🗣️ Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience and an absolute fantastic reason why they operate. What they do is so crucial for marine wildlife. All money is worth going to experience this non for profit organisation.
Hi Amy! Thank you for your wonderful review. We are thrilled that you had a fantastic experience and appreciate your support for our cause. Every penny counts towards protecting marine wildlife. See you again soon!
Negative experience: Sanctuary?? LIES. A sanctuary wouldn’t force animals to do tricks. It’s time to let the DOLPHINS and SEALS FREE!! as Animals should not be abused to make a profit. Don’t support this place, you are contributing to animal cruelty ❌
Fantastic experience: A must do in Coffs Harbour, we love this place. Still looks the same as when I brought my kids 15 yrs ago & very reasonable entrance fee which all goes to looking after these wonderful sea personalities. We chose to go on a very rainy day & had the park almost to ourselves but hence got very wet. The staff are so passionate & caring for the marine & do alot of rescue on the East Coast. All talks were very insightful, such a fantastic opportunity for us all to fall in love even more with our marine creatures.
Hi Lynda, thank you for your kind words and for choosing to visit our park. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your experience. We appreciate your support and hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Very small sanctuary but very well managed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about each animal. You could tell by talking to them that they were passionate about their job and truly cared about educating people on how we can keep our marine life safe and protect species from harm on a ecological level. If you go to coffs please visit and donate what you can to keep this sanctuary alive and thriving. We did a dolphin experience and met the talented and handsome Zippy who absolutely charmed us. Would definitely go again when up that way.
Hi Catherine, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your visit to our sanctuary and that our staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We are passionate about our work and appreciate your support in keeping our sanctuary alive and thriving. We are also glad to hear that Zippy charmed you during your dolphin experience. We would love to have you visit us again when you're in the area. See you soon!
Negative experience: Waste of money l get lt gets put back onto the park but ripped to ask for more money for pictures after paying $200 for an experiance then asking for another $85 for the digital photos ( more then a half hours profession photo package in the area )not even prints other parks include the hard and digital photos within the experiance awesome pics but the price put me off buying them meaning we did the experiance and have nothing to show for lt The encounter was awesome and the seal used seemed happy .. Came for the day had an alright day the animals seem happy with their trainers the dolphins one of their noses is all smooshed in from pressing agenst the glass too much that was sad to see Only 3 dolphins a seal and some peguins and a few turtles the shows were very filled with good learning info staff very happy to help answer questions but very much a money trap..
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we really do appreciate hearing both the positives and the areas where you feel we can do better.
Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is a not-for-profit organisation, with 100% of proceeds going directly back into the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of the animals here. Experiences and photography packages help us fund specialist veterinary treatment, high-quality diets, and enrichment programs that keep the animals healthy and stimulated.
We understand that the cost of photos can feel high, and we’ll make sure your feedback is passed on for review. Our team is always looking for ways to balance affordability with the significant costs involved in providing world-class animal welfare.
It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the encounter and found the animals to be happy and engaged with their trainers — that’s something our carers take great pride in. Thank you again for visiting and for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Fantastic experience: The fish are very colourful and the little octopus is so cute and very smart, the video they showed was very interesting
Hi Cheryll, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review. We hope to see you back soon.
Fantastic experience: Great place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their relationship with the animals is awesome. Their work with the recovery and treatment of injured wild animals is just amazing. A very nice visit for the whole family.
Thank you for the kind words, Beni! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great visit with us. Our team takes pride in providing a welcoming and informative experience for our guests, and we are passionate about our work with injured animals. We appreciate your support and hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time at the wildlife sanctuary in Coffs Harbour! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, especially with the kids—they took the time to answer all their curious questions, which made the visit even more special. The place feels cozy and well-maintained, and it’s clear that all the animals are well looked after and loved. The dolphin presentation was the absolute highlight—such a beautiful and educational experience! The seals were gorgeous and a joy to watch as well. Overall, it’s a must-visit spot for families and animal lovers. Highly recommended!
Hi Ravi Teja, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a fantastic time at our Wildlife Sanctuary in Coffs Harbour. Our team takes pride in providing friendly and patient service, especially for our young visitors. We are also glad that you enjoyed the dolphin presentation and watching our adorable seals. Thank you for recommending us to other families and animal lovers. We hope to see you again in the future!
Negative experience: The whole place is a rip off and bad. How is this a natural behaviour of a sea lion? It totally misinformed to say it’s natural. The staff straight up are not telling the truth. Enlighten me how this is natural behaviour..
We’re sorry you left the Sanctuary feeling disappointed, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share your concern.
The sea lions in our care are part of a long-term conservation and endangered species management program. Many of the behaviours you may have seen during your visit—such as responding to cues, engaging with carers, or interacting with enrichment items—are the result of structured, positive reinforcement training. These behaviours are designed to mimic natural movements like swimming, diving, climbing, or vocalising, and importantly, they allow us to provide essential care like health checks without causing stress.
When we refer to “natural behaviours,” we’re talking about behaviours that support the animal’s physical and mental wellbeing—things they’d do in the wild, like problem-solving, playing, or responding to social cues. In a managed care setting, replicating and stimulating these behaviours is critical for their welfare. We're sorry if you missed this in our educational programs throughout your visit.
Our team includes qualified marine mammal specialists, and our care practices are guided by national welfare standards and our membership with the Zoo and Aquarium Association (ZAA). We are always open to honest questions and encourage discussion—but never to mislead. Education and transparency are cornerstones of our mission.
If you’d like to continue the conversation, we’re happy to chat directly or offer a behind-the-scenes look at how our animals are cared for. We genuinely want every visitor to leave feeling inspired to protect the wildlife we all share a connection with. Please feel free to reach out at [email protected]
Thank you, The CCWS Team
Fantastic experience: Great knowledge from the trainers/ people who take care of for our wildlife e.g. Dolphins, seals & our endangered blue penguins. Great to see they are people out there care about our ocean & can help the injured ocean creatures big or small
Hi Willie, thank you for your kind words about our trainers and team. We are passionate about protecting and caring for our wildlife and are grateful for customers like you who support our mission.
