have only few of this (hardscape) maybe sooner they will upgrade.

I had to contact them to follow up regarding my order and the lady told me that the driver had accident and we will deliver after 2 days.. i told her make sure i receive fresh plant since ur driver had accident please replace to new plants The result i receive Nymphaea Lotus 'Tiger' Red - Potted ( i receive it broken and rotten leaves) i end throwing it cause the leaves falling apart 1x Hygrophila difformis (Water Wisteria) I receive it with rotten leaves and falling apart 1x Vallisneria Spiralis 'Rubra' (Red) - I receive rotten leaves and falling apart
