🗣️ Discovery World: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Great place, I would say the youngest was a bit too young but even the 17 yr old had a great time. The littlest loved the fishes next door.
Positive experience: The view of the lake is beautiful. The ticket prices are great, and the staff is really nice! The museum/ aquarium is decent, but it’s pretty small. I’m sure kids would really enjoy themselves there, but for adults it’s just ok.
Positive experience: This place was okay! I think for $25 a piece I definitely expected more. We were visiting from out of town and weren’t sure what to expect. This place is definitely geared more towards kids, though we did have a somewhat nice time walking around. A lot of the interactive items throughout the museum were broken or just not working, which was a bummer. When we come back to Milwaukee we are gonna pass with going here, but I’m sure it’s fun for kids!
Fantastic experience: Admission price is a pricey, but worth every penny! We spent 3 hours in the museum, could spend even more. Our kids (she 8, 5, and 2) had a blast! I learned a lot too! Parking is expensive. If you don't mind walking, park 1-2 blocks away and walk to the museum.
Fantastic experience: Love going here and have gone here since I was a baby also some good geocaches right in this area
Fantastic experience: This is a fun interactive center for children as well as adults and there is an aquarium attached. With beautiful views of Lake Michigan
Fantastic experience: Aquarium is very small, but still nice. We spent an entire morning here and the kids liked it.
Positive experience: A mom with my 2 early teens. Had a great time together. Took 2-3 hours. Military discount is fabulous. Sadly, if your active military person is not there (due to being active) the Tix aren't free. But they still have a military discount.
Positive experience: A very beautiful place to go with the family.
Fantastic experience: Wow, beyond amazing! The aquarium is small but jam packed and the wastewater treatment portion is really cool! Tech side is neat too. Highly recommend!
Positive experience: Ugh. I wanted to love this place. It is overpriced for what you get. There were a few gems. But the staff is unhelpful at best, disinterested and avoids you at worst. Exhibits were worn and not well maintained. The freshwater tank is large and fun. Part of the touch tanks were being worked on. And the others were so deep, my husband's arm was wet to the elbow to be able to touch anything! No way kids could pet anything. The Caribbean tank was being worked on while we were there. Would maybe recommend for older kids 8+. Buying tix in advance online can be done while standing in their lobby, only saves $1/ticket. Exhibits were poorly marked, map was unhelpful. Didn't even orient the parts of the building/wings in relation to each other. No explanation on times of movies/films. Very confusing. Maybe try the Children's museum across the street?
Fantastic experience: They had some fun science stuff to do on the tech side and lots to teach you about the lakes and water supply. On the aquarium side they teach you about fish, some mammals, and weather
Positive experience: Fun interactive museum. Several of the interactive exhibits were not working during our last visit in June.
Positive experience: We were satisfied with our visit, but to be honest, the percentage of displays and activities that were out of order, shut down for renovation or didn’t work properly was discouraging. Also paying $16 to park was a real budget buster! My husband really enjoyed the Les Paul exhibit I liked the Great Lakes model with weather features.
Positive experience: Always love coming here with a membership. I wish there was an easier way to check in, though, like a card or something. It's hard to manage kids in a line just to see your I.D. Hope they can figure it out one day.
Positive experience: My kids had fun (12 & 16). We went for turtle fest, only saw 1 turtle from the several there were supposed to be. Even tho my kids were older, they had fun and learned some things.
Fantastic experience: Very cool place for small children, there is a lot to see . Highly recommend you go there and check it out
Fantastic experience: Great experience. All the staff were really nice and helpful. They continued to put things back together after use for the next wave of kids. There's fun for all ages. The cafe food wasn't overly priced from the grill and there was PLENTY to do. Easily spend the entire day there playing without getting bored.
Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience visiting Discovery World with Kids on their end of the year school trip. I have been praising the experience ever since my visit. I will definitely be coming back. Topping on the cake was seeing some conveyors the company I work for made! Very cool!!
Fantastic experience: nice Place to go and relax with the kids
Positive experience: Very fun place to explore with the kids. Some of the exhibits are showing their age a little bit. The creation station was my favorite
Fantastic experience: Brought our 2.5 and 5yo and they absolutely loved the robotics, music, gravity and aquarium.
