Experiencia fantástica: The Mall of America is like no other! It is a little bit of a trip for us to make but totally worth it! There are so many stores so many restaurants and so many activities for children and families to do together! Build-A-Bear was probably our favorite spot coming in second was Legoland and we have not done Nickelodeon world yet but that will be in our next trip in a few weeks! And the M&M world was awesome! The chocolate wall was amazing and brought me back to my childhood when I visited Las Vegas! I love the fact that there are elevators everywhere especially since I have a child with special needs who requires a large wagon to accommodate him on family outings!

Experiencia fantástica: Huge mall. Unfortunately I did not have a lot of time to really enjoy it. But with all the rides and all the different shops it seems like a great place for all the family!

Experiencia positiva: 4th time I've visited this place with the family. Great fun place certainly fun for every enthusiast adults and kiddos. I'd give it a 5 star rather but it's getting a 4 only because their operation hours i feel should be extended to 10 pm or later. Long wait lines to ride amusement thrill rides can exceed an hour on any given day therefore not getting the full benefit of the higher cash price of all day ride permits and 2, they should offer in the very rear parking lot front of mall overnight "dry camping" for travelers, semi truck drivers,rv, campers etc. Heck charge something to don't expect free but plenty of area to accommodate such asks in my opinion. Otherwise it's a great place clean restrooms and several options to fix your food appetite

Experiencia fantástica: For those who haven't been here, it's a must-see. The size is amazing. We didn't do any shopping but wow to see any and every store available here. We did go and try the amusement park inside, which we give 4 stars. It was so much fun. The rides were super cool, and my younger ones loved the smaller kid areas. The reason for that place to not get 5 star is honestly the pricing and the fact we were told after the fact that we paid for 5 tickets that there was some type of option for parents to pay half the price for a ride along ticker. Didn't get much clarification on that to where we're still not sure how that works, and the employee just told us we could've done that. But otherwise, it's definitely a place to check out. Also, they have a rainforest cafe which you should make reservations for ahead of time.

Experiencia positiva: It's a mall. Don't expect a life changing experience. It was very clean, well organized, and the signage was adequate. The amusement area in the middle was very cool. Food prices are about average for mall dining. Overall a great experience but I don't think it needs to be a life goal to visit or anything like that

With plenty of parking and easy access, it’s a stress-free place to spend an entire day exploring, playing, and shopping. What makes MoA truly special for families is how much there is to do for kids of all ages. Our 37” tall son had an absolute blast! He loved the Paw Patrol playground, the exciting Log Chute ride, the Big Rig Trucks, the fun hay-themed roller coaster, and of course, Lego Land. The toy shops alone could fill hours with all the unique finds and interactive displays. One of the best features for parents is that chaperones ride for free on attractions where little ones need an adult. This thoughtful policy saves a lot of money and makes it easier to enjoy more of what the mall has to offer without worrying about extra costs stacking up. Beyond the rides and play areas, there’s plenty of food options and shopping to break up the day. MoA delivers a fun, convenient, and memorable experience that has something for everyone, making it a top choice for a family outing in Minnesota.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time visiting. It was great. The place is massive!

Experiencia fantástica: Its called the Mall of America for a reason. So many stores to explore and places to eat. You will take at least a whole day to carefully explore all your favorite stores. And kids love Nickelodeon Universe, honestly I do too! Its hard to believe its an amusement park in a mall. There are rides for littles too. Make sure to plan ahead for a day of walking and having a map does not hurt. I have been to Sea Life in the basement as well. Its an aquarium with very amazing exhibits. Sharks, fish, rays, piranhas, turtles, tarantulas, sea horses, anemones, starfish, and a couple of sea turtles are in the exhibits. The underwater tunnels are fantastic. So many things to do here. It is definitely a special place to visit with family.

Experiencia positiva: Been coming since the mall opened. Just wish there were better sit down restaurants. There are only a few good ones left, it’s sad. The food courts are very popular, which I completely understand. I just wish there were some nice or sitdown places. Twin City Grill is fantastic, firelake Grillhouse and bar, Cedarstone (JW Marriott) are good. Rainforst dafe decent and same for bubba gumps. There are multiple stores on different levels in case you miss. Could use some more directories throughout, but otherwise overall enjoyable. Nickelodeon universe is super cool. Can get very busy on weekends but definitely a fun place to go if you haven’t tried. Lots of parking and an IKEA right nearby too.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my experience here. There was a lot to see and do. So much was there that I did not have enough time or energy to see it all. The variety of shops is extensive. The dining choices, wow. When I decide to go back to the Minneapolis area, MOA will be a necessary stop.