Thank you again for your support!
Negative experience: So unorganised, constantly miss informed money hungry place , call themselves a wildlife sanctuary. One peacock and some seriously injured sea turtles , they don't do open pool anymore because of the dolphins welfare but if you've got $999 you can ride them what a joke, this place was much better and worth the money BEFORE new people owned it . Extremely disappointed
We're sorry to hear your recent visit didn’t meet your expectations. At Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary, we take all feedback seriously and are always striving to improve both the visitor experience and the care of the animals in our trust.
We’d like to clarify a few important points. The Sanctuary is a not-for-profit organisation with no government funding. Every dollar we receive—from tickets to café purchases to donations—goes directly into rescue, rehabilitation, and long-term care of native wildlife, especially marine animals like turtles, penguins, and sea lions. Many of these animals have injuries or conditions that mean they can’t safely return to the wild, and our focus is on providing them the highest welfare possible.
The Indo-Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins in our care are part of a long-standing, regulated species management program. While we no longer offer open pool experiences, we do offer structured, interactive and educational programs that provide enrichment for the animals and an educational opportunity for guests. Claims of dolphin rides are categorically untrue and against our values—we do not allow this practice.
As for the peacocks—our much-loved resident Andrew now has company, and visitors can meet Marco and Polo as part of our expanded habitat experience. We're sorry that you may have missed them on your visit - they roam the premises at their will.
We’re proud of the progress we’ve made as a team, especially under new leadership that has focused on ethical care, partnerships with researchers and conservation groups, and hands-on programs for kids and community members alike.
While we understand our Sanctuary might not suit every visitor’s expectations, we stand by our mission: to protect, heal, and celebrate the incredible wildlife of the Coffs Coast. We'd welcome a conversation if you'd like to learn more about our work behind the scenes. Please feel free to reach out at [email protected].
Positive experience: We had a great time here with the grandies and our daughter. The kids loved the sea life and were entertained for ages. The cafe had a great selection of food even for our daughter, whose Celiac. They were very helpful and said they were learning about the different foods.to have available and nothing was a problem.
Hi Rachel, thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with us! We're so glad you and your family had a great time at our location. We're thrilled to hear that the kids loved the sea life and that our cafe had a great selection of food for everyone, including your daughter with Celiac. Our team is always eager to learn and accommodate different dietary needs. We appreciate your support and can't wait to have you back again!
Fantastic experience: learning and educational see penguins, dolphins, turtles and fish I the big aquarium
Positive experience: Everything was great. The only disappointment was there was no seal show which used to be there before.
Thanks so much for your kind words—we’re really glad you enjoyed your visit!
We understand the seal presentation is something many guests remember fondly. While we no longer run a traditional “seal show,” we’ve shifted to enrichment-based presentations that focus on the animals’ natural behaviours, welfare, and conservation. This approach gives our Australian Sea Lions more choice, comfort, and control over how they participate, which is better for their wellbeing long-termCCWS June 2025.
You can still see sea lions during daily enrichment sessions, where they engage with their carers in ways that support their health and reflect behaviours seen in the wild. These moments are always evolving—and no two sessions are ever the same.
We’d love to welcome you back again soon to see what’s new and meet more of the amazing animals in our care!
Warm regards, The CCWS Team
Fantastic experience: Loved the dolphin show..
Fantastic experience: Cool little place to see seals, dolphins and other water animals. Got to see the dolphins play with the seals which is great as I have never seen this before. Gift shop is also quite large
Hi Adam, thanks for your great review! We're so please you enjoyed your visit at our Sanctuary and our gift shop. Thanks for supporting us, we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Fantastic experience: A great place to visit and well worth the cost. The staff were fantastic and all smiling. The cafe had fantastic food at a great price and more smiling staff. All the staff were very well educated on their different displays.
Hi James, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a positive review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience at our Sanctuary. It means a lot to us that our staff and displays left a lasting impression on you. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
Fantastic experience: Lovely experience for little kids. The staff are friendly and patient. The animals are adorable and lovely. It is not a huge place so it’s very cozy. My daughter loved the Dolphins
Hi Ehab, thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your experience at our Sanctuary. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Positive experience: I actually didn't enter as it was $44 . I did eat at the Cafe and was disappointed with the chicken snitzel as it was just a grocery flat greasy pattie and the chips were the best part for $22.
Fantastic experience: Great day with plenty of fun with the dolphins and a great live show staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the region
Hi Daryl, thanks so much for your kind review. Our team takes pride in delivering fun and informative presentations, so we’re happy to hear you enjoyed their knowledge during your visit. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Positive experience: Such a cute little marine park. All animals are incredibly beautiful and well looked after. Trainers show clear love for their animals and take pride in their talks. I love how informative and interactive they were with the crowd. A worker allowed my almost 3 year old to throw a fish out to the sea turtle through feeding time which absolutely made her day. Thanks so much for a great day!
Hi Courtney, thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us a review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful time at our Sanctuary. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Great place to learn about the wildlife. Spent most of the day watching the dolphins and loved it.
Hi Caren, thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great time learning about wildlife and watching the dolphins. We hope to see you again soon!
Positive experience: Starting to feel outdated and needs a lot of money spent fixing it up. Staff are very knowledgeable which is its only plus side at this point
Positive experience: Great place to learn about penguin, seal turtle and dolphins. Get up close and avoid crowds of larger places.
Hi Dave, thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We're glad you had a great experience learning about penguins, seals, turtles, and dolphins. We strive to provide an intimate and personalized experience for our guests. Come back and visit us again soon!
