Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place to visit!

Experiencia negativa: Been using them years but the last few months ive took advice off staff and they have all said different things on what to do. One staff sold me treatment for my pond that didn't work at all. ( i no it's not a 100% it will work). But To go back and to be told by other staff I wouldn't of sold u that ??? So sold me somthing else for it as the fish started to get worse. To find out it wiped my pool totally of good and bad bacteria and the filter which then sent my readings all over the place causing the fish more damage/ harm than was before. Now having to start all over again with water changes and try to get the fish back to how was. I trusted there advice to now feel its very mixed and eveytime i go there i just get told buy this stuff and then use this and this. Not good

Experiencia fantástica: Big thanks to Matt. He helped us purchase fish & plants for our new pond. Originally we purchased smaller fish, but later returned for a large white koi who we have named Sid. Matt was very knowledgable about the fish, and was really careful not to harm them when catching. He is a credit to Halls Aquatic. We will definitely be returning. Thanks guys.

Experiencia fantástica: Been to this store several times since my first review... Fish from here seem to be the healthiest and happiest we get. Recently had to go in just before closing time, staff were helpful and understanding, didn't rush me and appeared appreciative of the business. I live a 45 min drive away but wife and I sometimes drive up just to look around and make impulse plant purchases. Have some future projects planned, will be stopping by again in summer Original review: Awesome centre. Great range of high quality products at very sensible prices with customer parking. Went in mainly for pond plants, bought several, one is already flowering beautifully and the others are also looking strong. Ended up buying some koi and a sturgeon too. All settled in nicely. Staff at the store were very helpful with advice and packaging our purchases. Great customer service. I look forward to visiting this store again.

Friendly and amazing customers service skills and had the patience to explain things a couple of times for my own understanding. I wish I knew of this place sooner. The goldfish’s are cheap and lots of options to choose from as-well as the plants pots, very cheap and good quality!

Experiencia fantástica: This garden centre is one of the most unique and interesting places in the West Midlands. They have a beautifully crafted Japanese garden in the center, which is well laid out and meticulously maintained. Although it felt a little odd to see a Buddha head placed on a rock, the garden overall is exceptional and brought back a lot of nostalgia for me. Over the arch bridge in the Japanese garden, there is a fantastic aquatic centre that offers a wide range of fish and water plants. In the middle of the building, there's a stunning deep Koi pool. The black cat wearing white socks was very friendly and fluffy too. I love this place.

The place is huge, massive array of gardening items and the aquatic part at the back is really nice. Went for aquarium equipment, ended up buying an Oscar cichlid too! Reasonably priced and healthy fish. Will be back again.

Experiencia negativa: To be honest staff are not helpful at all , I stood next to one member of staff who took over 10 minutes to catch one fish not very impressed and all ignorant and all tanks very dirty not very appealing for buyers. I'm not impressed and certainly won't be buying from them in the future

Took his time, explained whats fish were suitable with my current fish, was very patient and had an extensive knowledge. Really pleased with the service I received. Will definitely be coming back. Experiencia fantástica: Having purchased a pump for pond a while ago, we needed a UV to clear green water, so checked prices and once again, best place for best price, I ordered the evolution aqua 75w UV, it came very quickly and super well wrapped, fitted it, and after 4 days our totally green pond is now crystal clear, what a transformation to see all the fish who seem to be thriving on clear water. Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish.

Sells everything you need for s garden including some nice garden ornaments, rocks, bird baths etc. Everything is attractively displayed and staff are helpful. The Aquatic section was okay but less impressive. Good selection of pond equipment and accessories but not much pond plants to choose from. Was a bit disappointed as I'd specifically visited to buy pond plants. Well worth a visit though for plant and garden lovers.

Now the garden centre is open & on a flat'ish ground it's also cheaper than most garden centres just off Chester Road there is a few spaces out the front, 3 disabled spaces Go have a look around u will be surprised
