Fantastic experience: I recently was looking on the website and came across some plants and seeds that I was looking for . Teasal seeds these are a wild and lovely beautiful lavender colour plant. Wildlife love them birds bees . They are so nice to have a variety of wild plants in the garden especially mine I love and respect nature we have to look after nature. I have had Iris plants before in my garden I have orange Lillie’s so the iris plants will look lovely together . I love my garden plants bushes apple trees blackcurrant bushes and strawberry plants. When my plants arrived they were carefully packed when I opened the box There was plenty of compost n the box as well so I was happy with this plant and seeds and I thank Lincs plants for their prompt service with delivery by Royal Mail .

Fantastic experience: With the recent heat turning my lovely wildlife pond into what can only be described as a soup of hairy greenness, I found myself begrudgingly wading in to do battle with blanket weed. Enter this rather brilliant reusable barley straw box. It arrived a day early—shockingly efficient—and was so well packaged it could’ve survived a Royal Mail rugby match. The box itself is solid and well-made, filled to the brim with barley straw and thoughtfully weighted so it sinks like a well-behaved submarine. I plonked it in the pond with great ceremony and am now watching hopefully as it does its magic, while I remain dry and smugly upright! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I bought 2 plants and the oxiginator plants advised by the lady on the stand at Hampton Court flower show. She helped a complete novice on pond plants and I am very pleased as they look great in the half barrel in the garden and hopefully attract dragon flies. Great stand and will visit then again next year hopefully for a few more. My friend also got good advice for her pond problems!

Positive experience: The plants came very quickly. You literally get 10 strands in a way that feels a bit mean but technically correct. I think for £6 it is a small sprig of plant life that may or may not survive... there are no instructions in the packet, the sprigs have a pice of gauze round them, and there is a heavy ring in the box. The video on amazon shows other bits- a little plastic cage, and more substantial wadding - but I guessed i was meant to put the heavy ring around the stems to help them sink - i will have no way of knowing if they grew, or just nourished a few plant eating animals in the pond. I think in future I will find a garden centre and buy something bigger.

Fantastic experience: Bought a few bits of frogbit but was disappointed when after a few days most had disappeared. Contacted customer services - although I hadn't taken photos when they arrived (make sure you do). Despite that a very helpful member of the team asked for a picture of the surviving plant - and sent me a few more. Super happy about that, especially as they can't have made much, if any, profit out of the transaction. This time I'm growing them on in a bowl before releasing them into the 'wild'. Fantastic experience: Ordered some bunches of Ceratophyllum (Hornwort) Oxygenating Pond Plant from Lincolnshire Pond Plants on Amazon. Prompt delivery, happy with the items, look good in my new pond. Would buy again.

Positive experience: Good healthy plants of a moderate size and well packaged but too much duckweed which needed time consuming removal before planting. (I have a duckweed free pond!)

Negative experience: What a great shame. Lincolnshire Pond Plants used to have good reviews and I have previously received nice healthy plants from them. However, my last order was consistent with the negative reviews that they are currently receiving. I ordered Water Soldiers and Frogbit in one order and a Water Chesnut in a separate order as it was offered with free P&P through Amazon. All of the plants arrived at the same time and none of them are satisfactory with the Water Soldiers losing most of their leaves in transit, having no roots and the remaining leaves yellowing. The Water Chesnut had yellowing and browning leaves. None of the plants resembled the healthy specimens shown on LPP's website. Only 2 of 3 Water Soldiers were received. After complaining, LPP refunded for the missing Water Soldier, but despite my photographs, they claim that all of the plants are of saleable quality and will recover. At the time of writing, that is not happening. - I have a good healthy pond in which all of my other plants are thriving! - As appears to be the case with others that have had cause to leave a Negative review, you will see that Lincolnshire Pond Plants have given an empty and meaningless response. - Several emails were exchanged between us before I had little choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly. They point blank refused to refund me for the rubbish they supplied which can be seen in the photos here. They point blank maintain that these are saleable. So here you are folks, these are their self professed standards. Lincolnshire Pond Plants, you know who I am, your reply to my review is empty unless you confirm a refund! I won't be holding my breath!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Customer Service. Having had a problem with a water lilly root bought a couple of months ago I contacted customer services through Amazon. Sophie replied really quickly with a very helpful and understanding response which resolved the issue. I have to say Sophie was fantastic and a real credit to this company, and I will definitely be using this company again with a customer service this good.