Positive experience: We visited here during school holidays, April. Small place and this is a not for profit, so every animal encounter is expensive) dolphin, seal and penguin) and you pay additional cost for photos with animal encounter. The dolphin show is the best and the trainers are good at what they do. They have a cafe that ends at the lagoon with a small play area for kids and picnic benches For the total cost, the animal encounter was the best, otherwise there isn't anything much to enjoy.
Fantastic experience: We all had a great time at the Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable and the animals were beautiful! The dolphin show was incredible and the seal was so cute! The turtles being rehabilitated were adorable! Great place to visit!
Hi Naomi, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you and your family had a great time at our sanctuary. Our staff take pride in their knowledge and love for animals. We hope to see you again soon!

We appreciate your support and hope to see you again soon. Keep enjoying your favourite place in town!
Positive experience: As a young boy I came to love this, enjoy it over many years, I’m now 65 and see this to cater to less than 4% of the population, making g me think second about taking my family, as I have young girls who I don’t wish to be exposed to the bad behavior as seen in today woke push, sorry will skip my regular visit this Easter.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful, we all loved. Very clean all the animals looks very healthy and happy. I will recommend to everyone to visit. I would love to say thank you all the staff who do hard work there.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Coffs Coast! #MarineConservation #WildlifeRescue #CoffsCoast #EcoFriendly #EducationThroughExperience
Hi Lyndall, thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you had a memorable experience at Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary. Our team is passionate about protecting marine life and it's great to see that our efforts are appreciated. We hope to see you again soon and continue to inspire others to join us in our mission for wildlife conservation.
Negative experience: the name of this place is very misleading, It has nothing to do with conservation The three dolphins that reside here taken from the wild and now put in shows they claim they cannot be rehabilitated back into the wild which with recent studies show they very much can be.the least they could do would be to put them in a large sea pen where they can feel the tides of the ocean and have a place to explore, if you think you were coming here to give your children an education about Sea life you are sorely mistaken it has nothing to do with education only to profit off these poor animals, A very sad place to visit indeed I wish the signage wasn’t so misleading. I am only giving one star purely because I cannot do a review with no stars.
Negative experience: It is NOT ethical or okay for shows! Tricks! Exploitation of animals! Honestly shame on this fake sanctuary! Do not pay for any "shows" or "close encounters" where animals are clearly being exploited, forced to do tricks and are around alcohol. Animals in sanctuaries do not perform for money fyi. Everyone educate yourself on this disgraceful place. Emma hurst and warrior for animals have exposed them. Despicable
Fantastic experience: Did the dolphin experience and didnt see a bigger smile on my partner before. Loads of much seeing all the animals.
Hi Sam! We are thrilled to hear that you and your partner had such a wonderful time during your dolphin experience. Thank you for choosing our business and for leaving us such a fantastic review. We hope to see you again soon for more exciting animal encounters!
Fantastic experience: Loved this sanctuary. We went on a rainy week day so there wasn’t many people there. There were enough places to get out of the rain when we needed to. There’s steps at all the enclosures for kids to be able to step up on so they can see. I thought it was a tad expensive until I realised that you get to interact with the animals.. There is fish/ ray and shark feeding, you can also pat the dolphins at the end of the show. I’m really glad to know that the sanctuary is also a non for profit organisation, so everything you buy including the food from the cafe at the front goes back into the animals and research.. Staff were very informative and were more than happy answering questions.
Hi Chelsea, thank you for your kind words and for visiting our sanctuary. We are thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful experience with us. Our team works hard to ensure that our visitors have a memorable and educational visit. Thank you for supporting our non-profit organization and helping us continue to care for our animals and conduct important research. We hope to see you again soon!
Positive experience: The staff in the cafe are lovely. They also have a lovely collection of clothing and souvenirs. I didn't go to the show, only the cafe.
Negative experience: These three dolphins are in very bad luck that they have to spend their whole lives in such a tiny pool just in the hope that people will love dolphins more and take better care of all dolphins world wide. "We will sacrifice these three dolphines for the better good"
The parents of the three dolphins at CCWS were both wild rescued dolphins. Bella, Zippy and Jet are unable to be released in the wild, and breeding at this institution ceased in 2018. As permanent residents of CCWS, these dolphins play an important role as ambassadors for their species and support visitor education for the care of our oceans and marine wildlife. Our three dolphins will continue to participate in well-structured visitor encounters, designed with their welfare supported. Visitor experiences can have a deep impression upon the subsequent attitudes, knowledge and actions of people, and can also provide important enrichment opportunities for these intelligent and curious animals. Come along to the Sanctuary and see for yourself that these animals are healthy, enriched and in positive welfare. Should you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favour when you get here look for a lovely lady named Anna, you won’t be disappointed she really shared our excitement and was very informative and kind. She was soft spoken also, we initially had a negative interaction with someone but Anna came in and took over god bless her
Hi Ahmad, thank you for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that Anna provided you with excellent service during your visit. We will make sure to pass along your compliments to her. Thank you for choosing us and we hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Excellent place to visit that allows you to touch the Dolphins. They seem to enjoy it too. The young lady who was looking after the injured turtles really knew what she was talking about. Everything I asked was answered very professionally and she was an asset to the facility. All the ladies who did the talks excelled at their jobs . You might think it’s expensive but when you take into consideration the running costs and conservation they do it’s definitely worth it . I highly recommend a visit .
Negative experience: What a waste of money. Not much to see or do and they talked about conservation and caring for sea life but the enclosures were small and boreded being cruel. These big animals did not have enough space. Very disappointed in this so called conservation Park. Really just a money making venture with a few animals the focus. Would not return here again $88 for a lecture was excessive.
Hi Feonah, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for not meeting your expectations and for any disappointment caused. Our main priority is the well-being of our animals and we are constantly working to improve their enclosures. We appreciate your concern and will take it into consideration. Our conservation talks are a part of our conservation efforts and we apologize if it did not meet your expectations. If you have any other queries, please give us a call directly.
