Experiencia negativa: They did a great job on my boys. First time they went there so not an easy groom for staff but I'm so happy with the groom they completed on my boys. So I took my dogs back today and they have done another good groom on my dogs. HOWEVER one of my little boys has come back with the very tip of his tongue half bitten off. I've tried calling them but no answer. Unfortunately I won't be able to prove it happened at the groomers but it certainly hasn't happened since I picked them up. I will no longer be taking them to ur establishment as since the lady left to have her baby ur business has gone way down hill...this of course is only my opinion . I only wish I could post a picture...

Experiencia fantástica: After a nervous introduction to a new place, my lovely husky/shepherd Kiara was calmed down in just a few minutes and after getting a coat deshed, wash, nail cut and ear clean she came out of it all with a big smile and squeaky clean. Thanks for your expert handling experience in calming my dog and treating her with love.

Experiencia fantástica: Both Tessa, my foxie and I have extreme social anxiety disorder and the grooming service at Perfect Pets in Kingaroy made Tessa's spar day so calm and easy for us both. She had a bath and dry and her nails clipped and was so happy with the way they made her feel that she's still smiling and bouncy 5 days later. Trust me your furbabies will have a new lease on life after their treatment.
