Fantastic experience: Quite pricey for a family but very well set out and the staff there are very knowledgeable. Spoke to one person at the rock pools and he was very enthusiastic and answered all of our questions! Clean habitats and clean in general. We went on a rainy Saturday and it wasn't very busy

Negative experience: Well... Went there just because some reviews says it's better than Bournemouth one... NO IT'S NOT. On arrival staff members don't even bother to check our tickets status (deluxe, normal, child, adult). Moment after, been informed that Pirate Golf is closed due the lack of electricity (already paid), apparently all other attractions around using an electricity line... worked (old trick). Walk away been secured that refund it's on the way - Nope! Hope someone contact me at some point to solve it... Nope! See a bright future for this place. 17/09/2025
Positive experience: There are lots of different marine creatures to see, like sharks, turtles, and penguins. The layout is outdoors, which is a bit different and nice on a good day. It's especially good for younger kids with the splash zone and play areas, and they've got some new exhibits like the Night & Day Ocean experience. However, it can be a bit pricey for what it is. The talks and feeding times are worth catching, and it helps to book tickets online in advance to save some money. If you're a big fan of aquariums or have small children, it's a solid day out, but if you're not, you might find it just ok.

Negative experience: We visited Sea Life Weymouth on 3rd August and paid £20 for souvenir photos, keyrings, and magnets. When we got home, we found they were wrongly labelled “Scarborough 2024.” I contacted Sea Life who passed the issue to the Events Photo Team. They admitted the fault and promised replacements. I provided all the requested info, but after multiple follow-ups, I’ve been ignored. It’s now been over six weeks with no resolution. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for the correct items and compensation.

Positive experience: I had a good time at Sea Life, everything was clean and the exhibits were well presented. That said, I’d recommend going on a weekend when the full experience is available. Visiting on a Monday meant only the drinks section of the gift shop (located at the exit) was open, and the food kiosks were shut, which was a letdown if, like me, you fancy a drink and a bite to eat during your visit. The signage could definitely be improved. We had to exit through the Shark section just to find our way out via the gift shop, and we weren’t the only ones, other visitors ended up following me through the same confusing route. Overall, it was a decent few hours out, but for a smoother, more complete visit, especially with family - I’d say stick to the weekend.

Negative experience: I recently came here with my little girl for her first birthday. Honestly…this place is an absolute disgrace. First off. 8pounds for parking…then you go inside and was charged £60 pounds….yes £60 pounds for 2 adults and a 1 year old baby. So already we are up to £68. Inside the park it’s absolutely run down. Staff are miserable. You can complete the whole park in around an hour. The cafe had no sandwiches left so be sure to bring a packed lunch because I paid 12 pounds for 2 drinks and a tuna sandwich. So we are up to £80 pounds. Be aware most of the play park is out of use, the sensory experience is out of use. Most of the feeding stations are sold out. I noticed I was over charged for another child. When I approached the counter to say I had been over charged by £18 pounds they took my receipt and said “if it’s not in your bank by the end of the week just message us on Facebook” To be honest I’d never return. Even if it was free. 2 adults and a baby will cost you around 80-100 pounds. DISGRACEFUL Update on my review 7/8/2025 I still have not received my refund for being overcharged. I’ve been hit with countless excuses over Facebook messenger?!?! Yes Facebook messenger (how professional) and now I’m being completely ignored Be aware if you visit this dump. And you are overcharged onto of the extortionate price. And on top of the extortionate parking fees. Demand your refund on the spot. Don’t let them fob you off because you won’t receive a refund you will receive excuses. EXTREMELY unprofessional and petty place. I’ve since spoken to former staff members who claim to be severely mistreated by management too. Be aware folks

Positive experience: Great area. Parked a few minutes away and walked past a lovely train ride before getting there. Was a bit pricey on the entrance, but lots of lovely animals and feeding times. Amazing activities for kids including large climbing area and water park area. One of the cafes could do with some more fridges and food options, as they ran out quickly. Lovely gift shop and cashier Mia was amazing and friendly and even treated us to a promo gift, which made the families day. Great place all together.

Positive experience: I took my 43 year old special needs daughter for a day out. We loved doing the treasure map, but sadly, the map did not show events in the correct locations, so we had to give up after only three challenges. The staff were very sweet and knowledgeable and happy to chat about the creatures in our care. I have very limited mobility, and due to the yellow flipper marks not following from one location to the next, we sadly got lost and had to leave before we found the otters. Mobility scooter hire would be an absolute blessing.