Positive experience: Great little park doing good for native sea life. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but came to realise what I paid was quite inexpensive considering the work they do. Nice little coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch with very reasonable prices. Coffee was also great
Hi R, thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to our park and found our prices reasonable. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Recently attended an event held here and was so impressed by the work the team are doing. Passionately and knowledgeably caring for sick and injured animals. It was also a great experience rather than another boring old function!
Hi Bianca! Thank you for your kind words and for choosing our venue for your recent event. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience and were impressed by the team's passion and expertise in caring for animals. We strive to provide a unique and memorable experience for all our guests. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: We visited the sanctuary today as a family trip, it was so amazing the staff were so welcoming and answered all of our questions, it was really wonderful to see the help they are giving to these animals and the care they have for them. We did the dolphin experience which was so amazing, Tiga took us in and really gave us an great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend going here and supporting the animals and sanctuary. Such a great day.
Hi Evie! Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to visit our sanctuary. We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the dolphin encounter. We appreciate your support in helping us care for these amazing animals. Hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Our experience today was amazing. Every single staff member was so kind and friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a 30min Ultimate experience, but easily spent the whole day there with the whole family. We booked online and got online discounts. Appreciate the above and beyond service we experienced today.
Hey Ash! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had an amazing experience with us at the Sanctuary. Our staff takes great pride in providing exceptional service and it means a lot to hear that they exceeded your expectations. We are also happy that you were able to take advantage of our online discounts. We hope to see you all again soon!
Fantastic experience: Wow, what an amazing experience we all had from dolphins to turtles, seals and penguins up close to admire and appreciate. I have great memories of The Pet Porpoise pool when I was a kid. Would highly recommend and encourage all locals to go along and support, you won’t be disappointed
Hi Carol, thank you for the wonderful feedback! We are delighted that you had a memorable experience at our Wildlife Sanctuary. It's great to hear that you have fond childhood memories and we appreciate your support. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Awesome little marine park. We went there outside of peak times and it was brilliant. Our kids had a blast, from the happy and friendly dolphins to the giant snappers that seemed to love attention. The animals are very well cared for and you can tell by the efforts of the staff that they are very passionate about them. Great to be able to get up close to the dolphins, and the one snapper that snuck on me at feeding time. We definitely will go back
Hi Scott, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that your family had a blast at our Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoyed interacting with our happy and friendly dolphins and giant snappers. It makes us happy to know that our efforts to care for the animals are appreciated. We can't wait to welcome you all back for another amazing experience! See you soon!
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place. The Coffee and food was also fantastic. My son has allergies and they were very accommodating.
Fantastic experience: It was a great experience with hands-on adventures with the dolphins and penguins. Well structured and loads of exhibits to see. Great for kids to experience the marine animals up close.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic educational and interactive day Opportunity to feed fish and pat dolphins and learn about marine wildlife. Lots of different demonstrations and scheduled times around the sanctuary
Hi Val, thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our sanctuary. We are thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic and interactive day while learning about marine wildlife. It was a pleasure having you with us and we hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: A great experience. Entry price seemed expensive but after seeing the rehab work done with the turtles I was impressed. Being able to touch the dolphins was wonderful.
Negative experience: I have mixed feelings writing this review. It is a non for profit and does provide a sanctuary for animals that may otherwise not survive in the wild but..... 1. The enclosures are very small and run down. 2. Very few animals on view: a few tanks of turtles, a few tanks of milipeeds, one tank of fish, one tank of dolphins and a sea lion. 3. It was $130 and we stretched it to an hour. If you have to kill time and have money to blow sure. I have no idea why people are saying it's better then sea world and have no idea how you would spend more than an hour and half here at a stretch unless you are willing to spend big money on extra experiences.
Positive experience: I always love ❤️ this place. It's very informative. the rescue rehabilitation and release is wonderful. Of course not all can be returned to the ocean due to the extensive injuries. Love the fairy penguins, so cute. Watch the dolphins and seals having fun and interacting with people. Seeing the excitement on children's faces as they come to value the life in our oceans. Thank you.
Hi Keryn, thank you for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience at our place. It's our passion to educate and inspire others about ocean life, and we're glad it resonated with you. The penguins are indeed adorable and we love seeing the joy on children's faces too. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: I enjoyed a fantastic day here with my two teenagers and their grandparents. The park was easy to navigate, and the staff were very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be returning for a close-up encounter with the kids later this year. Thank you for running such an important, educational rescue centre for our wildlife.
Hi Helena, thank you for your kind words and for choosing to spend your day with us! We are thrilled to hear that your family had a fantastic time at our park. Our team takes great pride in providing a welcoming and educational experience for all of our guests. We can't wait to see you and your little ones again soon for a close-up encounter with our rescued wildlife. Thank you for supporting our mission.
Positive experience: It was fun to see dolphins and sea lions showing their best behaviours! But it was too hot to be there with children.
Hi Priyanka, we appreciate your feedback and are glad that you enjoyed our dolphin and sea lion show. Than you for choosing us!
Fantastic experience: What a fun half day here with my kid. The rescued animals look very happy here and show their own cute characters while presenting. We don’t need extras to feed the fish or see the seal, dolphin shows here unlike in the zoo this was out of my expectations. However although I gave 5 stars, there are things to note. This is a sanctuary, not zoo, hence it is small and not much animals but charge the same.
Hi Jenni! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We're thrilled to hear that you and your kid had a fun half day at our sanctuary. Our rescued animals bring joy to us every day and we're glad to hear that their cute characters were on full display during your visit. We appreciate your note about the size and admission, as it helps us continue to improve and provide the best experience possible. We hope to see you and your family again soon!
