Fantastic experience: Lovely independent pet shop, with lots of natural products, and good quality pet foods. Very happy to finally find some moon bones for my dog. The lady working there was super helpful, and welcoming. I didn’t tell her that I manage an independent pet shop myself, and I was really impressed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re near the area!

Fantastic experience: Great little pet shop, has a massive variety of stock for the size of the shop. Would much rather shop here locally than any of the bigger pet shops in the area. Glad to hear you're putting the safety of your livestock first & moving them to a safe location at your Paignton branch. Not too far to travel at all & luckily placed on a bus route. Easy peasy.

Positive experience: It’s a well set out pet shop with so much variety and we love bringing our dogs to buy something a bit different. Please please please can you not play such loud music! I haven’t experienced it in your shop before. I was trying to order expensive pet food and arrange delivery. I spent £80. But Macy couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear Macy. I began to feel unwell and asked for the music to be turned down. Macy couldn’t do this. It took a long time to place the order. I explained I’m autistic…loud music overloads me. I felt panicky and hot and sick. Macy said she was autistic too. She should have understood.

Fantastic experience: I go to this pet shop on a regular basis because there so polite and friend answer any question you have and there quality of fish is amazing I've filled all my tanks from this shop so highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Steve is amazing he takes my dogs out all the time and he is so good and reliable I’ve been going on using Steve for a long time now and he is amazing and his wife I love my dogs to bits I recommend anybody use them

Fantastic experience: We travel from Lyme Regis to shop here, a round trip of almost 3 hours as it's the only one we trust. Very knowledgeable and well cared for stock. Friendly staff in a clean environment. Well recommended.