Fantastic experience: Velma the stingray is a little rabble rouser. Also there are cool flying and driving simulators
Negative experience: We came for an aquarium and somehow ended up in a loud, chaotic kids' zone with a few fish tanks tossed in. Not what we expected, and definitely not worth the drive to Milwaukee. Parking was a nightmare, the garage layout made zero sense, and the elevator took its sweet time. It was hot, stuffy, and miserable inside with no real air flow anywhere. Between the entry fees and parking, we dropped nearly $100 just to get overwhelmed by noise and confusion. The lake view was honestly the best part, but you can enjoy that for free somewhere else. Save your money and your sanity.
Fantastic experience: I went with my daughters 3rd grade class for a field trip. I've never been before. It was so nice! The kids loved doing all the exhibits. We were there for about 5 hours and it felt like we did most of the main attractions. The staff was great and kept us on time for the lunch periods. There were several other school field trips there at the same time, but the building didn't feel overly crowded. Definitely would go again!
Fantastic experience: It was very fun while also very educational and gave a good look on how technology works and marine life.
Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time. I haven't been there since I was a kid. And the girls absolutely loved it.
Fantastic experience: My son loved it when he was 3 and REALLY enjoys it now that he's 5. Lots of learning opportunities and the staff is always so friendly.
Positive experience: Fun science museum with major areas on machinery and water. Loved the Great Lakes exhibit and aquarium, with a special emphasis on wildlife of the Great Lakes. You can pet sting rays. We were there two hours and saw a little over half of the exhibits. There’s so many hands-on exhibits plan on a few trips. Recommended, particularly for science lovers.
Positive experience: Budget at least 3-4 hours on a busy day! The lines were quite long on a Sunday, so we only got to half of the tech side after 2 hours. Didn't even make it to the aquatarium but there is so much to see and so much to learn! Great for kids!
Positive experience: It was a nice adventure but I do wish they had more of the aquarium our kids where 1 and 4 and not a ton for them to enjoy on the teck side. It was very nice tho
Fantastic experience: A really fun and interactive place. Highly recommend for kids 5-12
Positive experience: This place was pretty fun. However, many of the exhibits were broken on one of the floors. There was a lot for kids to look at and interact with. It was fun to go once but I believe it's way overpriced. Maybe go once to see what it's about. But I don't recommend this place unless you just want your kids to run around all day.
Positive experience: It's a place (my opinion) for kids 5+ there's a lot of interaction and reading. Its a big space which I expected to see more activities and more on the aquarium side. Was sad that the aquarium tunnel was closed(underconstrution).
Negative experience: What a huge disappointment. It may be great for young kids as there are a lot of hands on things to do, but the aquarium is really small and the major exhibit was closed. Paid $50 to get in and an hour later we were walking out the door. No sharks. One display of jellyfish. And just eh. Parking was $13 for that hour. And the garage is not made for a Chevy Silverado, but made it work. I would not go back and rather pay double for the Shedd. It was an adventure.
Fantastic experience: I discover that the children love going to this place to see what is inside as well as open up their minds to what they see. It was very exciting and enlightening at the same time. I recommend this for a family outing and an educational outing.
Negative experience: On the surface it seems like a really cool place... But unfortunately it left our entire group disappointed. The layout and the elevators and names of the levels was confusing, the tunnel under the aquarium was under construction and that was a main thing I wanted to personally experience so I was bummed. The train display was impressive but none of the buttons did anything. Lots of interactive elements seemed to be like that, or they were not well explained by any signage what it was supposed to do. Most things we just walked past there wasn't much to do. Overall the kids were bored, I was disappointed and I felt sorry for people who paid full price.
Negative experience: Have not gone. Was looking to take my child during spring break and found your prices are more during spring break. Very rude. Lots of other places to go that lower their prices for when kids are off school. I will not be going.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Facility is always clean. Food is decent and reasonably priced. Kids always have fun coming here. Highly recommend if you are in the area with little ones.
Fantastic experience: Got there right when it opened. Underground parking was great, lots of attractions to participate in. Kept us busy over 3hr.
Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness. If you ever want to know why our children can't do anything on their own, watch parents not guide but put together the foam fish. PARENTS THIS IS WHAT'S SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN AT THIS PLACE. It's a place for kids to discover not parents to do for the kids. I loved this place we will buy a grandparents membership pass. There are so many places to bring the kids on spring break with this membership.
Positive experience: Very cool! Recommend to come prepared (unlike me). Gets very warm and overstimulating inside. Wear cool clothes and bring backpack with snacks/drinks. Felt chaotic with my 3 and 5 year old. With multiple field trip groups present, it’s very overwhelming. Go to top floor in elevator for some peace (viewing deck inside). Not sure I would go again with kids at the age they are. Would choose something calmer and cheaper like Mitchell Domes.
