We have not met or even spoken so I am not sure why you would leave us a 1 star review. I can however clear some things up for you. We are a small company and have a fully functioning website and for the most part we ship most orders. We also have a toll free number as well as a text line. We are also open to customers that make appointments like the ones that have left us 5 star reviews. Maybe in the future you will take some time to come actually visit us.
Experiencia negativa: I can say the owner of this business is a rude person. He is not nice and I personally would not do anything in terms of business with him. Just a nasty guy.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner Todd was very enthusiastic about reef keeping and it showed despite a recent setback due to covid. He was also great to talk to. The selection of corals was impressive and he is still ramping up. Todd is also a WAMAS sponsor so shopping here not only goes to support a local business but supports the network of reef keepers in the DMV area. I highly encourage anyone just getting into reefing or experienced reefers to shop here for the customer service and great prices. Thanks Todd!