Fantastic experience: This was a fantastic half day for my family of four. The info shows with the animals were small which meant you could see the animals better and ask more questions with the animal carers. Our son (4yr old) got to feed the fish and loved the dolphins. I was obsessed with the penguins and loved how shadey the sanctuary was compared to the likes of other wildlife parks. Also loved that the park was small overall, so easy to get around with the little one and the pram. Staff were friendly and food is well priced. Absolutely would go back again! We visited December 2024
Hi JustlikeJim, thank you for the fantastic review! We're glad to hear that you and your family had a great time at our park. Our team is always happy to provide a memorable experience for our visitors. We would love to have you back again in the future! See you soon.
Positive experience: Only small, but you get close to seals, dolphins and blue penguins. There is a fish feeding time which is fun. The snappers have no manners and the sharks are adorable. Turtles are super cute. You can have up close encounters with the animals but you will need to part with a lot of money. Recommend booking in advance for encounters.
Hi Marcus, thank you for your lovely review! We are so glad that you had a great time getting up close and personal with our amazing animals. Our encounters are definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we're happy to hear that you enjoyed them. We appreciate your recommendation and can't wait to see you again soon!
Positive experience: It’s ok for a first time visit and for the young ones. It’s a small marine park that doesn’t take up much of your time and offers something to do on a rainy day in Coffs. Has a cafe and ample parking. Situated next to a river. $88 entry for a couple.
× Hi Alan, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that your experience was just okay. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our marine park. We hope you'll give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to Coffs Coast Wildlife Santuary and seeing the animals (dolphins are my favourite). My husband and I purchased a yearly pass and it's the best thing we have ever done. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the team members are friendly, helpful and polite. There is 1 team member in particular that on many occasions I have had interactions with and her name is Carley. I have found Carley to be extremely helpful, thoughtful and she goes way beyond and above to help. I was there on Sunday 27th October with a friend and her family (drove from Newcastle), 2 of her family members have disabilities, 1 using a wheelchair and 1 using cane to help her see. We wanted to go down into the fish viewing section but there was no wheelchair access unless you go through the turtle hospital section which was closed at the time, Carley overheard us talking and offered to let us through the turtle hospital so we could look at the fish through the glass. While in the turtle hospital section Carley gave us the talk about the process of their recovery and eventually their release. Carley than stayed with us while we looked at the fish through the glass and answered any questions we had. The Wildlife Santuary does an amazing job helping injured wildlife and getting the animal back into their natural environment and if they can't be released than they are looked after like they are part of the family. Every single staff member should be extremely proud of themselves you all do an important and an awesome job every single day.
Hi Hayley, thank you for your kind words and for being a yearly pass holder at Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary! We are thrilled to hear that you have had such positive experiences with Carley and our team members. It is our mission to not only care for injured wildlife, but also provide a friendly and educational experience for our visitors. We are grateful for your support and look forward to seeing you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing everything and everyone. Has to be the best place we have been in years! From the beginning off our day we had breakfast at the cafe and the staff were the friendliest and most welcoming. The sanctuary blow us away, lovely and so many amazing things to see up close. The staff were knowledgeable and always approachable and willing to give the kids the answers to their questions. The dolphin show was everything we had hoped. The fish feeding was nothing that we expected it was a surprise and a half to be actually feeding the sharks and rays and fish. The sea lions walking around for the kids to follow and watch. So many up close experiences. Patting the dolphin was definitely a perfect end to our day. If there's one thing you do in Coffs it has to be this! We didn't want to leave!! A great cause as well, doing amazing work for the animals.
Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a positive review! We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing experience at our sanctuary and enjoyed all the activities we offer. Our staff takes great pride in providing friendly and knowledgeable service to our visitors. We appreciate your support for our cause and hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely wonderful day at the Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary. Thanks to Tiga and Sarah for introducing us to Adelaide the sea lion - such a fantastic experience being able to give scratches to a magnificent animal! Also loved the dolphin belly pats and learning about the turtle hospital rehabilitation… can’t wait to bring the nephews down to swim with the dolphins! Thanks again!
Hi Melissa! We're so glad to hear you had an amazing day at our wildlife sanctuary. Tiga and Sarah are fantastic team members, and we're thrilled they were able to introduce you to Adelaide and all the other animals. We can't wait to have you and your nephews come back for a dolphin swimming experience! Thanks for choosing Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary.
Fantastic experience: This is the only marine wildlife rescue centre between the Gold Coast and Sydney. It's has a lovely atmosphere, its great to be able to see their animals up close. Definitely worth a visit and support this great cause and fantastic wildlife displays.
Hi Zsofi, thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We are glad that you enjoyed your visit to our marine wildlife rescue centre. Your support means a lot to us and helps us continue our mission of protecting and rehabilitating animals in need. We hope to see you again soon!
Positive experience: Great place for the kids and great talks.
Hi Glenn, thank you for your kind words and for choosing our business for your family's needs. We're happy to hear that your kids enjoyed their time here and that you had a great experience. We hope to see you all again soon!
Positive experience: Hi there, it was a beautiful little place to visit while we were holidaying in coffs. Unfortunately I expected a little bit more for $40 each I was hoping for a little bit more than what was there. Very cute and beautiful and the shows were amazing.
Hi Oliver, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad you enjoyed the animals and shows at our sanctuary. We apologise that it didn't meet your expectations for the price. Your feedback is valuable to us and we will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to see you again soon.
Positive experience: It is a small place and maximum of 3 hrs is enough to see everything. I also booked for ‘Meet the seal’ experience at 12:00 pm. I enjoyed spending time with this cute creature for 15 mins. We reached the sanctuary at 11:30 am, upon getting in I got a hand band for the experience and was asked to wait in the meeting spot. A lady came around 11:50 am to the meeting spot to take us to the seal experience. We missed the rescue retreat at turtle triage at 11:45 am as we were asked to wait in the spot. Hence I would recommend visiting this sanctuary at 9 am and book your meeting session first thing in the morning so that you get time to see the other presentations.