Fantastic experience: Spent 3 hours with a 2 and 5 year old, with smiles and excitement. The museum is excellent and informational, and the aquarium is an added bonus
Fantastic experience: From the littles to the Adults, this was such FuN for All ages ! Tons of hands-on activities and experiences !!
Negative experience: My boyfriend had come here a few times at least a decade ago, and trying to plan a date-night recently, he mentioned it. Mainly to visit the aquarium, (both “fish nerds”) but we also like children’s museum type outings (both kids at heart). First, I would recommend calling ahead to check if there’s some kind of event on the docket for the day at Discovery World (for example, a school field trip or several; or an extracurricular competition). If there is, re-schedule your plans, and go on a day that’s clear of events. We happened to go on a day where there were several field trips and a large school competition/science-fair-type event that began at opening and didn’t seem to slow down until about an hour before closing. So every hall, doorway, restroom, exhibit, activity, and staircase was packed with tons of kids, elementary to high school age, most chaperone-less and not caring if they run into anyone or skip through lines. We watched a middle-school-age kid run up from across the room to skip in front of us for an activity when we had been waiting in line for about 10 minutes, the chaperone apologize, and then allow the kid to continue to activity without any action. In another instance, an adult read through the rules for the interactive exhibit (laying down on the platform, then pressing the button, and allowing the bed of nails to raise up underneath you, then releasing the button to have it lower again before getting up) to their kids, then allowing them to climb on top of the platform and stand on top of it while raising the nails, then jumping back off as they lowered. This occurred with the group several times amount each child as we waited. This could have easily been a serious injury for any one of the children, and the rules at the exhibit are posted in order to prevent it, but if it’s known that this spot can be hazardous then a museum volunteer should be stationed here to help supervise and insure things are going as regulated. Secondly, when you call to check about the events schedule, see how many of the exhibits/activities are actually open and able to be attended. It’s possible a majority of the fish in the aquarium may be unviewable (empty tanks, or the tank is covered with paper), the activities may be limited (screens black, buttons not functioning, or necessary resources and materials empty or missing), and the exhibits may be difficult to understand (due to missing information plaques or broken equipment on the displays). At least 40% of the exhibits and activities were inaccessible due to be closed or broken or “under construction”. Some had signs letting us know, and some didn’t. Some just had black screens or non-functioning electronics, other areas had no description of items in a case anywhere or fish in a tank on the designated digital stock list, so we had no idea what we were looking at. The entire Virtual Reality section was closed, as well as a large chunk of the aquarium (which was our main purpose for the trip), and several other areas and individual sections. It really made the ticket price and paying for parking feel less and less worth it each time we came across something we thought would be cool, just to find out it was closed or broken. This really made it feel unfair that the tickets were still full price despite a large chunk of the museum being entirely unviewable, and we weren’t told ahead of buying tickets (at the location) that this was the case. Thirdly, after you’ve made that call and you’re comfortable with the answer you got, I would recommend bringing very good walking shoes, and some fun people to enjoy a few hours with. Kids are ideal, I’m sure, but this is also a fun date spot for the right duo. ;) This museum isn’t perfect, and has a lot to improve on and fix. But the right excursion crew makes any adventure (even ones with closed-off fishtanks and “construction” signs where your ticket price says should be magic and wonder) an unforgettable experience to giggle at some silly science puns, learn a few facts about the local area, and maybe pet some fish.
Fantastic experience: One of Milwaukee's best attractions if not the best. Great for people of all ages. Nothing but fun with a lot to see and learn.
Negative experience: My boyfriend and I came for a date night! This place sucks! The only good thing was the petting stations! Just go to pet store you will get same experience! Not worth the $44
Positive experience: Took my wife and daughter here this past weekend and we enjoyed it. There were a fair amount of exhibits, sadly the tunnel under water was under construction but the kiddo really enjoyed it, she's just under 2. My only real criticism is the eating area has limited seating for how many people are there.. and the reuben was uncooked and just a big blob of fat so be careful if you order that.
Fantastic experience: My twins loved their field trip here. They liked the light lab and the electric lab.
Fantastic experience: We love having a season pass here. Always fun to explore and love the different vendors that come. The cafe with food isn't the greatest for options but if you're in a pinch and have a cranky kid.. you can find something!
