Fantastic experience: The best place to get a quality pet and great supplies for your pet.

Fantastic experience: A lot cleaner and better with their animals than other pet stores in the area! All snakes were separate and they had a lot of variety. Thank you guys for the turquoise green cheek conure, she is an absolute sweetie and warming up to my husband and I very fast. UPDATE: I have tamed her, took about a week!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the pet store for 20 years plus.....they have the greatest prices that are very reasonable and they are very professional.

Negative experience: Horrible place! These animals are not taken care of. There had to be at least 40 birds crammed into one cage. Animals look sickly and lethargic. 3 birds at the register in a small tank with no enrichment toys. One laying at the bottom of the cage, they don't normally do that, losing it's feathers and looking in poor condition. Please don't buy from this place unless they step up their game and treat the animals with respect!!!

Negative experience: Horrifying. They should be ashamed of how they treat animals. Anyone who says these people know what they're doing don't know anything either. None of you should own animals if you see nothing wrong with this place because their small animals were horrifically neglected. (Mice/rats were shoved in 10 g tanks by the dozens. Bodies crushed at the bottom while to more layers climb over each other. Guinea pigs were put in a small 1x2 cage with no water, food, hay and no room to move while biting each other out of stress. Injuries can be deadly) Buying here is just supporting their abuse. Sick. Every visitor should report to the SPCA or Humane Society. They need to be shut down for good. The nearby Humane Society got my report at the time. I'm updating now because it's been long enough to share more details.

Negative experience: This place needs to be shut down. Poor animals.. just stopped in from visiting out of town just to take a look , while shoe shopping. The animals look sick, turtles had no water. The beta fish looked half dead . Someone needs to shut this place

I am so grateful that they are so kind and loving and not selfish at all. Negative experience: Worst customer service! I walk in and no one say a word to me. The guy just post up in different areas on his “phone”. I’m never going there again.

Positive experience: usually have what i’m looking for, only thing i don’t like is the lady at the front is rude. i stayed standing for a minute in front of her for her to acknowledge me since she was on the phone. she was very rude said they were out of everything & everything she told me she did it while still using her phone, she didn’t even look up to talk to me.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone nor do they ever have crickets. If they have crickets, it’s rare.

Negative experience: I tried to let them know that the baby tortoises water dish is too high and that it didn’t look like they could get in to drink or soak themselves. They got very upset and almost started yelling at me. They said they flip over and that they soak them every three days. Well if the water dish didn’t have such a high rim they could get in and out of it without flipping over. These people shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything other than fish. Also I have been going in there for about five years now and I have never felt welcome there. Very poor customer relations. This last time I was getting mealworms, but since they got mad at me, they gave me mostly small ones. That’s ok I will never go there again

The owner is very kind and has helped us and even helped to explain the situation about why there aren't many fish around the pet stores. We will be going back

Negative experience: Do not buy from this store. They sell sick animals and do not stand by their products. I spent 160.00 in this place. And they are not even willing to replace the two birds that died. Because of illness. BTW. They are the only birds sick. The ones I bought from them. I have other birds that have lived for years. This is the first time I have had a problem and they refuse to replace two sick birds. Totaling 30.00. That is a small amount considering I have shopped there for years. I took my kids there. My father bought me things there. I have never had a problem until now. And they refuse to help me. Never again. They do not back their product. Word to the wise shop at a pet store that will give you at least some sort of guarantee. Most do now but not this one. Buyer beware. If they sell you sick animals. Be prepared to kiss your money good bye.

Positive experience: Would give 5 stars but im a betta fish owner and the bettas should not be kept in such small containers. Their even smaller the the cups from petsmart, petco or waltmart. Other then that the store is really nice. Beatiful damsels and the arowanas left me speechless.

Negative experience: All the reptiles and birds are kept in poor conditions. Lots of the animals where either sick, dying, or dead. Overpriced tanks too. Don't support this store or any store that neglects their animals needs.
