Experiencia fantástica: I've been looking for a male appistograma cacatoides for a while. Nothing local so rang to ask if they had some in stock. They sent me photos to confirm size and colours. Great service. Went to the shop this afternoon. The quality of their tanks and fish is about the best I've ever seen. Great selection of really healthy looking fish and very well priced. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it.

Unlike pets at home who sold my partner to Betta fish... they always have a great selection of fish and are so so helpful! I buy from there all the time. Best shop ever.

Experiencia fantástica: 6 weeks ago myself and my partner and I bought our 4ft tank from here. This is our first tank and these guys have been exceptionally helpful. We have had lots of questions and they have always been available to answer even out of hours. Just purchased some more fish today! And the shop was busy but the guy who served us was very patient as we were asking lots of questions even checked our water perimeters nothing is to much trouble. Great job guys keep it up a lovely shop I won't be going anywhere else ever.

Experiencia fantástica: We first visited The Aquatic Store last week as complete novices. I'd often passed this place, but never gone in. I was amazed at how big it is and how well-stocked. This place seems to have everything a beginner (and most things an expert, I'm guessing) would need. The thing that most impressed me were the staff; the staff member who looked after us was knowledgeable, personable and helpful, without being pushy or patronising. We were back again today to buy some more items and the service was just as good. We feel very confident asking questions and trust that the staff will have our best interests at heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Have subsequently been back multiple times, still continue to be impressed by the knowledge and attitude of the staff. They've had a change around and have some ex-display aquariums for sale...

The store also has a comprehensive range of products , which now includes plant terrariums with a specialist range of plants and substrates . Just Fab !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Visited a few times and every time has been pleasant. Beautiful layout, wide selection of fish and they’re constantly changing. Lots of beautiful fish for any size tank. I find different fish here that I wouldn’t find any where else. Staff are friendly and informative - they know their fish. There are display tanks of all kinds to give you an idea of what you can do in your tank. They also have a set-up that allows you to design your own. I hope to one day see they have expanded!

Experiencia fantástica: Went back to The Aquatic Store for the first time in several years having moved away from the area. It was a great store then and it is a great store now. The livestock looks healthy and they have a great selection. The dry goods, scaping goods, and supplements etc. are excellent and there is a terrific selection. Will be making the journey again soon as The Aquatic Store is worth the trip.

They offer a huge selection of top quality cold water and tropical fish and all the tanks are meticulously clean. So I needed some old used filter media and The guy their gave m rocks which were being used as a filtration. Very helpful and knowledgeable people! Parking is a bit difficult to find but I managed to find parking nearby on the road.