Fantastic experience: A great experience for the whole family - both my husband and I found many of the exhibits engaging and interesting. And it was interactive enough for both my 2 and 6 year old.
Fantastic experience: I went with a group of four adults and a 9-year-old and a 2-year-old. We had a blast! It was our first time there and I was really impressed with the vast variety of different kinds of exhibits and how Hands-On everything was. I was a little concerned it would be too advanced for my 2-year-old, but she thoroughly enjoyed herself. We became members and can't wait to go back again! The underground parking garage was also a really nice feature, especially in the winter.
Positive experience: Fun and educational place for all ages! A bit on the pricier side though
Fantastic experience: Much larger than I expected! A little chaotic at times with school groups, but lots of space to wander and explore. There were so many exhibits, and we didn’t even get to all of them in our visit. The kids loved seeing a real life axolotl. We super appreciated them being part of the ASTC network!! Can’t wait to come back next time we are in town.
Fantastic experience: Discovery World is a fabulous event venue! As a Wedding Planner I love any opportunity to work with Madeline and her team. They are so attentive and professional, not to mention Bartolotta's food is sooo delicious!
Fantastic experience: A very good place to go with family. Kids really enjoy
Fantastic experience: I went to this amazing place with one of my friends, and it was such a cool experience! They have many cool sea life exhibits with live animals! There are so many things to do inside, and you can be entertained for hours and hours! It can get pretty busy however, but other than that, I recommend trying this out, and bring your kids!!
Fantastic experience: Such a fun and educational place for people and kids of all ages!! The aquarium and giant ship will always be my favorite!
Negative experience: While the concept is great, it definitely was not worth the $150 I spent. Small aquarium, and one of the "main attractions" was closed for renovations. We were in and out in about an hour. Waste of time
Positive experience: Great science museum and aquarium. Wonderful place for the whole family. The kids will love the car area on the third floor, and the robotics area that prints out customized foam toys. Definitely make your way over to the boat, and then head down to meet the sturgeon in the petting fish tank. Surprisingly the sturgeon love to interact with all the kids! Just a lot of things to do, and a great way to get the kids out of the house. My brother also rented the top floor for his wedding ten years ago, and that was great! So there's more than just the museum and aquarium.
Fantastic experience: My kids have a blast here (all ages). There are racing and flying simulators that are great for both kids and adults.
Positive experience: Great place to take the kids attached aquarium was pretty neat lots of knowledgeable staff. Was quite a few learning exhibits that were closed or not working properly. Lots of great views and places to sit and eat lunch. Will definitely go again
Positive experience: Please not this review is from my own experience and yours will hopefully differ! The price of entrance is pretty steep but there is so much things you can do! The different exhibits really carried this museum because the aquarium was rather meh. Why I rated this three stars was more on how me and others were rushed out of the exhibits by an employee who must have had a bad shift or a good dinner at home she was looking forward to! Me and the gentleman being told to just walk across the boat and go to the elevator because the gift shop will be closing, looked at each other with the “damn” face. Either way my boys had fun so that’s all that matters!
Fantastic experience: Hands on science museum for all ages showcasing technology and how things work by involving patrons interactively. Much to learn and experience on multiple levels. A giftshop and a café. Restrooms, parking garage and more amenities. Most everything over priced. Good accessibility.
Fantastic experience: First time coming here since they moved from the musuem. So many things for kids to do and experience. The staff were polite and very welcoming to kids. I mostly enjoyed the fish exhibit in the lower areas. The lake Michigan view is awesome and the are paddle boat activities nearby.
Fantastic experience: Great experience, it was a bit busy but as expected for a weekend. The interactions are very fun and informative. We we're most excited to find out about their aquarium, and the touch tanks. Also it's free for military people on certain days!
Fantastic experience: Such a cool museum! There were so many things to look at, and a variety of things as well. From science to history to sea creatures, discovery world has it all! It’s also in a very nice location and very close to the art museum. Very kid-friendly and it was cool to have so many things that were interactive.
Positive experience: I thought this was a beautiful and informative museum. But respectfully I think this museum is a tad overpriced. For reference I have a 6 and 3 year old. Perhaps kids over 8 would find it more engaging. They still had a blasted and learn lots! I am grateful a friend bequeathed our family a day pass. I would recommend for a fun afternoon!
