Fantastic experience: Very special spot. Lot of animals and the view from the top floor, great expereince, but very busy and lot of walking around as the lift is only one and 11th floors to see, So if you want to safe a Time, you walking stairs. Reccomend to buy tickets online as the was busy at the entrance area and cold. I will also, recommend to use the cloakroom as when you start the journey you will feel warm and some areas are tropical. Very great spot but you need lot of energy
Fantastic experience: One of the most beautiful and unique water parks in the world. In addition to aquatic animals, there are also animals from warm climate regions of the world, such as toucans, monkeys, turtles, lemurs, lizards, snakes, and more. Fantastic experience: Very well-displayed interesting collection of fauna. I didnโt see a single unhealthy creature. Some very useful work on eg breeding corals being undertaken.

Fantastic experience: Pricey but worth it
Negative experience: Don't go if you have a baby and/or stroller. Due to it's layout it's divided into 11 floors where in each floor there are tiny showrooms and due to the demand the lift can take 5-10 minutes to arrive where tons of parents with strollers are waiting (and no enforcement of pripority to them or people in need). I make a point to visit the zoo and the aquarium in every European city I go and I have never witnessed such a poorly organised, stuffy establishment. We abandoned after seeing half the floors and wasting more time waiting for the lift than admiring the acrual fish.
