Experiencia fantástica: I just received my custom ADA style tank from Concept and they did an awesome job. This is my second tank from them, both have been great.

Experiencia negativa: Now I’m pissed off I went to this place for 2 fish ends up selling me 2 sick fish which killed my whole tank woke up this morning to my powerd brown tang dead my blue tang on his was out I will not be spending another cent at this place I am livid my tank was healthy and happy before this thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Dave is a really awesome and sincere person. We had a custom aquariam made, delivered and set up at our home. We asked endless questions and never felt like he was trying to push anything on us - he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Now at the end of the process, we consider him as a friend. We would definately recommend him and his services to others!

I said ok.. can you tell me what silicone you use and I'll order it since you don't want my business? And was told he couldn't disclose his brand bla bla. Way to lose a good paying customer

Experiencia negativa: Worst worst company I have ever seen, worst customer service that I have met, promise 3-month to finish work. However, with too many excuses and delay week by week, the owner is not an honest person, Never ever buy anything from this company again.

And they guaranty their work. My sump had a fault and they replaced it no problem, very professional too.

Experiencia positiva: The prices and quality of tanks are good, but the customer service is lousy. They never respond to email inquiries and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and uninterested to have my business.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this store recommended by another fish store, the first person I talked to was really nice and actually helpful. The next guy I talked to on my second trip here was a bit rude and wasn't really helpful at all. He didn't seem to want to invest or willing to help trouble shoot my situation. Not sure if I'll go back to do business with them after this. The girl at the front counter, you did awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome and incredible service. They created up my ideal nano freshwater aquarium quickly and it's exactly what I wanted. They even created an acrylic way to fit my larger light on my smaller tank. I'm incredibly happy, I have tons of ideas for newer tanks, and I'm excited to go back to see how they create them. I've seen them create irregular aquariums as well (tall rectangles, cubes, and irregular shapes). Ashley and Alex were a pleasure regarding any questions I had.

Experiencia positiva: Most of the staff are great, especially Wayne. There is one guy though that kinda ruins it, and seems out of place, he is this tall ugly guy who never smiles, looks like he's staring you down in there, and makes you feel uneasy; IMHO equivalent of a male medusa. We call him the scowler (he has a huge crease between his eyebrows from constantly scowling, you'll know when you see him for sure), he's also a rude to speak to, and lies about products. Please put this guy in the back to do some work, where nobody has to deal with him, or get someone who can smile, and not scare the staff away please.
