Fantastic experience: It's amazing to see the dolphins up close in a short but enjoyable show. All part of the all-inclusive.

Positive experience: If you are staying on the Resort it is about a 15 minute show that is free for Resort customers. If you want to swim with the Dolphins then there is a charge, but I don't not know how much.

Negative experience: Hello, We just had a wonderful encounter with dolphins. Incredible emotions seen through the eyes of our children (3 and 5 years old). They were amazed, and it was truly magical to experience this with them (of course, it would be more ethical to observe them in their natural environment). Although this moment was magnificent with our children and the dolphins, it's still not worth the exaggerated price they charge for souvenir photos, whether printed or not (45 USD/photo or the package price of 180 USD for all photos). The emotion completely subsided when the photographer told us the price at the end. We respect the fact that this is a way to earn a living and we play by the rule of not bringing any cameras, but we mustn't exaggerate. We therefore left without any souvenirs of this moment. We also regret that our message was not read and that we received an automated message in return.

Negative experience: One star for the actual thrill of the animal encounters. The trainers were brilliant and friendly. The rest of the staff, particularly the front desk and photographer, were abrupt, rude and didn't care about the customers. I am always conflicted about attractions like this and zoos, I wish for my kids to see animals like Dolphins and Seals and I know it makes me a hypocrite but the pens/cages are abysmally small and whatever 'certification' the place has the space for the animals is inadequate. There'll be a copy & paste reply from the owner citing how suitable the cages are, whatever the reply below, they are unsuitable. We saw a dolphin still in the water with its nose out of the water which is a sign of distress(?). We were sold the encounters: Dolphin, Manatee and Seal with an hour or so on a boat with snorkeling, all for $140 USD per person (family of 4) through a beach seller. Upon arrival there was the surprise of an additional tax!! About $400 MXN. We had Pesos but the woman on the front desk converted the peso price from USD and charged us a conversion rate despite having Mexican currency, as our 'account' was in USD so ended up being charged $412 Pesos extra... ridiculous. This woman was cold, had no customer service skills and was just going through a script. Special mention goes to the photographer, an angry woman who shepherds you from one encounter to the next, tolerating no slow walkers and with absolutely no warmth and personality whatsoever. As you'll know by now, the photos are ridiculously expensive, we didn't get any and the annoyance of the photographer at the end when we turned them down was palpable, she was not pleased. If you can have someone out of your party stay in the bars surrounding the dolphin cage they have a great, unobstructed view of the activity and you'll get good photos with a decent camera, saving yourself lots of money. Lastly, we were told that my son could take part in all encounters but he was unable to see the Seal up close due to safety, fair enough but educate your reps/agencies with all the info regarding height requirements.

Negative experience: People should not visit places that keep dolphins and other sea mammals in captivity. Do your research. It is cruel. Flipper committed suicide.

Fantastic experience: Paula (I think) was our guide and she was amazing so informative about the dolphins, made it an enjoyable experience. Children don’t get to do a few bits in the royal swim however we paid extra for her to do it as a royal swim with us without realising they can’t do certain things, that’s the only thing I’d say when booking. Don’t opt for royal swim for little ones. However they didn’t take anything away from our experience. My daughter was able to interact and play with the dolphins and it’s an experience we’ll remember for ever. Recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This was an unforgettable experience for our kids. I was amazed at how much they got to interact with the dolphins. The staff were so helpful and kind. I was impressed also that the dolphins could actually lift the kids up on their noises and ride them through the pool like they did. Some priceless moments that my kids won’t ever forget. Google maps does not take you exactly to the location so be aware of this.

Positive experience: Great place for dolphin encounters. Especially if you are traveling with children. The photo packages are expensive but besides that everything else was great. They even have transportation service for a fee that was pretty convenient.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was blown away by this beautiful experience! They offer assistance by WhatsApp and you can arrange a car to pick you up. Check their ig page and msg on WhatsApp for promos!

Positive experience: Great time in the water with the dolphins. Photo costs were a little much, and no photos were included with our tickets.