Fantastic experience: Great place to see dolphins, sea lions, and other sea creatures. Get to pat the Dolphins and learn a lot about the marine life
Hi Ben, thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us a review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us, getting to interact with the dolphins and learning about marine life. We're glad you had a great time and we hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: We had a great day. It’s a small place with lots of great shows for a half day. Staff were lovely and everyone gets a turn. We fed, played and pat the dolphins and they are so close and really engaging. My kids teenagers loved this as much as I did 30 years ago. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your positive review, and for taking the time to share. We're so pleased that you had a lovely time, and look forward to seeing you again at the Sanctuary soon.
Fantastic experience: We love this place & you can't come to Coffs harbour without visiting it great value & lots of funny for the kids of all ages
Thanks Kevin for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time, and are so pleased that you and your family enjoyed your experience. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.
Fantastic experience: The facility was set up wonderfully, and I loved all of the animals. I would definitely recommend staying for the dolphin show if you want some animal interaction! For the price of the ticket, I got much more than expected. Animials were not forced to do tricks and interactions between trainers and animials were always positive. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Kids will fall in love with place. 100% recommend.
Thanks Thomas, we really appreciate your positive feedback. We're glad that you enjoyed your experience - please continue to spread the word about our sanctuary and the work that we do for animal education, conservation and care. Come again soon.
Negative experience: Sanctuary!?!?! More like prison! Dolphins in a pool is ANIMAL ABUSE! I went looking for local animal rehabilitation and rescue centres to support. Don't support animal abuse!
We appreciate your time in giving feedback. However, we would like to inform you of the real circumstances of the animals in our care. The Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary’s primary purpose is to rescue and rehabilitate sick/injured animals and participate in endangered Australian species conservation programs. To do this, we meet the highest global standards of care – as set out by the Australian Department of Primary Industries and the Zoo and Aquarium Association. Firstly, the vast majority of the work that we do at the Sanctuary is rescue and rehabilitation, and conservation education. The Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is a not for profit organisation which receives no government funding. This means that we rely on visitors and donations to support our vision to rescue, rehabilitate and release marine and terrestrial animals back into their natural environment. The animals that call our Sanctuary their forever home are either unable to be released back into the wild, or part of species management programs to rehabilitate species and provide vital research and education for their longevity. Animals at the Sanctuary, like any other animal in care, require enrichment and engagement, just as they would receive in the wild. And it is both this enrichment, plus the opportunity to engage with and educate the public about their behaviours, their health, and their needs, which the Sanctuary offers as part of its engagement with the community. Why are these dolphins in captivity? Should you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
Negative experience: I feel very sad for these animals. These tanks seemed very dirty, cramped and I had an over all bad feeling for all of them. . I feel like captivity should be canceled knowing that dolphins come from Japan, where they are barbarically massacred in front of one another. It is only the pretty ones who are taken into captivity forced to perform tricks for every bite of food. I don’t see how this is conservation. I had a friend who went here and I wanted to explore. I left with serious depression for all of these beings who are trapped. Especially because the vast majority of species kept in zoos are not endangered. Their conservation I saw here is merely a con. I can see through all of their lies and manipulation through their photography that they are trying to do something good here. This is just another filthy Aquatic prison hell hole and these animals deserve to be at a real sanctuary. The only way that happens is if we all stop going to places like this claim to be helping animals. They are not doing that.
Thanks Julia for your feedback, however it seems that you're misinformed. The dolphins in our care are not sourced from Japan, and no animal is massacred.
Negative experience: Visited here years ago and it was fantastic. The seals came out into audience to kiss you and were part of the dolphin show. You could play ball, pat the dolphins whenever you wanted and pretend brush their teeth. I was so excited to take my kids this year. Then very disappointed. The place was shabby and run down. The dolphins were fenced off behind a rope so you couldnt directly interact with them. The seal 'show' was a talk where no seal leaves the tank. You just see the keepers give it its daily check over through the tank glass. My child actually asked mum when is the seal show going to be on? Whilst it was on. They asked to leave. After that disappointment there was over an hour to fill in until the dolphin show would start. We ended up leaving as we had already seen the small bunch of things to see and couldn't fill in the time with a 3.5 and 5.5 year old. Very disappointed and annoyed id wasted $130 to take the kids and at how far downhill the place had gone. Should definitely have splurged on seaworld instead.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry that you didn't enjoy your experiences. The Sanctuary is now under new management, and animal welfare is key to designing the programs that we run throughout the day where people interact. So yes, some of the things that were done under old management are no longer in place. We do have multiple presentations throughout the day, and do our very best to keep everyone engaged in the conservation activities that we offer - and we understand that this can be a little difficult with the little ones. Thanks for your feedback, and if we can offer any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected]
Fantastic experience: I know people are looking for alot to do, bang for a buck, but what this place has is " hands on ", Interaction with the animals, talks and just the park itself - amazing. If you want to be up and close: this is the place to be! It's a small- friendly place you can probably do in half a day. My favourite place is the window pool. I could just sit here forever. Highly recommend the dolphin program - the interactions are not found anywhere else but here! ( And i like in Brisbane ive been to other programs)
Hi Sami, thank you for the glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your visit and appreciate your kind words about our hands-on animal interactions and talks. We agree, our dolphin program is truly unique and we're glad it left a lasting impression on you. Thanks for recommending us and we hope to see you again soon! - CCWS
Fantastic experience: Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is a wonderful destination for animal lovers and families. The sanctuary offers an up-close experience with a variety of native Australian wildlife, including koalas, kangaroos, and many bird species. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable, providing informative talks and demonstrations that enhance the visit. The enclosures are well-maintained and designed to mimic natural habitats, ensuring the animals are comfortable and well-cared for. There are plenty of interactive opportunities, such as feeding the kangaroos and photo sessions with koalas, which are a hit with both kids and adults. The sanctuary also features lovely walking trails, picnic areas, and a playground, making it a perfect spot for a day out. The café offers a good selection of refreshments, and the facilities are clean and convenient. Overall, Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary provides a memorable and educational experience in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a fun and engaging day with nature!
