Fantastic experience: This was a great store. The owners are super nice. The store was very interesting with exotic animals like turtles, iguanas, bearded dragons, and rare reptiles. Chris and other staff were very friendly and shared their love and knowledge of all the animals. Will definately be back. A really nice dog named Loki greets you as you come in.

Fantastic experience: The owners and staff are super knowledgeable, very helpful, great support and very helpful. They always takes time to explain and understand. Do not try to upsell or push products. Great for dog socializing, as Loki so well trained and great with pups.

Fantastic experience: Family owned and local! Brothers Chris & Nick helped me out earlier today as I’m bringing home Bali my rescue dog from Lebanon tomorrow. I needed the essentials, bowls, treats, pull and play rope, food wobbler, brush, etc… They know their products so well, it was so impressive! No up-sell, just great advice and suggestions and confident knowledge about animals. I can’t wait to bring Bali to meet them!!

Negative experience: Bought from them a few times spending close to $100 each visit. Bought a horn yesterday and after about 2 minutes of chewing it broke apart and almost choked my dog. Drove all the way back from Kirkland to return it and was told there are no guarantees and that I should saw it in half. What?!? Oh well, lesson learned. Plenty of other shops that stand behind what they sell to buy stuff for my boys from.
Please don't spam reviews. We have responded to you on Facebook that the item you chose was not recommended and that you should chose a thicker one. You went against our recommendations and the outcome was understandable. If you would like to discuss the issue with the manufacturer, who does not accept returns on this item, then we can give you their information. But please don't give false reviews saying we told you to saw it in half when that is not what we said.
Fantastic experience: I'm glad I have found this place! The best service ever! The shop is small, but it offers great choices of foods, toys, and accessories for pets. Recently, I switched my dog to a senior food and the staff was really helpful at explaining the difference between various choices. Also, my dog got introduced to a new selection of doggy treats. I will definitely keep going back. Plus, free parking is available.
