đŁď¸ Laguna di Nora: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Small aquarium but we were very lucky to speak to a great guide and he gave us so much information about the area, the animals that were there, it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. When we were there, they had two turtles- Simi and Burnella. You can see the lagoon by hiring kayaks there, but make sure you book it a day in advance as the boats leave at 10 in the morning. We just chose to see the aquarium and turtles.
Negative experience: Super disappointing, we arrived at opening as per the updated October 2024 website information only to find a sign saying would only be open for groups of 10 or more. We were very much looking forward to it!
Negative experience: 5 star for the beautiful natural area but You shouldnât have to pay just to walk along this path by the Laguna. Not interested in the very minimal things offered at the ticket office (which is âŹ8 each!) so we didnât bother going any further.
Fantastic experience: Great place, fantastic whale museum with full English information. Turtle rescue centre, and small aquarium with the local sea life. The specimens are all released back into the sea periodically and new juveniles are caught to replace them. You can pay also pay âŹ30 and either go snorkelling for an hour with a marine biologist or kayaking with a guide. Really interesting.
Positive experience: Nice to see a saved turtle, the aquarium is about 6 or 7 tanks with fish.
Vi ringraziamo per la vostra visita e grazie per aver dedicato del tempo per scrivere di noi.
Fantastic experience: We went snorkeling; Matteo was a brilliant guide and even ran the tour a week early for us. Thoroughly recommend.
Thank you for your visit
Negative experience: It is very depressing. U feel pity for the animals and the price of 8euros feels like a pure scam.
Positive experience: Worldâs smallest aquarium? It takes less than 5 minutes to walk around this âaquariumâ. The turtle rescue centre was more interesting, though entirely in Italian. âŹ8 for approximately 30 minutes of entertainment is poor value. We enjoyed a drink in the restaurant where the view is incredible.
Fantastic experience: I have found this humble place well integrated in the natural and social tissue, managed by specialists that like what they do. Good job !!
Positive experience: We did the 11:30am tour and despite it only being in Italian, there is some English translated content on the walls. I suggest management invest a bit more into other languages and put a coffee bar onsite... to make more money plus we arrived early and didnât have anything to do.
Fantastic experience: Small but well worth a visit. Well laid out lots to see and very interesting.
Fantastic experience: We did canoeing here and it was really good.
Positive experience: Restaurant with an amazing view and great food, turtle sanctuary is more of a turtle hospital, they were coincidentally bringing in a turtle on the day that had been found in town! There's the option to do snorkeling or canoeing on certain days in the lagoon
Fantastic experience: Beautiful Lagoon and very good opportuity to meet some animals of the Mediteranean Sea. Even plants and flowers can be seen!! There is a sea turtle rescue station, a dolphin museum and a little aquarium! Great!! :)
Fantastic experience: Very very good, sustainable cuisine, only local fresh fish (always!). Something different from the excellent local food of Sardinia. In addition the location of the restaurant is astonishing!