Negative experience: Update: Are you really sorry though? What you sent for £23.99 is an absolute joke! And for your information I ordered through Amazon and already received my refund, cheers. I recently ordered a single water lily (£23.99) from Lincolnshire Pond Plants as a test before committing to a full pond package. Unfortunately, I'm glad I didn’t go further—the plant arrived in poor condition and looked nothing like the healthy specimen advertised. I've included three photos: The product as shown on Amazon The condition in which it arrived What it looks like now I reached out to the company, but their response was dismissive: "Everything is healthy. As previously mentioned, the item meets our expected standards. However, if you are still unhappy with it, you are welcome to return it to us. Once we have received the return, we will issue a full refund.” While they did offer a refund upon return, the lack of accountability and the quality of the product make it unlikely that I will purchase from them again.

Fantastic experience: I have bought many pond plants from this company after buying plants from nurseries in the past and now from this company I have found prices to be of a respectable level quite affordable without breaking the bank the quality very good and a wide choice will be getting my next shopping list ready definitely would recommend to friends and others

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend this company. Very badly packaged. Plants arrived in plastic bags squashed into a small bag. Less than half survived. Company only apologise. No offer for refund or replacement despite sending photos.

Negative experience: I ordered a 3ltr and 1 ltr sized plants which came in a cardboard box which had a total volume of 3.4lts with packaging ( the plants clearly weren’t even in pots!) The plants clearly had been lifted from a 9cm pot and sold as 3ltr which are 19cm pots I had a lame repose from Lincolnshire pond plants Seems a bit of a con the sizing disappointed and feeling ripped off. Beware when you order

Negative experience: Ripped off being sent dead and damaged plants as well the wrong order when noted they said my correct order of 3 plants was on the way as it was a mix up but when they arrived only one plant was in the package and again badly damaged I’m clearly not the only person on here to claim how bad the plants are yet alone being scammed

We have just added another water lily to the stock and it arrived exactly as the first ones. A clear description and instructions and more importantly in great condition. Fantastic experience: I bought 20 Stems x Oxygenating Weed Live Pond Plant ELODEA DENSA and put them in a mess net to help cleaning and oxygenating my terrapin tank. They arrive well packed, looking fresh. My terrapins' review: "Why, thank you, it looks yummy, let's break the net and have a bite". It may have tasted nice as it was all consumed within a day! I bought a plastic breeding basket, a new bunch of Elodea and now my terrapins hate me. They can look at it but can't eat it

The lilies came with a basket, some aquatic compost and dressing stones. That was an unexpected addition. Would I use Lincolnshire Pond Plants? Yes, I would. Would I recommend them? Certainly.

Negative experience: Had bought plant from here before and all has been good. The plant I recently bought was very small had two long thin leaves, there was more soil than there was plant. I followed the instructions, the plant didn’t grow at all, I think it died. It looked weak & not substantial when it arrived. I look elsewhere for my pond plants now.

Positive experience: I was a bit disappointed when I went to Brooke by, and found the main site had moved to Boston. However the staff there were helpful and friendly. They pointed me in the direction of the plants I wanted . I ordered them that evening, and they arrived two days later. Exalant service, will use again if I make another pond.

Fantastic experience: After placing my order the plants were shipped out within 24hrs and with 24hr shipping, they arrived next day as planned and they were in perfect condition, I took them and placed them in a bucket of pond water to look over them and they were perfect so they went straight in the ponds. Few hours later everything is good. All in all I’d say amazing service and great plants, I will be recommending Lincolnshire pond plants to anyone needing plants and I will be a return customer as soon as decide what else I want to add to the ponds.
