Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely incredible every single time! Sean has amazing knowledge about birds and has always been so kind and friendly from the very beginning. I was terrified to purchase my first little feathery friend, but he spent ages walking me through everything and just being so very helpful. Miss Kiara the Pearly Conure has become a sassy, confident and adorable little bird who loves people which reflects highly of the way they handle the birds there! I never have to stress about our six-weekly nail trim visits as I know she is in such amazing hands with his team of staff and they absolutely spoil her with cuddles. Thankyou so so much for the awesome experience you provide every single time, forever grateful to find this little slice of paradise and my best friend there too!

He was very patient with us as we didnt know what we were doing, he is very knowledgeable and experienced with animals. It was great to know that we were buying a healthy lizard and Sean helped us set up his new home. He really takes care of his beardies at Garden Plus and he taught us step by step how to take care of the new member of our family. Best experience ever and we will go back to Sean for every next step of our beardie’s development

Experiencia fantástica: Shadow went in for her nails to get clipped. She is 17 mths old and i took her to a pet store that had grooming and they were unable to do her nails, as she was too jittery. Then earlier this year i tried the vets and only two nails got clipped. They just got too long so rang Shaun up, yep sure, you can come straight down. They helped first to make her calm in their presence, then Shaun and his wife clipped her nail’s easily. Yes she was stressed but they perservered with her and voila done. So pleased with the service, their caring nature for Shadow, their valuable information to help Shadow, and was not expensive . Tic tic tic

Their bird, Gaia, decided I was her personal perch and only got off with bribery The snakes they have are the cutest, and a very nice variety. The bearded dragons and baby tree frogs and turtle....the list goes on. We could have set up lunch and spent the day there. The owners are super lovely and have open day every 3 months for people to handle and enjoy the adorable animals they have.

The store offers a large variety of birds for sale at more than reasonable prices and the birds are kept in large cages in a humane way unlike other stores that sell birds. There is a lot of products for sale including gardening supplies, bird products, fish products and reptile products all sold at a good price for a local business. Overall please consider going to this lovely store to support a local business before going to a large chain.

They have a diverse range of goodies for my dog and three parrots… chickens and my garden. As a parrot owner, they have the best range of toys and supplements. Also great prices. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I have not found a better local pet store, much higher quality care and animals then any big brand pet store. They actually care about the animal and home it’s going to, which is shown by quarantining there fish, I haven’t even found aquatic stores doing that. Beautiful range of snake birds as well as a couple of amazing quality bearded dragons and fish. The owner and the staff are friendly and show genuine interest and knowledge in what they’re doing. Plus such high quality food that i can rarely find anywhere, perfect little store couldn’t think of any way to improve 10/10.

They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about caring for a dog, and why I needed certain products. The dog food and toy selection is always great, and I especially love that they support a lot of local Australian brands.

Our kids wanted have a bird as their first pet, before we decided, they went there for 6 months every weekend to see all the birds and talk to Jodie and Sean. They are always welcoming and friendly, giving kids all the advice and time to think. We finally got amazing caique parrot named Paco and we couldn’t wish for a better bird. Highly recommended to go to talk to them if you thinking about having pets. And also you would be surprised how many different types of pets over there!!!

Every one does their parts with testing water, checking temperatures, watering plants. For the owners and crew, it is obvious they care for the animals, they have so much knowledge of their products and are always willing to give a helping hand.
