From day one of contacting Jason all those years ago together with every monthly visit, I have always received a "second to none" service that most other companies just can't match. He came straight round, diagnosed the problem and we hired his services to re-aquascape our 2 tanks for better ongoing water chemistry. After that we hired Fanatic Aquatics for the ongoing maintenance. Jason is knowledgeable, polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. I spent some time looking for the right company and couldn't be happier at the results. Jason and his team came in and have transformed the tank into an amazing planted showpiece that all friends and family now stop to look in. I receive a call asking when id like my next visit, and he arrives to do the job, leaving me with a spotless fish tank, without the mess every time. I have used his services for some twenty years and have no hesitation in recommending Fanatic Aquatic. I am a experienced Marine/Reef system aquarist and Jason is a credit to fish keepers as Technolugy has evolved Jason has always only doing what is best for the welfare of the inverts and fish he cares for he is also very fair and respectful in his dealings a rare quality.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been using Fanatic Aquatic design now for just over 3 years and can’t fault there service on any level. Jason who first set up my tropical tank is a wealth of knowledge and has alway been on hand for my constant questions and queries (of which there have been many over the years) There are not many people that would come round to sort a problem at 21:00 with a treatment so you can start medicating straight away (not waiting another 12hours plus until you can get to the shops). I think the company as a whole has a genuine passion for what they do and not just a quick in, out service as I have had in the past. There prices are great value also and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of taking the plunge in getting a fish tank. Experiencia fantástica: Originally used Fanatic Aquatic to move our 2 tanks when we moved house in 2016. Jason and Craig were fantastic before the move and on the day of our move. Since then we have had Fanatic Aquatic service our marine and tropical tanks twice a month. We have always been very pleased with the level of service and the health of the fish and corals. If we have had any problems with the tank or fish between services, Jason has always come round as soon as he can (normally within a few hours, if possible) and fixed it straight away. We would definitely recommend Fanatic Aquatic for tank maintenance and any tank moves

Experiencia fantástica: Jason installed my first aquarium over twenty years ago. Since then he has installed a second aquarium and helped me build a garden fishpond. He has been servicing my tanks on a monthly basis ever since. I have always found him and his company reliable, professional and fairly priced.

Experiencia fantástica: This company are very professional and are always there to answer questions and deal with emergency’s and respond really quickly . My tank is maintained really well and I’m pleased with the service.

Experiencia negativa: I used this company for delivery and maintenance of my first marine tank. This was a weekly arrangement that due to high earnings sounded feasible. Due to struggles with business at the beginning of lockdown I had some temporary financial struggles so could no longer prioritise the tank over day to day costs and general bills. Prior to complications, Jason was happy to let bills get settled as and when, normal trusted business protocol. After complications started financially things became different and after a couple of weeks of being chased for payment and me trying to resolve, rather than calling me, Jason had a solicitor contact me threatening legal action if the bills weren't paid. After spending approx. £10,000+ within the year since starting with this company, I was shocked at the cowardly approach, so things turned sour and I resorted to agreeing minor monthly installments with the solicitors directly. On several separate occasions whilst calling Jason for advice on fish to buy when in local fish shops, he would advise that the shops did not maintain the tanks and water levels to what he thought were respectable and advised that I allow him to purchase all fish and coral on my behalf. It turned out that he was known in these shops and although I only ever informed one of them about his antics, they found him very sly and called him to challenge on his advice, of which he outright denied. Both myself and the shop owner found this quite embarassing on his behalf. When I got back on my feet a couple of months later, I hired someone new to look after the tank who informed me that he had never cleaned the sump area once (which was indeed true) and that the invoices I was receiving for weekly maintenance were on average 30-40% higher than others. Indeed this was true - not only are others much better priced, my corals started to expload with growth and the tank started to thrive much more than the year of servicing with this company. Moral of the story is.... Look elsewhere. And when clients that have been very reliable up until temporary financial issues got in the way and need longer than normal to pay bills but will honour them as soon as poss, don't slump them with completely unexpected legal action. I'm sure they will have a different story to tell, but let me assure you that you are better off looking elsewhere. Even the weekly water deliveries were significantly more expensive than what I get now. Either way..too expensive compared to competition and underwhelming servicing compared to others. Avoid guys and girls.