Experiencia fantástica: It was one of the best malls that I've visited in the US. The roller coaster rides and the kids' play area are the highlight of the place. An entire section of LEGO play becomes the show stopper! Enjoyed every minute of my time spent here. There are so many brands to shop from and a pleasing way to spend your weekend! Experiencia fantástica: The Mall was HUGE. The amusement park was a lot of fun. Mall was very clean and well taken care of. Lockers are available to drop your luggage if you are coming straight from the airport.

Experiencia fantástica: This mall is gigantic! It has all the top brands I love to shop at. They have both fancy designer stuff and more affordable, trendy stores. Plus, on the third floor, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It's definitely worth checking out! Also, in the middle of the mall, there is a games zone for kids and adults.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! We don't shop much, but we love to walk around and see everything. The Lego store is our favourite. If you go to the the south end of Nickelodeon Universe at the top of each hour, the have a little music and lights show that is always fun to see.

Experiencia positiva: This mall is your standard mall. The only thing separating it from others is the size of it. It literally has every “corporate”store and restaurant you can find in any other mall but it’s all in one. Some stores are in there more than once. I think the highlight of it was the amount of restaurants there were. 1 floor out of the 4 floors was all food and restaurants. We went on the Saturday after Christmas 2024 and it was packed. I haven’t been here in like 10 years prior so I am not sure if it is always that busy or if it’s because we chose the Saturday after Christmas, but we could not move in there and every store was full, lines were out the door for checkouts and restaurants. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend making the trip. But I would t recommend planning a trip specifically for the mall because like I said, it’s got all the store your average mall has, but bigger and easier to get lost.

Experiencia fantástica: As one of the few available winter day activities in this city, the mall has a lot to offer! I usually like to spend at 6 half a day here as there is so much to see and do! Nickelodeon Universe in the heart of the mall is also a fun place to spend some time at. Most rides are for kids, but there a few thrilling rides that adults can also enjoy

Experiencia positiva: It is an expensive experience. The drinks are spectacular and have 5 oz of alcohol in them but they are in the 35-45_ range. The drinks are crazy. But a one time experience probably. The fancy hot coco was not worth the price, why put whip cream on the side of the drink.?

Experiencia positiva: Giant mall with hundreds of stores and an amusement park. It’s easy to get lost there. There’s a connection to the Metro. If you have a long layover at MSP (3+ hours), it might be worth a visit. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there from Terminal 1 (the farthest).

Experiencia fantástica: I loved this trip. It felt safe. I was impressed with the Mall police and their system. They appeared well trained, fit, and were keen to friendly crowd control. I enjoyed the sheer amount of diversity of culture represented in the entire atmosphere. Of course, it's hard to see everything in your first visit. I definitely will be back to explore more.

Experiencia fantástica: Didn't realize that the mall is a little over 30 years. One could be there one whole day especially if there are kids involved especially at Nickolodeon. It is a big mall and even one can even do a food tour just in the mall instead of going to downtown Minneapolis. Walking distance from hotel and there's a metro to both airport and downtown. How convenient.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! It is hard to explain in words how massive this mall is and how much stuff there is to do. On our last visit, we played mini golf at BOTH places in the mall. The adventure course was super crowded. They need a limit on how many people can go at a time or some way to manage the crowds. The blacklist, music themed one was a lot of fun! We enjoyed it much better, but we also went earlier, closer to opening time. It gets crowded later.

Experiencia fantástica: Went around early December end of November and it was perfect! I bought 2 unlimited ride wristbands for like $100, the kids ages was 3 and 6 so I got to ride a lot of rides for free due to the youngest needing a chaperone so that’s a plus. The lines were moving very quick and we got to ride some more than one. The staff was very friendly and helpful our favorite was log ride.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an overnight flight delay, so we decided to bring our daughter to the mall of America since she has never seen it. We spend a good 6 hours there as there is a lot to do and see. It is a very clean mall and updated, there are no empty stores and a good variety of different stores. We only saw a couple that were duplicated. There is a Lego store and a indoor amusement park. Lots of restaurants, a movie theater, sea life aquarium., M&M store, ect.

