Positive experience: Nice staff very helpful

Fantastic experience: Good friendly service.. they have great range of animal accessories and foods..and I found them to be cheaper than most other stores..if you have multiple types of animals like myself i would suggest this as a good place to go... I havent needed to go to another store since coming here...have a nice day

Negative experience: Bought 7 fish…. Acclimatised them and put into tank they all Died. Explained we had tropical and advised that cichlids would be fine. Partner went back they tested water and said ph was high.. nobody advised to test ph before adding cichlids to the tropical tank. No remorse no options for replacement or refund. When it comes to fish they have no idea or want to admit they didn’t provide suffice advice when adding that type of fish to the tank. Lady was very rude - not going back again. Sadly did not want to leave a bad review but what would it have cost them to assist with some compensation and retain customers ….. who would have been back to buy more fish for sure!

Fantastic experience: Only been here once but love it already everything is a really good price and i absolutely love Star the little bird inside, love that there’s a friendly cat just waiting for pats just love everything there and the staff are really nice

Positive experience: Have always loved Radleys, but very concerned to see that their cockatoo Joey has been unwell for sometime and just sits at the bottom of the cage. I know that they have been treating him, but please, he should be in a hospital cage away from other birds and people in a quiet warm place to help him recover.

Negative experience: First time visiting today. It was okay. Had a decent range. My biggest concern and main reason for my 1 star review is their resident bird, Oliver I think he is a long billed corella? I noticed straight away he was missing so many feathers on his belly. This is NOT a sign of a happy, healthy bird. He desperately needs enrichment. Can I suggest fresh browse daily with lots of bark, seed pods and leaves he can chew on.instwad of himself. There are plenty of bird safe species of trees around. His cage looked pretty dingy and boring for such an intelligent bird. Breaks my heart. I wanted to mention it to the lady on the counter, but she didn't seem too interested in talking. My husband was playing with their other resident Sun conure, Star. She had climbed down his shirt, and my husband could not get her out so I tried to get her to step up onto my finger, out from under the shirt and when we approached the lady on the counter, she said "yeah she doesn't like hands", offering no help, and went back to doing something behind the counter. Hubby managed to get Star safely back on her perch, she was a sweet, gentle bird. Not sure if we will be back anytime soon. Sorry guys. Please do better for Oliver.

Negative experience: Dear Radleys, Been here over the years and it’s heading ⤵️ Either business is booming and you are now complacent with good customer service or business is terrible and you just don’t care any more. - Greet customers and be welcoming - Smile - Don’t complain about operations within earshot of customers You have a wasted opportunity here: - Tidy up the pig sty of a yard - Create ambiance - Lease some space to a coffee/food van and adjust seasonally - Capitalise on your incredible exposure connecting two major town centres You can be so much better. Positive experience: Sub-par corals, seem to always see a bristle or flatworm infestation occur after purchasing coral from their corals they stock. Understand it's part of the hobby I follow protocol in QT and dipps prior to placing in display but, c'mon like fireworms hurt !!! especially if you're under aware you have them & the last of vinegar is split trying to neutralize the sting. Anyway see next week. What's life without spice

Fantastic experience: This was my first trip to Radley's will NOT be my last. This place is a glorious find,I was looking for tandanus catfish of a particular degree, with one phone call the staff had it done a few days later my expectation had not only been meet but vastly exceeded. Upon leaving I was already planning my next trip. Radley's pet and aquarium is outstanding

Positive experience: Radley's is a great family owned business that has a great variety of products for pets ranging from the standard dog and cats to chickens, ducks and other livestock, they have a huge fish range as well, the only thing that is disappointing is they have their fighting fish in the small tanks that we've all believed were appropriate for them but new research says otherwise and it shows as at radley's all the fish are in great condition except the fighting fish. If they update the way they keep their fighting fish this is definitely a 5 star place to go for all pet needs.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with numerous produce/ pet shops within NSW, especially in the Central West, these guys have it all. Pulling in the parking lot, it takes ya back to arriving @ your granddads big shed on the farm. The store is easy to get around & all products are displayed well & the prices are excellent. It shows that the staff really enjoy their job, as they were friendly,informative, helpful & genuinely nice. I would definitely vote for them in an "Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Positive experience: Great place for my nice & nephew, they adored the animals & came back with one Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Could do with a bit of maintenance & I personally like different types of animals better but all in all a great outing. I would definitely recommend it with the little ones ✌

Fantastic experience: Went in there looking for some toys for my lil bird, when I ran into a lovely young gentleman by the name Beniah, he was extremely caring and insightful, with helpful recommendations. Radley’s have a great variety of options for birds toys at a very affordable price.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, excellent prices. Being a fish keeper, I enjoyed looking at their aquascapes. Loved the birds on display too. Bought a Betta and will be back for future purchases even though they are 40 minutes away and there are closer pet stores.

Fantastic experience: Lots in stock for aquariums (fresh & saltwater) & ponds. Plants, lots of scaping/hard goods & consumables. Good prices, especially on coral & freshwater fish. Happy to order in anything they don't have in stock, they also sell RO water & have a good stock of frozen foods. Some nice display tanks dotted throughout the store, in amongst the sleeping resident cats & dog. Our kids love going here & playing "find the cat", & patting the little goats / seeing the chickens roaming around.

Positive experience: Always a go to when it come to anything bird and chickens, have been getting stuff from them for years. My dad would take me along when we were getting stuff for the chickens, and as a child it was like a wonderland but with hay. Now as an adult I know that I can rely on Radley’ and it’s hard working team.

Negative experience: We went in today to look at the corals unfortunately there were no prices on any of them so we didn't end up buying anything. Please consider putting up a rough price guide. It makes me feel uncomfortable hunting down a staff member to ask them what each piece is worth.

Positive experience: First time my friend and I had been to Radleys. First impression was that their grounds of business needs a real good tidy up as it looks like a bit of a messy dump with timber, pots and cages etc are scattered everywhere. The same goes for inside their warehouse. Barrie Isles products in I wrong items. Their place would be so much more inviting if it had a good old tidy up and stuff sorted and cleaned and most of all get rid of the infestation of fleas. We were eaten alive. Now as for the positive view service was lovely and most helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of pet toys and food which are very reasonably priced. We will go back there but will be prepared by by the mess and fleas.