Fantastic experience: Nice little venue to take the kids. All facilities were clean and tidy. The site is well kept. Plenty of animals to see, and play areas to sit and have a coffee or ice cream. The pay and display parking is close by but I expect that gets very busy during peak summer times. We went during a week day and parking was easy.

Positive experience: Only downside is cashless site, so when the poor girl had issues with her card machine to buy lunch it took me quite a lot of attempts and use of a different card to get it to go through. I had cash which would of solved the issue first off as I just wanted to go and feed my 10month old who was starting to cause a bit of a fuss.

Fantastic experience: The best sea life centre I've visited so far, the layout is nice, not cramped inside, you can chose which parts you'd like to see first, and can easily revisit these throughout the day. Wheelchair accessibility is good, didn't have any issues at all, toilets were clean too.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would! Located in Lodmore Country Park. Short walk from pay for, large car park ( the machines are a nightmare and i had to phone to book parking). Discount for carers. Wonderful staff. Decided to pay the extra to do a behind the scenes tour which was very good. Cafe's, gift shop and toilets on site. Loos have extra toilet seat that can be pulled down for toddlers. Water park area, dry park play area, free sunlotion station!! Clean, manicured lawns. Penguins, sharks, otters, stingrays, massive turtle, seals and loads more! Conservation work undertaken. Feeding times for animals to watch. You can pay £21 for your own feeding experience. Displays - walk outside to go inside each display, so with a raincoat you will be fine as close together. Spent a few hours here. They have literally though of everything!

Fantastic experience: Staff were fantastic and delivered on the impossible when asked. The animals are majestic and the site is spotless. The food was pretty standard for this sort of attraction. Overall a nice day that kept us engaged from start to end.

Positive experience: My 2 year old had a brilliant time here, highlight being the splash park. Cafe food choices were very limited, including ice cream was only really rubbish choices left in both shops. The main reason for my lower side review is the concern for the animals, particularly the seals - they spent the entire time swimming in circles in a pretty small tank, and had no shade provided from the scorching heat other than a small canopy which was over one small section of just the water, meaning they couldn’t get out of the water! The floor was so hot today so they would’ve burnt going onto it so just had to stay in the water It’s a brilliant place for kids, the splash park is amazing, sadly they didn’t open the paddling pool today which was disappointing.. but overall it was enjoyable, just let down by my sympathy for the lovely seals!

Positive experience: Lovely exhibits and happy looking animals- only notable downside however was that there were very little information signs- some areas had one or two screens with slideshows and no physical info boards. This made it very difficult to identify or learn about different species if at all- I was stood watching tv screens for quite some time waiting to get some information about the sharks to no avail which was very frustrating. Being able to learn and identify the creatures is a huge part of the enjoyment for me and I was hoping that the park would have more specific information available as the website isn’t very comprehensive about what species they have. I don’t understand why signs have been replaced in this way, aside from it surely being less economical or eco friendly running TV screens all day every day it felt like an accessibility foible as not everyone would be able to wait and watch the screens

Fantastic experience: We came here for something to do as the weather was really bad and so glad we did .Absolutely fantastic, SeaLife,best one I've been to by far, loved the turtle tunnel, seeing the seals and penguins, the only downfall was having to pay for parking which was quite expensive and we could only pay for food by card which is ridiculous,rejecting cash as a payment but other than that 5 stars and is definitely a must to visit

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic sea life centre. We opted for the behind the scenes which was very informative but not good for very little children. No soya milk or oat milk for drinks. Food wasn't much choice. The play parks are amazing and the aquarium are fantastic .

Fantastic experience: A perfect day was had here! The mix of indoor and outdoor environments for the animals is superb adding variety and the splash pad is to icing on the cake for the little ones!

Fantastic experience: They have an amazing selection of fish and other water creatures from all over the world here. What’s nice is that instead of all being in one huge building the main park is all outside and you go in to difference buildings to see different fish and species. There is a route you can follow to make sure you see it all and are provided a map. There is also things to see and do outside. Just me and my partner went and we had a good few hours here and both pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed ourselves. Make sure you see the seals from underneath :) maybe not the best place to visit with the family on a wet day that’s all I could say negatively about it

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife took out 6 month old and we all loved it! There isn’t a great amount for a child to do at that age but we that’s what we would expect. There is loads to do for old kids the splash park looks great and they have changing rooms for it there also! We throughly recommend and will be going back when we can!

