Experiencia fantástica: My Angels arrived very healthy and beautiful! I acclimated them to my quarantine tank just as Steve directed in his enclosed instructions. He was available via email for a few questions I had during the process which really meant a lot to me. The shipping was very expensive but the process was seamless and they arrived quickly. I did pick them up at my local UPS office which kept them from riding around in the UPS truck all day. Happy customer!

Experiencia negativa: Ordered active sponge filters from them for years and they always had worked beautifully. But recently I had a problem with one not working, and the owner blamed me even though I DID EVERYTHING THE SAME AS BEFORE. I can understand a product not always working perfectly, but this person had no people skills at all! Customer service was zero and they were very rude. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. Their instructions on the website say not to use Prime dechlorinator (in tiny print hiding in two long paragraphs of text). I have used Prime for years, and I have used their active sponge filters for years, and NEVER had a problem. Only this one time. And I was kind of shocked the owner was so eager to blame me, me who previously had been a very loyal customer and had even posted a few very positive reviews for this company in the past. I’m not as upset about the fact that their filter didn’t work- stuff happens, though it would have been nice to have at least gotten a refund- as I am that the owner was exceptionally rude and accusatory, unwilling to admit their product could ever be less than perfect. This is a terrible attitude for a business owner to have towards their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you much for offering the active sponge. Anyone who needs help with nitrogen cycle or first time tank I highly recommend purchasing active sponge. I have 55 gallon, bought large sponge. Tank cycled with fish in at 6 days. I had no one who could give me filter media. This product took so much stress out of dealing with getting the tank cycled. We currently have a community tank with molly, platies and swordtails. The filter was able to build up to my bioload in no time. Thank you so much for offering this product. I have yoyo loaches in my tank so if there were any snails im sure they didnt survive them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a 50 gallon planted tank full of fish. It somehow lost its cycle. I had 2ppm ammonia, zero nitrites, and zero nitrates. I noticed my fish were being affected so I tested the water and discovered the problem. After adding prime every day and scratching my head for a week I found Angels Plus online and saw all of the reviews. I then ordered two of the large active filters with overnight shipping. I put them in and my tank was fixed in 6 days. Me and my fish are happy again. It was well worth the expensive overnight shipping.

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered some medicated fish food from Angel's Plus online. The product (Antibiotic II) was very reasonably priced. I purchased the 2-5 shipping. Angel's Plus gave me a tracking number for the package, which was nice since I was anxiously awaiting the food. It arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. The biggest plus was the packing. I was worried that the flake food would be crushed in the mail, but they packed it perfectly in a box with peanuts. The product was in perfect condition when it arrived. I would definitely order again from Angel's Plus.
