We do operate three presentations daily so it is disappointing to hear that you weren't able to catch one. Public holidays can indeed make the aquarium quite busy, and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your visit. Regarding the turtles, I understand it must have been frustrating to anticipate seeing more. We do have a large hawksbill resident in the Ocean Tunnel, but he sometimes likes to swim out of view or behind the statues. We also have recovering turtles in quieter our back of house area. They can be seen by the small groups that book a Behind the Scenes tour. And we also have a pig-nose turtle swimming around near our Penguin area.
