Neil and his team ensured we were happy throughout the process. The aftercare was also outstanding due to Neil's expertise. We were first-time owners of Koi which was daunting. We were unsure what to do as the pond looked dilapidated and leaked but it had potential. Experiencia fantástica: Our 50 plus year old ponds were leaking. Cleaner ponds came and relined the concrete with fibre glass - obviously completely emptying and cleaning them first. Fish were safely housed in temporary tank. Fibreglass painted and ponds refilled and restocked giving them a new lease of life. Excellent workmanship and great attention to detail and care for the fish. Filters renewed, pipework cleaned and replaced where necessary. Really friendly and knowledgeable, have no hesitation in recommending them.

Experiencia fantástica: I asked Neil if he would clean my pond as the water was very murky. As soon as he saw it he told me that the water was gin clear. He filled a glass jar with pond water and sure enough it was. He gave me advice on how to get the water clear. He could have ripped me off and charged me to clean it out but he didn't, maybe many others would have,. This company is a very reputable company and following Neil's expert and professional advice my pond is now crystal clear. Highly recommended. Thank you Neil.
