Fantastic experience: Excellent service, thanks for all your help

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience in a different marine store located nearby, ( mention no names) where I was supplied fresh salt mix with off the scale readings of salinity in a fresh salt mix, we decided to go here. (Yes three different people tested that barrel on three different refractometers, and all were reading 0.031 yet was told by that shop we’re all wrong and we’re all uncalibrated) ok ??? That’s ok in perhaps a big tank with hundreds of litres, but in a nano tank with daily evaporation would mean that salinity going way above the safe zone we strive for. So, we came here instead and boy I’m glad I did. Firstly I was greeted in a friendly professional manner, with a smile and felt welcome, not pushing products or sales on me but showing a pure interest in our personal tanks at home and admiring our personal handy aquascape work. That was a nice personal touch. Then we asked for some fresh salt water which was checked with a a calibrated refractometer in front of us after he heard how the entire tank had been filled with some other stores new water at 0.031and with evaporation was climbing up over the scale as you’d expect ! Spoke with him and would highly recommended this store over others I’ve visited locally and even put an order in for my Xmas present from the wife with this store. Support your local store over the store online ! Cash is king If other stores were as professional, caring, and showed as much interest with their customers over how much they can push into their customers to make sales, this is the company who sets the bar high. Top shop, top product and outstanding customer service and care. Fantastic experience: Very good shop sells equipment, corals and clean up crew only of very good quality and compared with some a lot cheaper. Parking is a problem the shop is situated near the flyover bottom of manor way but we'll worth the effort. The owner is very helpful and willing to spend time explaining problems you have or might have and if you can't wait will answer out of hours if something is seriously wrong. Water tests are free as long as you don't take the piss the photo is my water test.
