Was nervous about the whole process but they did a great job and were very professional and nice. After filling up the tank, the water temp was too cold to add live stock so Dave took my fish, corals, and rock back to the shop and held them overnight until my new tank was ready to go. Shop is fantastic too, great selection of fish and coral! Highly recommend the shop and their aquarium services!

Experiencia fantástica: Dave and his associate were great! Soon after I filled out their inquiry form, Dave called to get the rest of the details on our project. He was able to quickly get me an accurate estimate for the parts and service I needed to install my new 180 gallon reef tank. They had the aquarium set in place and working in just a few hours. The entire setup is perfectly plumbed with solid pvc. All of the parts they brought, including heater, skimmer, sump, and return pump - are great quality. They added the water, live sand and rock that made for a beautiful seascape. Dave even made a housecall the following day to help quiet the overlflows. Having Marine Concepts do this work on one of my favorite investments in my home was a great choice. We highly recommend giving them a call if you are ever considering investing in a nice aquarium or just need maintenance on your existing tank. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Tried going a different direction for the past year and the tanks never looked right. Corals looked bad and tank looked boring and just existing. Something was missing. That something, was Marine Concepts. Dave and Sergio can in and spent their time on all 3 of our tanks. Almost instantly, the tanks looked better. More color, depth, and I feel the fish are happier. Like watching an old movie compared to 4K quality. The fish are more active, the corals are brighter, and the Anemone's came back to life with fullness and color. This is exactly what I was looking for and also complaining about to the previous service. Dave takes ownership in how the tanks look, and how the fish thrive. His follow up is incredible. They do weekly checks in on the tanks and also to see if I have any questions. Hands down, the best service and knowledge around. I have now just taken a hands off approach and told them to just make it look cool and relaxing. I have complete trust in Marine Concepts. But most importantly in Dave and Sergio. And as a bonus, go check out the retail store. Incredible. And if you are lucky enough, you will be there when the shipments come in. It's better that Christmas morning for a kid. Cannot recommend these guys more. If you are thinking of another place to go, save yourself the trip and get to Marine Concepts. The tanks continue to flourish and look fantastic everyday. The tanks are happy, which make me happy. Do not hesitate to trust them with your tank and fish needs.

However they have shown me a great amount of knowledge within this hobby and are also helping sponsor my baseball team that I have been coaching for 9 years. They are still getting started with a lot of there equipment, but the wait will be worth all the while. They have been spearing no expense when it comes to purchasing the proper equipment to ensure all livestock will remain healthy and well taken care of. They spent some time testing, reviewing my tests, checking my filtration, and water system. They came up with a plan that didn't involve chemicals and the tank started to turn around quickly.