Hi Jayden, thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time at our sanctuary. Our team is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for all our visitors, and it's great to know that we were able to meet your expectations. Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience swimming with dolphins today. The trainer and photographer were so informative and lovely. Highly recommend and will definitely be back
Hi Hannah, thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad to hear you had an amazing experience swimming with dolphins. Our team takes pride in providing informative and friendly service. We look forward to having you back again soon!
Fantastic experience: We loved every minute of our time here! The new talks were very interactive, and the trainers/team truly love their job. We thoroughly enjoyed how the trainers invited the kids to see what they were doing, having close up encounters included in the ticket. The highlight was saying hello to the dolphins and turtles! The focus on rehabilitation and conservation is made in a fun way for kids. The Sanctuary is small but is 'pecked' with value for your family! The pathways are easily accessible by foot, pram or tail. The cafe is spacious, good selection and reasonable pricing. As with most attractions, off-peak times are recommended. This allowed our kids to get time with the trainers. Allow 2-3 hrs. Do yourself a favour, and support this NFP organisation. It's better than Seaworld!
Hi Rebecca, thank you for your kind words and for choosing to visit our sanctuary. We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great time and enjoyed our interactive talks and close encounters with the dolphins and turtles. We take pride in our focus on rehabilitation and conservation, and we're glad you found it both educational and enjoyable. We appreciate your support as a non-profit organization, and we hope to see you again soon!
Negative experience: Was pretty over rated... We spent maybe one hour here. was a waste of $70 to go inside. plus $99 to see the pangolins
Hi Carmen, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your experience at our business did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a great value for our customers and will take your comments into consideration to improve. Thank you for visiting us.
Fantastic experience: Every time we visit Coffs Harbour we always come here. The Sanctuary is an amazing experience and well worth supporting for their conservation and local rescue work. It wouldn’t be Coffs Harbour without this wildlife sanctuary, operated by locals. The food was delicious too :) there are lots of options for animal interactions so I’ve just put a few photos but you will have to discover the rest yourself when you visit!
Hi Jess, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you always make a stop at The Sanctuary when visiting Coffs Harbour. Your support for our conservation and rescue efforts means the world to us. We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed the food and animal interactions. We look forward to welcoming you back and showing you even more of what The Sanctuary has to offer. See you soon!
Positive experience: Rainy day but still had fun. The shows and talks were very interactive and interesting. I just felt for the limited displays and things to do/see it was very highly priced. I can go to Melbourne Zoo for the same and have an entire day there and still have more to see but I was done with all the animals and displays in 2hrs in Coffs.
Hi Lindsey, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with us! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our interactive shows and talks despite the rainy day. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: It was a great experience, the kids were fascinated. They liked everything about the sanctuary, especially the sea lions and dolphins. The staff were really friendly, answering all our questions patiently. Strongly recommended for families who have kids.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were so friendly and informative. We had such a great day here. The staff made announcements before a display or talk was taking place. We were able to see penguins and fish being fed and learn about the rehabilitation of turtles. We were able to participate in the feeding of the fish and touch dolphins as they swam past, free of charge ! Would highly recommend this place.
Hi Emily, Thank you so much for your kind words and positive review. We are thrilled to hear that you had a great day at our facility and enjoyed the penguin feeding and turtle rehabilitation talk. Fantastic experience: If you really want to get up close to dolphins and seals without having to pay a ridiculous amount of money then this place is for you, we did the dolphin experience and cannot recommend it any higher. Even before doing the experience we were able to see the dolphins and seals in the show and they were super close. Loved it! Will be back!! 100/10
Hi Katherine! Thank you for your fantastic review. We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time with our dolphins and seals. Our team takes pride in providing an unforgettable experience at an affordable price. We can't wait to see you again soon!

We're always looking for ways to improve and cater to all dietary needs, so we're happy to hear that you were pleased with our vegan food options. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: A great day out! Super interactive for kids, you can see they care alot about the animals and the staff were very helpful and informative. Great customer service etc. The seal and dolphin show is a definite highlight but I'd advise trying to make all the shows and feedings as they are really fun . Only critique is it needs more for younger children perhaps a small playground or climbing frame, sandpit etc in the lunch area and a touching pool or something. We spent 4 hours there and made memories for a lifetime.and will be back!
Thank you for your positive review, Vader! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great day out at our sanctuary. Our team strives to provide a memorable experience for all our guests and we're delighted to hear that you were impressed by our customer service and interactive activities. We appreciate your feedback about additional amenities for younger children and will definitely take it into consideration. It was a pleasure having you and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful time with family at this sanctuary. We arrived at 9and were worried how we would spend the time until the main show at noon. But a talk or a presentation every half an hour made the time fly. The talks are engaging and informative. There is chance to interact with the animals at no extra cost as well;feeding fish and patting the dolphins. Highly recommend it
Hi Marina! Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had a great time at our sanctuary. We're glad our talks and presentations kept you entertained while you waited for the main show. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Really fun place. Went in through the general admission tickets and really enjoyed the dolphin / sealion shows …total value for money
Hi Victor, thank you for your positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our dolphin and sealion shows. We strive to provide quality entertainment at an affordable price. We hope to see you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Amazing and lovely place to visit. Park is very clean, staff are friendly and very informative. Had a great afternoon and my daughter had an unforgettable time swimming with a dolphin.

Our team works hard to keep everything clean and provide a fun and educational experience for all our guests. We can't wait to welcome you back for more unforgettable memories with the dolphins. See you soon!