I was able to send my mom to get a massage while I took the kiddos across the mezzanine for a couple rounds of tactical Nerf wars as I sat for a rest break. We all finished around the same time and continued on our shopping excursion. Love the Lego store and the building station right outside. Nickelodeon Uni was huge and full of things to do.

I went in expecting a big mall, but it's more like a small city dedicated to shopping (and fun!). First off, the sheer variety of stores is mind-blowing. From high-end department stores like Nordstrom to more budget-friendly favorites like H&M and Forever 21, they had everything I could possibly want. I was on the hunt for a new fall wardrobe, and I was not disappointed. The real highlight of my trip, though, was the deals. Everywhere I turned, there were sales, promotions, and special offers. I snagged a gorgeous wool coat at Macy's for 40% off – a total steal! Then, at a little boutique called "Urban Finds," I found the perfect pair of ankle boots, and they were having a buy-one-get-one-half-off shoe sale. I ended up getting a cute pair of flats too! Even the smaller shops had enticing offers. I picked up some amazing bath bombs at Lush (they were doing a promotion where you got a free gift with a certain purchase amount), and I found some adorable jewelry at a local artisan’s kiosk that was having a weekend discount. Beyond the specific deals, the atmosphere was just buzzing with positive energy. Everyone seemed to be finding great things, and the staff in all the stores were super friendly and helpful. It made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the layout of the mall. Despite its size, it was surprisingly easy to navigate. The directories and maps were clear, and I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Plus, having so many different attractions and restaurants within the mall itself meant I could easily take a break from shopping to grab a bite to eat or just people-watch. Overall, my trip to the Mall of America was a huge success. I found some amazing deals, updated my wardrobe, and had a ton of fun in the process. If you’re looking for a shopping destination that truly has it all, I highly recommend checking it out. Just be prepared to spend some time there – there's so much to see and do (and buy!). I’m already planning my next trip back!

Experiencia fantástica: Attended the Candy Cane Institute! 1st time, I brought my 4 yr old grandson here. Cute little Hoilday place to explore and see Santa. They offered pictures, available for 30 days. Also offered printed pictures with a variety of frames to choose from. Santa did not disappoint!

Experiencia fantástica: I was excited to see this place and it didn't disappoint. A mix of luxury boutiques and your regular mall stores. Inside they have rides for kids and an aquarium! Light rail stop is right underneath the mall. They even have lockers for rent for people that are killing time before their flight (the airport is super close by).

Experiencia fantástica: As they say this is the largest mall in all of the United States Of America, stated at Minneapolis,MI .. As my first experience being in the US roaming around cities in different States going to malls, Mall Of America is Outstanding and there are no comparison to any other malls .. I’v been hearing about it for quite awhile, but going there and seeing it in reality I can now say it is worth it, I drove there from Indiana .. anybody can fly there and a hotel nearby the airport as the mall is right next the mall. I got nothing more to say than go there it is worth it very much I went to that Mall 2 days in a row and I still that there is more to explore there.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a short trip with family. Very easy to get around and shop on the day we went (Thursday). Many options for stores and food.we loved going to Nickelodeon universe and riding the rides. There were barely any riders on this day, so we rode everything immediately and didn't have to wait. Definitely recommend going during the week if you hate crowds as we went every day of our trip and the weekends picked up crowd-wise.

Experiencia positiva: We were visiting Minneapolis and made time to wander the Mall of America. We enjoyed the carnival rides - especially the Orange Streak roller coaster. There were lots of options to choose from for dinner. We tried a Italian /Mac N cheese noodle place. It was a typical " ready to assemble, quick heat and serve" food - I don't feel a desire to go back to the restaurant to eat there again.

Experiencia fantástica: Well... it's just a mall, but I found something unique in this vast facility, and that was Wahlburger. So delicious! Try their melts. Relax with a cold refreshment after riding at the indoor amusement park. Parking was a no-brainer. Honestly didn't feel one way or the other about the place. Just enjoyed watching my teen enjoy every moment.

Experiencia fantástica: The mall of America is low-key awesome! Even if you don’t like malls, this is a really fun place to come. It is not overwhelming like malls a quarter of the size can be because it’s so well laid out. The selection of stores they offer has gone downhill, but the funnest part is the amusement park right in the middle of the mall. The roller coasters and carnival games are fun to do but our all-time favorite is the flyover America experience. It brought a tear to my eye and it was fun for all ages. We took an Uber there from our hotel downtown, which was easy because we didn’t have to deal with parking but even if you did, you could get your steps in. It is free. We could’ve spent more than the three hours we spent there but honestly three hours was enough. We were so happy to find out that they have a locker room where you can put even larger luggage which is really cool. Each suitcase was about $14 to store and then we got another small locker to put our jackets and backpacks in. This made it so we could visit here right after the airport or before/after check in the hotel. No sales tax in Minnesota woo hoo!

