Negative experience: If you change your Saturday hours, please update your website so everyone knows the timing and no one wastes their time going there. Thank you.

Positive experience: Very run down place, service nice and friendly. Only Sea world fishes and plants. If I would have sea aquarium I.would go there anyway as there is huge variety of plants.

Positive experience: Was passing for work so stopped in as I usually like to do when I visit a new city, was quite disappointed to be honest from my perspective but can see that it may be useful for locals to pick up some things on their doorstep or get advice but the coral trays were really uninspiring there was not a single coral I’d have even taken away if I was offered it for free. I wouldn’t go back even if I was passing

Fantastic experience: Went here today as I'm looking at getting into the hobby. I went cash on hip as my experience of these type of shops is you have to buy to get anything from them. Absoloutly wasn't the case here really helped in steering me in the best direction. Glad I paid a visit here.

I consider the owner a friend his that nice . You'd be silly not to spend extra time in the shop and get to know the staff .. 100% committed to quality .I've tested his water to check and it's been as good as mine and for a shop that's a big deal .... Fantastic experience: I've visited quite a few fish stores around the uk and I can honestly say that Dreamreef is one of the top lfs I've been to. John and Katy are two of the most welcoming people I have ever met. John has been both a hobbyist and a seller for quite a while and is now my go to person when a problem arises. That speaks within itself. From colourful wrasses to stunning rainbow corals, every purchase i have made from Dreamreef has been in top condition and health, they have helped me combat problems in my tank as they arose and also taught me about how the problem has come about in the first place which shows the length of care they put into their customer's reefs. Definitely a 5 star experience.