Positive experience: Tired place & grubby- not as good as we were expecting. Only one set of toilets, hand sanitisers were empty. No otters. Water was so murky you couldn’t see the penguins through it. Expensive for what was on offer £54 and only lasted under an hour & a half!
Fantastic experience: So we decided to go down to wyemouth for a lil getaway and thought we would stop in the sea life center and my god was the experience great especially for staff member named Daniel he was so bubbly polite and helpful. And knew exactly how to make it a special moment for my sons first visit. If you see him highly recommend interacting with him

Fantastic experience: Nice place to visit with kids and different options available for exploring the things in the sea life. We have taken the basic one and explored the park ourselves. At the end went to the Splash area and kids have enjoyed it to the fullest. Plan on weekdays to spend 4-5hrs easily.

Positive experience: Amazing place to take the kids if they love sealife animals, they have a water play area for the children so take towels and spare clothes or swim suits, Only downfall is the price of food and drinks is wat over priced and the play areas for children are more suited to older children rather than the under 5s. Lots of parking space. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: We decided over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend to visit the Sea life centre at Weymouth. Some of our party had been here regularly as children and remembered it fondly. Unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The whole place feels tired and in desperate need of TLC and investment. The animals are well looked after by passionate keepers but we felt the exhibits could be bigger as the space is available in the grounds. The play park looks new and was full of people but when you have exhibits with animals from all over the world that should be the focus. We would go again, but we were left disappointed. Oh and while this isn't the Sea life centres fault, there is no on site parking so be prepared to pay.

Positive experience: Decent enough, just don't expect to be able to spend hours there. After maybe 2 hours you would have seen everything. Best to go on a sunny day as there's a lot of outside walking between the different buildings. The parking charges are extortionate which is why it only gets 3 stars

Fantastic experience: A perfect day out! The fish and animals are all well looked after, and in spacious clean enclosures, the parks are tidy and big. Negative experience: Fair play, disappointed is an understatement. The penguins were not fed on tie and they kept us waiting twice. I went to order a coffee to be told the machine had been switched off and they were not serving coffee any more. Shocking service and disappointing visit considering the price!

Positive experience: Overall, it feels like this aquarium has seen it's prime. Everything feels just a little tired, and a tad underwhelming. That being said, the otters and seals here were among the most lively and happy looking I've seen at an aquarium. The whole aesthetic of the aquarium did sort of play in to the traditional British seaside vibe too, so I'm inclined to forgive it for seeming a bit tired. There is a lot to see here, and there's play areas for children. As a couple we probably spent over 3 hours despite how small it is - so that must be testament to it's entertainment value. Highly recommend timing your visit to witness the animal feeding times!

Fantastic experience: Had such a a lovely day here with our 3.5 year old. We bought our ticket in advance, there is a car park next to the site. Informative, interesting talks, our little boy loved the variety of animals there was to see. The playground is brilliant & although we didn't do the splash zone as he was getting tired that looked lovely too. We were there for 4 hrs but could've stayed longer. Friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We done the behind the scenes tour which was really good. Staff were informative, friendly. Highly recommend a visit. Only downside is that parking is not free, local car park near entrance is quite pricey. Cafe and Gift Shop we're great, good selections. Great little Easter Half Term activity for children to do going around as well as a normal quiz too, both win little goodies.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival at the centre, friendly and professional with clear instructions and timings - super helpful to be given a map noting the locations and timings for our pre-booked experiences. Excellent ‘Behind the Scenes Tour’. Very knowledgeable and friendly host - brilliant tour! The ‘Penguin Feeding Experience’ was absolutely superb - our wonderful, knowledgeable host made the whole experience truly epic. (And much talked about ever since!) Special mention to the friendly and patient lady taking and issuing the photo packages as we debated the ‘background’ for our chosen pics! A fantastic day - your staff are an absolute credit to The Sea Life Centre at Weymouth. Thank-you!