Fantastic experience: Definitely a cool experience worth every penny, parking was a bummer though it was hard to find a parking spot and the cost
Fantastic experience: Had a great day here, a lot to do. Enjoyed the aquarium in the basement, plenty of fish to look at. Can go upstairs to make it rain and storm over the Great Lakes. A lot of things where the kids and some adults can learn how things work. A chance to go on an old time ship indoors. Something for everyone, spend time having fun there.
Positive experience: It was nice, really good view if you looked outside, mildly overpriced food, but it was worth it overall, the first person experiences such as the car driving sim, ms flight sim, and virtual reality all add a nice touch to the educational bit. Although I build a quite nice fort and it was destroyed before I could enter, but it was worth it to build what I'm considering "a world wonder" as everyone was looking at it and going in it. I'm proud
Fantastic experience: What a great day. We homeschool, so the stem exhibits and facts about electricity and physics were informative. Not to mention the hands on physics exhibits. The aquarium is in the basement and we font per stingrays. And the view of the harbor is breathtaking. Walk around outside on the harbor after you finish with the science center. There are 2 floors and a place to eat inside. You can cover this entire place in 3 hours with a few kids. If you drive, the best parking is in the basement lot.
Fantastic experience: Great place to go with the whole family. I went with some good friends of mine for a Batchelors party and we had a blast.
Fantastic experience: Excellent museum that really has something to offer for everyone. Kids will get the most out of the touch pool and interactive exhibits, but adults are by no means forbidden from interacting. The writing near each exhibit is light-hearted and humorous, but also fun and informative. The science exhibits range from robotics to physics and even music. Guests can find 3 separate exhibits to play music, including guitars, that encourage you to strum, a complex machine of augurs, chains, tracks, belts, and color sensors, and even, with the help of a tuning app and creativity, a frequency visualizer. In the aquarium, guests can find a large scaled-down version of the great lakes, with expected species, the rare, yet incredible axolotl, and a massive fish tank with pike, carp, perch, catfish, gars, and more. You'll even find smaller tanks filled with traditional freshwater tank fish, which will tell you where your neon tetras or silver dollars are native to!
Fantastic experience: Great museum with a lot of interactive exhibits. The aquarium had a lot of great fish and other marine life. The robotics exhibit was neat too.
Positive experience: Very nice place, our daughter loved that’s fully interactive. She is 6, might be even nicer for older kids who can read better and follow instructions by themselves. Even is adults had fun in the science area. The aquarium is small though and they don’t have a planetary.
Fantastic experience: I had lots of fun here with my school, there's plenty to see and do! I highly recommend visiting this place, it's great for all ages!
Fantastic experience: This was a great opportunity for kids to love learning! They had a great time learning how things work and loved being able to touch!
Fantastic experience: I loved Discovery World. If you go there, it's great for the kids from the aquarium to robotics and machines and music sections. It was a fun time, with neat sundrys in the gift shop as well.
Fantastic experience: Discovery World is a great spot for families to spend the afternoon! The parking is a little tight but getting in is clearly labeled. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. The exhibits are well-planned. The indoor rainstorm is so cool! My kids loved the giant sail boat they could climb around in and pretend to man. It's very efficiently labeled - green lights show entrances and red the exits. The aquarium is personally my favorite part. The underground tunnel and wall to ceiling glass is so magical. Some spots coming in also have transparent pathways so it feels like you're walking on water. My daughter enjoyed the sturgeon and stingray touch pools. My toddler son likes the giant "alien ship" he could explore. Everything was very walkable and we were excited to find an axolotl, too! The main floor has hands on exhibits that are fun. There's plenty to do for everyone and you can easily spend several hours here. Our final stop was the gift shop, which I thought was way overpriced. $60 for two cheap plastic Aquarium Vet kits is a little unreal but the kids are happy with them. Overall, we had a great first visit and will be back. The views of the lake are an extra gorgeous bonus!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to visit. So much to do for kids and adults. Great view of Lake Michigan. The aquarium is small but dope. Go enjoy yourself..we did
Fantastic experience: It's a good place for the kids' learning and playing with all the staff. I will come back again with my kids. The aquarium is amazing!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful place for a family trip. Many interactive and fascinating things to do. If your child is interested in STEM, this would be an excellent way to expose them to science. There is also an area with an aquarium where you can interact with sturgeon, sea urchins, slipper lobsters, and more. If you're tired, you can also sit at the many tables near the water. You'll enjoy this experience!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love visiting and volunteering here! Strongly recommend for all ages. There are plenty of exhibits so one is bound to capture you! I am partial to the aquarium and the wonderful tanks and displays.
