Fantastic experience: Very well-displayed interesting collection of fauna. I didn’t see a single unhealthy creature. Some very useful work on eg breeding corals being undertaken.

Fantastic experience: Pricey but worth it
Negative experience: Don't go if you have a baby and/or stroller. Due to it's layout it's divided into 11 floors where in each floor there are tiny showrooms and due to the demand the lift can take 5-10 minutes to arrive where tons of parents with strollers are waiting (and no enforcement of pripority to them or people in need). I make a point to visit the zoo and the aquarium in every European city I go and I have never witnessed such a poorly organised, stuffy establishment. We abandoned after seeing half the floors and wasting more time waiting for the lift than admiring the acrual fish.