Positive experience: Quite a small attraction but they pack a lot in. Lots of informative boards about the animals and creatures as well as our impact on the environment and how we can help. Good play areas and even a water splash and shallow pool with outdoor changing rooms. Informative talks around each feeding time. Decent gift shop and two adequate cafes though we took our own food. Lots of good conservation work. Main negative is that some of the clearly original parts are looking quite tired. As is the area around the entrance.

Fantastic experience: Came to sea life centre today with family. Really enjoyed the trip seeing various creatures. I loved seeing the different fish etc in the different tanks. Otters and penguins were really cool. Easter hunt was a great little extra for kids.

Fantastic experience: Purchased tickets on booking.com as was cheaper. Would say if ur going to eat there take your own food with you as cafe is expensive with not alot of choice. Take kiddies swim clothes and towels to play in splash areas and nice playground. To get your moneys worth I would say plan to spend quite a few hours there with kids on hot day make the most of all the facilities.

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best experience I have had at a SeaLife centre. The centre is more of a park with wide open paths tracking between themed exhibits rather than the typical dark, cramped, and loud tunnels you find in a typical aquarium style facility. I was delighted to see a range of species and, of course, educational and fun materials to engage with. This centre would make a great half day trip with a young family but is equally enjoyable for an older crowd due to the varied experiences available. I visited for the breakfast with seals experience, and it was genuinely incredible. The staff member involved was amazing. She was very passionate and really accommodating, always checking we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. The seals were obviously a great hit and it was lovely to see their playful nature and have such a close encounter.

Fantastic experience: Visited today! (Sunday) this was a late birthday present to me from lovely daughter son-in-law and grandson We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The park was clean tidy and welll staffed The seals penguins and otters very engaging. All exhibits clean and attractive. Nice play areas really liked splash pad and play areas. Would visit again

Fantastic experience: A great day out! We have annual passes, you only need to go twice to make your money back, and our toddler loves it. Having the pass means we can let our daughter lead the way and not feel like we have to see everything each time! The developments they are currently making are looking great and we can't wait to see how they turn out!

Fantastic experience: Lovely place for a day out especially with the kids. Lots to see, touch and explore. Cafe on site and disabled friendly. Huge carpark. Can be pricey especially in the summer with the carpark.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely time here! The staff are friendly and well informed. All the sea life appeared happy and well taken care of. The otter show was wonderfully insightful; I never knew they were such social and funny creatures! I even saw my favourite fish a Blue Tang! My only negative feedback ISN'T SeaLifes fault. A small minority of children/parents. NOTE TO ALL PARENTS: Please if your child doesn't want to learn and enjoy the miracle of sealife can you leave them; at home, in the playground or in the car with an ipad (as that's what they want to do). It's annoying hearing a screaming gremlin complain about being bored and hating their family for taking them on a lovely day out. Most children were lovely and happily enjoying themselves and learning. I just encountered one family and their screaming goblin! I got stuck inside the ocean tunnel with them and it ruined the immersive experience. This establishment is very family friendly it's a great place for people of all ages. But please please can we all have a nice time here! I also noted some selfish grown ups blocking the views of animals at the penguin, otter and seal shows. I purposely stood away from the front to allow children a way of seeing. The (nicknamed by an angry father) 'tallest man in the universe' shows up and stands right in way of everyone The otter show today. It didn't ruin my time!!! Perhaps, a friendly sign may be in order for prioritising height orders for the shows. Maybe common sense and human decency should be used more! 5/5 would go again! Positive experience: A bit on the pricey side for the size, and at this time of the year off season, you'd hope for a reduced rate. Saying that, it is a rescue centre and you're paying towards the services they provide. Wonderful for the kids.

Positive experience: Editing as requested my response from Sealife. One can not influence honest review. I'm standing with a Great place if you have Merlin pass as it's value for money, wouldn't recommend to waste money on buying at gate, there's better things to do in Weymouth like Sand world, crabbing, quarr climbing, fort and much much more. I've been to few Merlin attractions only thanks to owning Merlin pass, and this Sealife althought visited few times over the years(as using merlin pass) is one of the weaker ones, but again for Merlin attraction is normal standard, they just don't bother with theming. This place could do much better and three stars are very generous. Pics will follow.

