Almost all breeds of ornamental fishes available here. I really value their customer service, The Team was so helpful specially Mr. Aslam, who helps me to clarify my doubts and support.

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t even go there but when i was scrolling on the picture cuz obv I wanted to see how the pets are treated and how there living habitat is but i am speechless when i say this so i have 8 bunnies/rabbits and i am an expert at rabbit breeding and how there diets are and like those thing so in that picture there was more than 5 bunnies living in 1 cages so the first mistake is that why in a cage? Especially the ones that are metal and the i bet the bunnies are feeling like they’re in jail from these metal bars to make it even worse if the dog under them isn’t trained he is going to eat them and if the dog is trained then its fine but some rabbits/bunnies get heart attacks that sometimes they d1e so this isn’t a hate comment i was just scared if something happened and i hope this owner of this shop realizes that trapping rabbits in metal cages are harmful but I appreciate ur hard work overall its not bad but not good

Experiencia negativa: I hereby categorically declare that they knowingly cheated me. They sold to me a sick rabbit, it has severe parasitic diseases problem. After knowing that, I informed the shop owner two or three times. But they didn't give or accept any solution or advice. So I went back to the store and compared to the other bunnies in the store. By that time, the other rabbits were also suffering from the same disease. They cheat buyers and sell sick pets. That disease is contagious to humans and my whole family got sick from that problem. So, even if you have to spend a lot of money on the medicine of the rabbit, the disease is increasing day by day. Compared to other stores, the prices of their animals, food and other items are also high. l don't recommend deal with this shop anymore. ++++++++++ new reply ++++++++ We purchased one black and white 2 months old female rabbit, cage and food 23rd of July, 2022. (around 5.00pm - bill amount aed 130) At that time the rabbit has crusty ears and crusty feet and sore hocks too. (I can prove, I have photos and videos in my phone gallery that days.) This was our first experience with a pet rabbit, so we did not check the condition of the rabbits in your shop. We trusted your shop. Because we came here after searching on the internet. 3 days later we reported the issue over the phone (26th of July at 06:18 pm )and asked for some advice. The guy who answered the phone told us, "It's normal, sometimes it will be okay." So we believe him and waited. But it got worse day by day. After 3 weeks we went again to your store for buy rabbits food. At that time we saw 3 white rabbits suffering from the same disease. We showed your cashier the problems of the rabbits and asked him, He said, "Nothing can be done about this problem. These rabbits have the same problem. Your money is wasted and not available medicines." So we complained "Why did you knowingly sell to us sick pets?" and he was speechless. we already gave our pet medicine, but it didn't work. We reported today also. we cannot keep this sick pet anymore, because my family getting sick and full body itching problem with this issue. Doctor explained to us return back the pet. Even when we tried to inform today, one of your representative responded badly to us. We are very disappointed with your service.

If something that we suggest is not suitable for our environment, for example an aquarium, they will say that and suggest us with the right choice unlike most other pet shops where they just want to sell and finish the business.

Experiencia fantástica: Great. Been on fishkeeping for over half a decade in UAE. I have been to many aquarium shops all over UAE, including Ajman. Covered almost all shops in Abu Dhabi Region. Many, I will not go again due to poor standards of fish care. It really heart wrenching to see fihes in distress and died fishes decaying at the bottom of tanks. Some shops have higher standards and they are expensive too. This one, I visited recently, and very quickly become among my favourite ones as they are very knowledgeable and many new things I got to learn just by visiting. For example, they uses algea to color their driftwood. Customer Attendiveness and Knowledge of fish keeping is at the best. They know what they are doing. And what's best is, they don't cut a big chunk out of your wallet just because you love to do what you are doing. All the best to them and I would like to visit again. (NB: Nonetheless, I couldn't ignore the dead fishes floating during my visit. If they took care to remove them, the tanks will be much more pleasent to look into. As a fish lover, It is real pain to look at things that I fascinate, just to see them dead. Unfortunately, not many shops are following this, it seems.)

The shop is divided into 2 sections, fish section and other animals (cat, bird, etc.) They have wide variety of fishes. The staff are very accommodating and patient in answering even the simplest questions. You can look for Mr. Ajmal if you happen to visit their shop. Prices are competitive and you can negotiate on some items.