Fantastic experience: Great place to visit for any age, pretty crowded on the weekends. We spent several hours there with kids 7-17. Small food place inside, but the premade/prepackaged food is very overpriced.
Fantastic experience: Great place to bring kids! The layout of the building is not as straight forward, so look at the map before you fan out. Best to start from the back of the building and make your way forward. Enjoy!
Fantastic experience: ♥️ "Unique State Of The Art Facility Featuring An Aquarium And Meeting Hall This Is One Of Newer Edition's To The Milwaukee Skyline And A Great Place To Make Memories!!!" - Ed` ♥️ @ezekieldawan ♥️ #milwaukeemusic #discoveryworld #ezekieldawan #ed
Fantastic experience: We only had 1.5 hours to tour and loved every minute. Great variety of hands on learning!!
Fantastic experience: We took 3 boys, ages 4 and 8. They had so much fun! I found it really interesting too, and learned some new things as well. The place is clean, safe, and well cared for
Positive experience: My children had fun but I don’t think we will come here again. The atmosphere was crowded. Too many teens walking around doing NOTHING. And a lot of men in dresses. Weird stuff.
Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time as a whole family. Everyone found a lot of interesting things for themselves. Three floors of amazing exhibitions, history and modernity are intertwined very successfully. Highly recommended to visit
Positive experience: Kids had an absolute blast. They have a vr station which was an obvious favorite. The gift shop is way overpriced as are the snacks but everything else was great. Kids really had a great time.
Fantastic experience: We had a great time. I think 5+ years is perfect. I saw many school aged children on field trips who looked like they were having a blast. My children are more of a toddler/infant and found they werent able to engage as much as the older children. Nonetheless it was a good experience, and visually really cool. Lots to do and see! We went during museum days for the discount. The underground parking was nice for this cold weather, but expect to pay a premium amount. Stroller friendly. Bring your own drinks, we forgot and paid almost $3 for a bottle of water. Overall cool experience for winter weather!
Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time with the family here! Perfect way to spend the afternoon with little ones on a freezing cold day! We were able to purchase our tickets easily at a little kiosk before going to the check - in desk, though there was no wait. Tons for the kids to do and see here. The aquarium was captivating and the hands on activities and exhibits were fun & educational. The kids did not want to leave! And thank goodness for heated underground parking!
Fantastic experience: Best place ever to take kids. We didn't stop exploring for four hours. The staff was amazing with our field trip class.
Fantastic experience: I loved the variety of the place. Not only is it an interactive place that gets both children and YOUR inner child involved, it has a whole aquarium! The entire place is quite inquisitive! Definitely worth a go. If you're planning on parking in the parking garage the first initial turn is quite tight, so bring a mini coop All-in-all was amazing!
Fantastic experience: My children absolutely love this place. So much to do and many unique experiences. Great idea for the cold Milwaukee winters for sure.
Fantastic experience: Please come prepared to have a good workout & have fun. Not only for families or those with children, bring yourself and see the inner child let loose! Jam packed with so much to do and see guaranteed to keep you busy for hours. We started out on the lower level where the aquarium was located; my son loved being able to pet the stingrays in saltwater and sturgeon in freshwater. We stopped by the different lakes and rivers next where there was a real thunderstorm simulator that everyone loved, here you'll see land turtles, sea turtles & discover some hidden surprises. Next stop put your life jackets on and hop on board to the great challenger sailboat! Discover, virtual realities, physics, music, water system, and so much more. Membership recommended! *Water fountains located in many different areas! *Many restrooms available *underground parking (discounted for members) *Small Cafe includes items such as pizza, hot dogs, nachos, quesadillas, water, Gatorade, etc. *leave jackets in cars *bring strollers, small wagons and snacks *elevators available
Fantastic experience: The place is full of surprises, and just entering is the Science and Technology Museum, where you can see and experience how to generate electricity. There is vr on the second floor for children. On the first floor, you can walk in and see a scale scale of the Great Lakes. Underground is the aquarium, the whole glass wall, as if you are at the bottom of the sea. My kids and I really love this feeling. The child was very happy. Parking is easy, either in a parking lot or on the street. Please bring a trolley with you if you are bringing children, because my son and I played here for more than 3 hours.
Positive experience: Cool science museum geared towards older kids. It has a nice little aquarium though which was pretty cool. They have mermaid shows periodically but ours got cancelled.