Fantastic experience: Our little boy had a biscuit snatched out of his hand by a seagull that gave him a cut. The staff were amazing and bandaged him up. Aquarium was lovely and lots of activities for kids

Positive experience: Off peak visit was pleasant, no hoards of people and space in the cafe. On peak it can be overcrowded. Alot of outdoor areas, so definitely plan it for a sunny/dry day. Entry fees are slightly higher than I'd like. However, you can get 2 for 1 entry offers in brochures, which helps. To save more money, take a picnic as the cafe on site is extortionate. Smaller site than you'd expect for the price however definatly better than Bournemouth aquarium (when planned on a sunny day)

Fantastic experience: We went to Weymouth sea life today so to get help with the annual pass. We had a fabulous staff member called Theresa who sat with us and completed all of it for us on our phones. She was friendly, knowledgeable and funny and couldn’t have helped more. Fantastic experience: Bought the years membership. And we've such great visits each time me and my 3yo go back. Each time we do the Backstage tour. And I must say Andy is brilliant. Today we did the backstage tour and Andy recognised us from previous visits and it was just me and my daughter this time. So we had a great time backstage where we got to ask lots of questions and Indi was so happy and comfortable with Andy. (We do Backstage just to see Bruiser.) Indi enjoys talking to Andy as he so great with information and chats to her at her level and understanding. Andy is great and his orca hat... Positive experience: It's alright not the best aquarium, but was nice to see some animals, don't like the fact it's all broken up and was so cold. The tanks were quite small. Was nice to see the penguins and the turtle.

Fantastic experience: What am amazing adventure we had visiting SeaLife Weymouth. We were booked in for the breakfast with seals package which included early entry to the park around 9.15 and the opportunity to go and feed the parks seals before returning for our own breakfast in the cafe. We were greeted early doors by Andy who was awesome. He gave us a sort of mini tour/explanation of the layout of the park and explained the exhibits/answered all our questions on the way to the seal enclosure. It was really clear he knows his stuff and was good fun throughout the whole morning, so much so we booked on to a behind the scenes tour in the afternoon. The seal experience was great fun, we got to see the animals personalities and how clever they were reacting to Andys voice and understanding we were there to feed them. I would highly recommend the experience to animal lovers. Afterwards we went back to the cafe for our breakfast which was a choice of a fair variety of pre-prepared items, they were really nice and definitely filled a hole in readiness for the rest of the day. The park took the whole day to cover at a leisurely pace taking in everything they had to offer, we managed to hit all the animal feeding displays and the talks given by the keepers who were also great and are clearly passionate about their jobs. Some knew every animals names which was amazing given the numbers (especially both penguin colonies), and all more than happy to answer all our questions and have a laugh with us. The behind the scenes tour was ace! It had plenty of interactive parts and was good fun for adults and kids seeing how things run behind the scenes. Especially the shark tank!! There were a few parts of the park that could do with a bit of upkeep but nothing serious, a dab of paint here and there really. I can honestly say it was an absolutely fabulous day out with something to satisfy all budgets and ages! We will 100% be returning in spring/summer to see any baby animals that have been brought into the world by the team. Thanks to everyone who was there to make our day so awesome.

Fantastic experience: We went on a weekday in December, taking our 3 and 5 year old. We were surprised it was open off season. We got there at 11am and we were first in. We had a lovely time, some of the play areas were closed for maintenance, but that didn’t stop our enjoyment. We loved the sea horses, penguins and we got to see the seals being fed. One of the play areas with the large climbing frames was open and we enjoyed playing there for a little while. The cafe was open at the exit to get some food. We had a great time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering a lot of places are closed at this time of year we were pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to going back in the warmer months!

Fantastic experience: Visited before and would absolutely visit again. Well maintained with a few areas that could do with improvement but hardly anything major. Animals all look happy and well looked after. The Halloween event had some talking singing pumpkins that were an absolute hit with my toddler aswell as the wizard/sorcerer area that seemed to get missed!! He was fantastic and was very entertaining. We will absolutely be visiting again. The play park is really good and the water park area (although closed this time due to season) was open last time and it's also brilliant 5 stars

Positive experience: Great place, plenty of sea life to see. The highlight for me was seeing the moray eels. I would advise not to buy food on sight and go to the café in the car park. We spent 2 hours there then went to the car park café and returned back for a second visit for an hour.

