When you go in, you are met with tanks upon tanks of clown fish and tangs and corals of all different types. Well, it's worth a visit if u interested in marine and tropical fish keeping. Fantastic experience: Easily one of the best aquatics store in the area

Fantastic experience: Visited while in Hull on a weekend trip and this shop was FANTASTIC The marine section was our personal interest and they had a great variety of fish and dry goods and an awe-inspiring array of corals in every budget category. That in itself would have made the trip worthwhile but they stepped it up another level with the priceless troubleshooting chat with Louis. The excellent customer service and friendly, accomodating team approach will hopefully keep this business thriving for many years to come.

Negative experience: Recently purchased some normal RO water from here and my marine tank has exploded with diatoms I think your RO Filters need changing I now have a 2 centimetre layer of sludge at the bottom of my tank and had to do massive water changes to try rectify I will not be coming again anytime soon you may say this is not the problem bit this water is the only change I have made in my established tank I have already had it running well over 3months

Fantastic experience: These guys are experts, you can hear and see the enthusiasm for the hobby, have some stunning coral and fish for tropical and marine enthusiasts. We travel a fair old distance to get there but, every trip there has been a pleasure. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend anywhere in this hobby more highly.

Fantastic experience: Found by chance but the friendly staff and quality of the animals we've bought from them make this our usual go to for any aquatics going forwards. The staff are knowledgeable and it's clear to see after just a short conversation that they actually care about their animals and aren't just in it for the profit.

Positive experience: First visit today, had been in Hull for the weekend and just googled marine shops and this one popped up. Lots of different frags of corals and not many over £50.00 really good selection of soft,lps and sps with a small selection of saltwater fish. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. Will visit again when next in the area.

Fantastic experience: Of you're serous about your fishes well being you really cannot get better advice. Especially for marine tanks and tropical, even though we only have gold fantails (fresh water) they helped my wife and I out with a lot of advice.

They sell RO water too (with or without minerals for tropical aquariums.) Decent amount of tropical fish and accessories for sale too, including tanks. Pricing also very reasonable. Negative experience: Was sold an emperor angelfish at emperor money and the fish was infact an Koran Angelfish witch are a much cheaper fish. Will not be useing again. Been new to the hobby I didn't realise at the time they are simular fish but to people in the know (ie a shop) the differences very noticeable.

Always use his Saltwater and RO for my Marine water changes and topups, perfect everytime!! Louis's (and Ben's) friendliness and helpful nature makes every visit a joy and you'll always end up buying at least something every visit!

Fantastic experience: Being a potential returner to marine fishkeeping after a VERY long absence I visited this shop yesterday. Despite asking a lot of probably very dumb questions the staff couldn't have been more helpful and went to a lot of trouble to answer my queries and provide me with information. FIsh looked fat and healthy and corals and invertebrates looked in great condition. The labels describing the fish are excellent and state whether they are reef safe or not. A truly excellent shop and I would have no hesitation in returning there to purchase.