Experiencia fantástica: Who doesn't love the Mall, brings back memories of an 80's kid. Yeah I know things are different now and you have to be extra guarded at visits, at least from what the news pushes. At everyone of my visits, I feel safe and secure and enjoy what MOA offers in stores, entertainment and overall distractions that mystify my wallet. MOA is a blast, every visit.

Experiencia positiva: The Mall of America is still a fantastic shopping destination that’s hard to beat. The variety of stores is incredible, and you can easily spend hours finding everything you need (and plenty of things you didn’t know you needed). That said, the rotunda events can be a bit of a headache—they’re fun to see, but the crowds they draw can cause some frustrating bottlenecks. On the bright side, the new food court is a major improvement, offering a great mix of options for a quick bite. However, the sit-down restaurants could really use some fresh energy. The selection hasn’t changed much in years, and the lack of new or updated spots makes them feel a bit stale. Despite that, the Mall of America still delivers an enjoyable experience overall—just not quite the five-star magic it used to have.

Also had issues trying to get down to a lower floor. I could never find the escalator to go down haha. Other than that, the place was beautiful! Loved the amusement park!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t even like malls, but this one was awesome! And weirdly crowded for Friday at noon. Had to grab a bunch of pre wedding items: tights, earrings, pocket square, lotion, shoes, hairspray…this mall had everything we needed. Ate lunch, stopped at the Lego store, peaked in at the amusement park. Clean, easy to navigate. And the NICEST PEOPLE I’ve ever met. Plus, any place with a Walgreens and a Burberry is a-ok in my book! Had a blast.

Experiencia negativa: The MOA is a fun distraction. But I took my children there for Halloween, and practically none of the stores participated in giving candy. It's like the stores are only here to take our money, but not give back to the community, and make happy memories for the next generation of shoppers. We were really disappointed. I took my kids to Walmart and bought them candy to make up for how apathetic the MOA experience was to my family. Please do better. Make MOA great again.

Experiencia positiva: It is nearly impossible to go to Minneapolis without visiting the Mall of America, and that’s for good reason. As a 19-year-old, it is one of the best places on earth. The only reason for the star knocked off is that the log flume (the only thing we had planned on doing) was closed. Still a pretty much guaranteed good time. You can see they decorated for Christmas so cute and had live music. It really is an awesome attraction.

Experiencia fantástica: The mall is spacious. Lots of little attractions to take a break from shopping. Never had any issues. The only issue is your feet will start to hurt after walking the mall all day since there is so much to do and look at.

Experiencia fantástica: The size of this place is offensively impressive. I'm so shocked that there was an entire amusement park inside. The mall boasts 4 levels that are packed with everything you'd expect from the biggest mall in the U.S. If it's your first time here I would recommend doing what we did, and parking on the highest level and working yourself downwards. This place has it all, from the Nickelodeon amusement park that's free to walkthrough (requires ticket purchase to ride the rides) to your standard mall stores; a floor full of restuatants ranging from casual dining to fine dining. You can easily get lost in this place but, with the digital kiosk maps, you can always find your way.

Besides the indoor amusement park, aquarium, and multiple places to eat...the Museum of Illusion was very cool to experience! Staff was wonderful and the whole place is very interactive and overall a fun time. Would absolutely recommend going to this mall at least once in your life just to experience a little bit of everything.

Experiencia fantástica: Mall of America has always been on the bucket list for a long time and finally it's been checked off. I love the idea of Theme Park in the middle of the mall and shops designed around. Approximately 500 retail shops. 2.8 million square ft of retail space 5 miles of walking area We ended up walking approximately 8 miles and 19,000 steps inside the mall from 10am till 9pm in a single day exploring only. You need at least 2 days, one to explore and another to shop conservatively. Highly recommended

All the food places and also the environment and places that can keep you entertained! I'd definitely go back. Make sure to wear some comfortable shoes because you'll definitely get a work out in!

Experiencia fantástica: Third visit at Mall of America in Minneapolis! I had an amazing time at Mall of America during my vacation! It has everything in one place, with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Great shopping spot for all ages. Definitely planning to visit again, highly recommend it!

