I was very stressed about my partner’s dogs, and she made me feel so much better. Helped me find the perfect new harnesses and was just so kind and genuine the whole time. Thank you so much, Cassie! Now I totally get why my partner raves about this place. You’re the best!

Fantastic experience: The best pet shop I've ever been to! The owner Jo and her team are so friendly plus they always greet me by name! They always make my Bassett feel so welcome and give him treats haha he loves this place! They have the best selection of treats, toys, dog beds and leads/ collars and honestly just the best customer service. We go here weekly!! xxx

Fantastic experience: I went in today and was served by Tahlia. She was AMAZING! So knowledgeable and helpful. I came in for all the puppy essentials as I get my new little adopted friend tomorrow and she made sure I had everything I needed from collars and leads, enrichment, beds, bowls, toys etc she made sure I got it all. Excellent service I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: The day before our Sons wedding at 4pm, he discovered he had left the lead for his doggy Sam, (who was featuring in the wedding) at home on the Gold Coast! We are from Melbourne and had no transport and only an hour to come up with a solution. I called 100% Pets and a lovely girl named Jo, who we had never met in our lives, not only had the right black lead but offered to drive around and drop it at our accommodation! Thank you so much Jo, this was above and beyond what we expected and your happy smiling face at the front door an hour later was amazing. Here is the happy couple with Sammy, the real star of the show!

Fantastic experience: Extreme helpful and friendly staff who love and own dogs themselves. Great deals on locally made bully sticks. My doggies love them. Also big bags of well priced Guinea pig food for our little guys we have at home.

They also have a dog wash in there which is handy and now my poochi woochi smells like daffodils. Winning. Ebany who works here is outstanding, and she also has a background as a vet nurse. Fantastic experience: Minutes before closing we needed to get our pooched washed in a hurry, stayed open minutes past closing to allow us to get in and give quick tub.

Negative experience: I bought a bone for my puppy it was riddled with bugs!! As well the fish are infested with internal parasites and not looked after. I’ve purchased quite a few fish from here and they have died within days/weeks. The guppies are dead and dying in the tank. When I spoke to shop assistant she shut me down. I feel for customers buying these infected guppies as it is money down the drain. The store has never been the same since it changed hands. I’ll continue to drive to tweed. At least they replaced sick fish.

Fantastic experience: Traveling from Adelaide we shopped at 100 percent pets for a new dog lead. We got a good quality lead and amazing advice for free on better food for PAtch with no pressure at all to buy Thankyou your knowledge and help was top class.

Fantastic experience: They have just about everything

Negative experience: Very Disappointing to get the third degree when trying to buy a couple of gold fish. Understand with other fish but goldfish really. Maybe they should have a look at their own fish and tanks before hassling there customers. Save yourself the hassle $4.95 for a half dead guppies. Was my local shop for convenience was overpriced but was trying to keep it local. Will just go to tweed now at least they restock.

Negative experience: Friendly until you have a problem with a product then dismissive and just ignore your issue. Overpriced, though they harp on about how they buy in bulk and they are the cheapest around.