Positive experience: Nice place to visit for a few hours. We went towards the end of season so most the cafes were shut. Food was OK in the main cafe, but let down by dirty tables and overflowing bins. But, we went for the animals, not food, hence 4 stars. All enclosures appeared clean and the animals all seemed happy and relaxed. If back in the area we would visit again.

Fantastic experience: We visited here last Saturday and it was fab! It’s so deceptive from the main road because it looks tiny but it really isn’t! We booked in advance using the 25% off offer that Kelloggs were running at the time. So we paid around £25 for 1 adult and 1 child. The site itself is clean and looks very well maintained, everything looked fresh and bright and was accessible for all. There were numbers on the buildings to indicate which order you should go into them which was very helpful! There’s a splash park and paddling pool which we didn’t use because it was October, but I’d imagine in the summer they’d be fab! The animals all had great size tanks and all clean and very well looked after. Such an array of species too, I loved the seahorses and the axolotl! They had numerous animal talks during the day. And there were some other activities (payable) like a little boat race thing that my daughter loved playing on. The playpark was amazing! My daughter is eight and I would say she was around the right age as the equipment was very big! Only downside here is that when we visited the cafe in the play park was shut, which was a shame as we were gasping for a drink whilst she kept herself busy playing! We came on a day that was a bit of a rush for us which was a shame because we could’ve spent the whole day here, and gone round numerous times. I feel the price you pay is very fair, and we had a great time. The gift shop was small but had all the usual tourist purchases at the slightly pricey fee as can be expected. We didn’t use the cafe by the main entrance so I can’t comment on it. There is a payable car park outside but we came using the bus which is almost right outside the aquarium on the main road.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely experience here. Staff were really friendly and interacted with our kids beautifully. There is lots to see and some little packs to keep the kids entertained and busy. The display cases are beautifully designed and have some great view points for the kids. There is a great splash park with changing facilities. Lots of extra little things for children to play with and buttons to press! There is a large play area which caters for all ages. The cafe/ restaurant was not open so we used the smaller one near the entrance which didn't have a huge selection of options but what it did have was delicious. The weather was not on our side but we had a lovely time. Highly recommend to families and animal lovers.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely the best Sea Life Centre I've been too. So many very happy looking creatures in a safe and clean environment. My 14 month old was enthralled and so was I l!! Fantastic experience: Brillant experience. As long the weather is good. There was so much to see and was brilliant seeing all the sealife up close. Lovely seeing the small jelly fish when they all change colours. Cafe, Costa for refreshments. Easy find your way around. Good weather, got a water park too. Downside, not cheap for a family to go. Parking crazy in Weymouth £3 per hr or £4.50 for 2 hrs. Visting should get 3 hrs free.

Fantastic experience: The best sealife centre we have been to! Don't expect this to be a rainy day activity. You will spend a lot of time outside walking the trail between the different buildings. Our 2 year old loved it, the park is amazing, splash zone and even a little pool with a slide! This could be an all-day activity if you wanted. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the tanks are wonderful. Lots of sensory stuff on the way around. Our favourite zone had to be the seals as you can get so close and even see them swimming under water. Pre book and save, they do blue light discount. It's definitely a must for any family holiday!

Fantastic experience: This is only my 2nd visit and this has become my favourite sealife centre. Seal show was enjoyable. We did behind the scenes tour. Which was very different from my last visit. Being 1 of Andy's 1st tours, he was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I spent a couple of hours wandering around the Centre,each area has it's own special qualities but all delighted,relaxed and informed.

Positive experience: Our visit was made challenging by awful, wet weather but this isn't the venues fault. Plenty of variety in creatures and the layout seemed to work well with different habitats captured in different "pods". Lots for kids to do (if it was sunny) and excellent educational areas. Tickets needed to be booked in adavance so it was lucky we checked before we left. It wasn't busy though and a customer was in the queue booking tickets on the spot which suggests it's wasn't an issue.

To get the best priced tickets we always advise booking online but the team are always on hand to assist anyone at the attraction if they need assistance with our website. We would never turn anyone away who hasn't booked. We do hope you will visit again on a sunny day.
Fantastic experience: Great attraction, especially if you've got under 10s with paddling pool and splash park, with changing rooms. As adults really enjoyed the seals, otters and most of all Europe's only fairy penguins, awesome squeaky little dudes