Negative experience: Do we all realize they live in a pool? And do we all realize how inhumane it is to keep a dolphin in a pool? You can search them up on Tiktok. I'm sure this will be responded to with the same generic response as others concerning the dolphins welfare, however, a certificate means nothing. It's common sense that a dolphin doesn't belong in a pool, and it's common sense that when an animal is kept in an environment not intended for their species then stress, behavior issues and sickness occur. And this is all in the name of entertainment.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an experience. We, party of 3, were quite lucky as we were the only ones booked for the time slot we chose. Frieda was very informative, personable, and patient. My sister does not know how to swim and had trouble trying to swim with the dolphin, but Frieda did not give up and they finally did it. Rosario, the photographer, was very good in capturing all the great moments and assisted us in downloading all the photos to each of our phones. Yes, it was pricey for the photos, but well worth it if this is a once in a lifetime experience. We also loved the location, the pool, and the background view! Thank you Frieda and Rosario.

Negative experience: Please if you insist to continue this barbaric practice build a larger enclosure for the dolphins. The enclosure is way too small and with the prices charged you should be able to invest in a much larger and more humane facility.

Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and professional. 3 different packages to choose from, depending on your comfort level. We chose the Swim Adventure (the middle package) and had a blast.

Fantastic experience: So fun! Kids LOVED it, as did the adults. Dolphins were so gentle and staff was very accommodating. Our trainer (Paola? Unfortunately, I seem to remember the dolphins names better...) was patient and conscious of making sure the photographer got the pic, and was willing to repeat some tricks if she didn't. Yes, it's a $$ day, but I Highly recommend the early slot, paying for photos AND the extra $ for a private group. We are so pleased with Alejandra's photos of us!! Memories for a lifetime! (Only sharing one of me because, kids.) Suggestions: WEAR SUNBLOCK and swim shirt. You are out there 45-60 minutes with zero shade. We wore sunglasses, the trainer told us to take them off for some tricks, but otherwise we wore them. Look and book online -seems they are always running deals. The gift shop was tourist prices but not horrifying (ended up buying a swim shirt for one of the kids who forgot hers, it was under $35USD with the exchange rate). Lockers, bathrooms, and transportation were clean. 10/10 highly recommend

Positive experience: FIVE stars for yesterday's dolphin experience...the dolphin trainers were awesome with our kids! ONE star for the photographer lady, who spent much of her time on her cell phone or looking out over the ocean....missing tons of great shots! The other photographer guy (for the other group) was capturing all the pictures the whole time! By the time she brought us in to sell us overpriced pictures I was already determined not to buy. Pig-headed, maybe? But, was insulted by her lack of work ethic. I get it, not everyone likes their job but come on, we're paying a ton of money to be there!

Positive experience: This was really great experience, got in via facebook messenger, because it was not able to book via website on the same day. Alice and dolphins were amazing, they are so much happy, you can tell. I didnt like a price of the photos (2000 pesos) - photos was great but that is rip off. Single photo costs 39 USD. Crazy. I would rather go to get dolphin experience once again than buy these photos, which cost almost the same!

Fantastic experience: If your staying at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa the dolphin show is included which was fun. For an extra charge, the kids can swim and interact with the dolphins. They loved it! Definitely check it out, especially if your staying at the resort. There is a special shuttle for the dolphins in the resort, just ask where.

Positive experience: Very interactive with the audiences and they do have surprise for audiences to interact with the dolphins besides the paid one. Love the story lines of the dolphins and getting to know the well. It was part of the hotel which I was staying and it was a nice walk getting to the location.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic day at the dolphin centre swam with the dolphins great experience would do again, photos were very expensive, not worth the money just under £100 for the package but worth the time spent there.

Fantastic experience: I really loved my experience with the dolphins, they're very lovely and playful !!! The trainer was so friendly and he explained a lot of interesting information about this beautiful animals, my pictures were perfect and I enjoyed every minute i spend in the park.

Positive experience: We didn't actually swim with the dolphins but watched as other families did. The show was good and we couldn't tell anything to say the dolphins were not happy performing. Good advice about littering in the ocean!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience.....My wife and I... along with the trainer were the only people in the pool... They took lot of time with us and there was no rush to get out... We had a great time. The staff was so friendly and courteous.... I would definitely recommend doing this while you are there... And get the package they offer that the dolphins lift you out of the water.... It is like nothing you have ever experienced.... Don't miss out on this... Pictures are a bit expensive... but like everything else in Mexico negotiable... But well worth the money...