Few of the shops are repeated on each floor but it's understandable because of the mall size.There are rides like an amusement park and an aquarium but ran out of time for those because of shopping would love to visit again

Experiencia fantástica: Drove six hours to finally come here. Hands down the best mall in the country. So many stores there is something for everyone. If you are looking for food, there are tons of choices. We managed to walk the entire mall in three hours. But if you plan on going to the aquarium or theme park, expect to be even longer. My one disappointment was they did not have any Minnesota or Mall Of America themed merchandise. For example, the Crocs store had no Minnesota charms. Would be nice to have items like that for people to have as souvenirs.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is unbelievable!!! Everything and anything can be had from this enormous mall. From specialty shops to department store. From standard food court fare to themed and more intimate setting restaurants. Each level is approx. a one mile trek. I totally suggest using their map. It is very easy to get turned around or lost is you are new to this place. A massive theme park takes up the entire center of the mall ascending through three levels. You really need 2+ days to cover this place for just shopping and eating.

It has every restaurant in it that people would enjoy. It’s got every store in it that it’s got something for everyone, this is truly the mall of America. We had a very enjoyable time. Set aside a lot of time so you can go there visit there see the events and the fun activities there and have something great to eat. A five star rating for sure from product and food reviews. Experiencia fantástica: We stopped by here this summer for a break in our travel itinerary. The mall is huge and has most any name brand store you might need to buy clothes and accessories from. What sets it apart from any other mall I have visited in the large entertainment area in the middle of the mall. It’s almost like visiting an amusement park and mall all in one. When we ventured in to the mall I really liked the clean and organized floor space. There are plenty of directory kiosk to help you navigate the mall and there were also many mall guest ambassadors who were more than willing to help you get where you want to go. As we meandered our way through the first wing of the mall, I was not prepared for the enormously large amusement park we ran into in the middle. There was a bustle of families with toddlers to teenagers in tow headed for the ticket dispensing machines. It also looked to be a great date site location. There were Lego land themes, and rides themed after favorite kids shows and action movies. A roller coaster whizzed by overhead on orange tracks with the screams of riders echoing in the huge vastness of the area. For those seeking a more timid ride there were plenty amusement rides for you too. If rock wall climbing is your thing, there is a huge second floor climbing area with different background themes behinds each climbing section. When you get tired and hungry there are many great restaurants to catch some good eats at. We swung by Kura Sushi and had some negiri. There is a huge food court street like venue up there too. The third floor had a movie theater and some other entertainment venues like comedy and what not. Parking is plentiful and there are many convenient hotels around the mall within easy walking distance. Many hotels also have shuttles for free.

Experiencia fantástica: The Lego store was pretty cool to see. Also happened upon a Korean Festival that was cool to see Korean pop dancing and Taekwondo. Indoor amusement park was nothing short of amazing. We went to see Beatle Juice in the wraparound theater screen with recliner seats- pretty cool.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the chance to experience the largest mall in America. I must say that it's pretty big and plenty of activities to do. It's a great way to spend 1 or 2 days, just goofing off or shopping. Plenty of good food, and places to give your money away. It was worth the experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing spacious and clean mall with lots of shopping and dining options. Well decorated and great location near the airport. Theme park with rides inside the mall make it a uniquely enjoyable for kids.

Experiencia fantástica: Biggest mall you will ever see . Took my family here on Saturday and we were there right at open and we stayed right till close and still did not see everything. You need at least a few days to see everything. Love this place .

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!! Never saw anything like this before. Over 500 stores, mini golf, Lego area, amusement park and so many other things to do. 4 stories with hotels attached to it with walk ways right into the mall. Three different levels to walk from parking garage to mall. Parking garage was huge and there are red and green lights above parking spots to let you know where there is an open spot. Level 3 of the mall had a long hallway of eating options and a food court that over looks the amusement park.

Experiencia fantástica: Coming from California it was nice to see all the businesses open and busy. The theme park was amazing. If my son was young again, he would have loved it even more. As it was I am 73 and he is 41 and we still rode on a rollercoaster. Great fun!

Experiencia fantástica: What did we just walk into? Is it a theme park, a movie theater, an escape room place, a shopping center... Or it's all of the above? Yes. And more. Ran out of steam just going through the first floor. Got caught in amazement around the Nickelodeon Universe. There's also an aquarium here? What? Just all the things in a giant building and that's what Mall of America is.