Positive experience: It’s a very cosy (small) sanctuary but you can tell the staff love being there and the animals are very well cared for. Little pricey for entry however for a good cause.
Thank you for your review KTJ. We appreciate you taking the time to share. Yes, the animals in our care are very well loved and cared for - it's obvious, isn't it! Thank you for visiting us and supporting the work that we do. The Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is a not for profit organisation which receives no government funding. This means that we rely on visitors and donations to support our vision to rescue, rehabilitate and release marine and terrestrial animals back into their natural environment. So your visit helps us to do our work in conservation, care and education. Come back again soon.
Fantastic experience: Better than SeaWorld, everything you would want to see is right here, kid friendly, affordable, clean & the meals are delicious. My two little girls 4 & 2 years old were utterly delighted to see all the animals & tickled pink they got to give the dolphins an ice block & feed the stingray. Thanks to all the friendly staff for their knowledge. We loved it that much we will be back next month.
Thanks Alex for your great review. We're glad your kids had a great time, and we look forward to you coming back to see us.
Fantastic experience: Enjoyable and interesting few hours. It's quite a small place with not a huge amount of exhibits to see, but if you go to a couple of talks and sessions it's well worth while and super interesting. If you're not interested in the talks and the conservation and how they look after the animals it'll be a short trip. The staff are superb as well.
Thanks Matthew for your positive review. We're really pleased that you've taken the time to give us your feedback, and to hear about your experience at the Sanctuary. We really do hope that you come back and visit us again soon.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place this visit we became annual members we live 2.5hrs away but will make the effort to visit as much as we can
Thanks L Gage for your great review, and for taking the time to give feedback. We're so pleased that you travelled to the Coffs Coast to see us and had a great time. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Our team recently had the pleasure of celebrating our staff Christmas party at Dolphin Marine Conservation Park in Coffs Harbour, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the experience was a perfect blend of fun, education, and awe-inspiring moments that left our team in high spirits. The park's setting is picturesque, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the stunning Coffs Harbour. The cheerful atmosphere greeted us as soon as we entered, setting the tone for an unforgettable day. The staff at Dolphin Marine Conservation Park were not only friendly and accommodating but also incredibly knowledgeable about marine life, which added an educational aspect to our celebration. The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the dolphin and seal presentations. The shows were not only entertaining but also showcased the park's commitment to marine conservation and the well-being of its resident animals. The trainers demonstrated a deep connection with the dolphins and seals, and it was heartening to see the emphasis on positive reinforcement and enrichment for these incredible creatures. Our team had the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the resident animals during interactive sessions. The chance to feed and interact with dolphins was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that left everyone with smiles from ear to ear. It was a unique team-building activity that fostered a sense of camaraderie among us. The park's facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the emphasis on environmental sustainability throughout the venue. The educational displays provided valuable insights into marine conservation, making our visit not only enjoyable but also enlightening. The on-site dining options were diverse and offered delicious choices for all tastes. We took advantage of the picnic areas and enjoyed a delightful lunch while taking in the scenic views. The park's amenities were clean, and the staff ensured a seamless experience for our group. Overall, our staff Christmas party at Dolphin Marine Conservation Park was a resounding success. The combination of breathtaking marine life, interactive experiences, and the park's commitment to conservation made it a memorable day for our team. We left with a newfound appreciation for marine ecosystems and a shared sense of joy and wonder. If you're looking for a unique and enchanting venue for your next event, Dolphin Marine Conservation Park in Coffs Harbour is the perfect choice!

Fantastic experience: Our first time visiting Coffs Harbour and we had to go here as we love animals.Such a great little place and lots of shows throughout the day to keep you entertained, from turtles dolphins sea lions penguins and more it's definitely worth visiting
Thanks Brenda, we appreciate the positive feedback, and the time that you've taken to write us a five star review. We look forward to seeing you back at the Sanctuary again soon.
Fantastic experience: This place is still just as amazing as when I was a kid! Was insanely happy I took my daughter there this year! The current owner loves the site and everything it stands for in conservation and rescue. I can highly recommend the sealion and dolphin experience!!
Thanks Ash for your great review, and for taking the time to give feedback. Yes, we do love our Sanctuary, and are very proud of the work that we do for conservation and care. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Sanctuary again soon.
Fantastic experience: We decided to visit today since the weather was cloudy and we weren't sure what to do for our day in Coffs Harbour. This was a fantastic spontaneous decision. The trainers were amazing and the talks throughout the day were great. The best part was the behind-the-scenes tour we booked. Held after the sanctuary closes, this was incredible value. We learnt so much and would highly recommend it to anyone who visits. Loved it!
Thanks for your five star review, William. We're so pleased that you enjoyed not only your visit to the Sanctuary, but the 'behind the scenes' tour. Thanks for coming, and we hope to see you again soon.
Fantastic experience: Love seeing the incredible dolphins and other animals. Definitely no regret and love it
Thanks for your five star review, Endang. Most appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you at the Sanctuary again soon.
Fantastic experience: This was a really good little sanctuary to visit with the family. There was plenty to see and do. The dolphin show was great and it was good to hear about the conservation work they are doing. It wasn’t overly crowded but some of the smaller shows/exhibits (rehabilitation show & fish feeding) were crowded so it was hard to hear the presentation but if you go through self paced you can see and hear everything. The food was reasonably priced but the service was a little slow - we were sitting outside where it was hot and there wasn’t much breeze - there was shade under the umbrellas though. The gift shop was a real surprise, I don’t normally like buying the kids plastic things but these were all made from recycled plastic and were really well priced! My daughter got a little ring bubble game that she loved and kept her entertained for hours! The park closes early but there is plenty of time to see and do everything there - it is well worth a visit
Thanks for your five star review - we appreciate the positive feedback, Adrian, and are so glad that you enjoyed many facets of our Sanctuary. Thanks for coming, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
