Positive experience: It was much smaller than expected.

Positive experience: Good for a one time visit.. The aquarium is not that big.. But it has some different species and is worth the visit. Good for small children..

Fantastic experience: Very informative. If you have been to Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto it will feel small. Nina the seal made an appearance. I got to pet a lobster. It took about an hour and half to see everything.

Positive experience: For the price I would say this was worth going to however it was quite small. I expected there to be more to see and do but it was still nice. There is one seal and there is a "touch table" set up in a cool little area with things you can touch in water such as starfish, some larger snails and lobster etc. There is a theater room which was neat. The dock outside is nice to sit at and look out at the ocean.

Positive experience: I'm from Nova Scotia. Had never been to an aquarium. The seal show is fun, and entertaining. If you go you have to see it. There were a few fish to see, not a lot. Best for families with children as there are lots of activities for kids. As an adult it's a bit expensive for an hour and a half including the seal show.

Fantastic experience: Amazing way to spend a couple of hours . Well worth the entry fee. Their exhibits are well planned and organized out with local fish from.salmon, sturgeon , blue lobsters , cod to a touch tank with crabs, blue lobsters, clams, sea cucumber  to an open air seal tank in which the seals are only a few feet away. The seals are very adorable and funny ! Their gift shop is also very  large and has a wide selection of variety souvenirs. We all had a fabulous time. It is definitely worth visiting. If you are in the area or in the neighbourhood.

Positive experience: Beautiful place but not very big. The highlight was the seals.

Negative experience: Took the family to the aquarium today. No wait to get in, which was nice. Staff was very unimpressive . Front desk staff didn't even greet us or give us any information about the facility. Once inside, you met with a large variety of local fish in tanks, which was interesting. Went outside to the seal enclosure and encountered more staff, which clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't t even acknowledge when the kids asked questions just smiled and continued to talk amongst themselves. Overall, we had more fun on the climbers outside and at the lighthouse. Definitely won't be back.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed it, a small place but with many beautiful and unusual creatures of the aquatic world. We particularly liked jellyfish and sea lions. They also have a small aquarium outside with crabs, lobsters, and other species that you can touch in the water. We also stumbled upon a small show with the sea lions being fed at 11 a.m.

Fantastic experience: It's not a large aquarium but for what it does have it's very good. Clean tanks with a variety of fish relevant to the area. They also had a seal enclosure with 3 seals playing around that our son enjoyed a lot. In addition, they have an open tank with staff supervised interactions with lobsters, starfish, sea urchins and more. Outside is a nice boardwalk with a historic lighthouse that was relocated from Portage that is interesting to see. Lastly, there is a nice playground out front that kids will love. If you are in the area with your kids, give this gem a look.

Fantastic experience: Alot of cool fish

Positive experience: For how it's advertised for tourism it's not very big we spent maybe 1/2 hrs and seen it all. It was very nice and clean but we were hoping to see more then just a dozen fish tanks and 3 seals.

Fantastic experience: This place is a gem of a site to visit. Their exhibits are well planned out with local fish from cod, salmon, sturgeon, blue lobsters, etc to a touch tank with crabs, lobsters, clams, sea cucumber, etc to an open air seal tank in which the seals are only a few feet away. We took our kids and they also loved the indoor boat's bridge setup. We all had a great time. It's well worth the detour from the main highway, especially because the scenery along the way is great too.

Fantastic experience: Small aquarium with very reasonable entry fees. They have a ton of fish to see, and info placards everywhere to learn about them. There's also a touch tank outside where friendly, knowledgeable staff will let you touch lobsters, sea urchins, sea cucumbers and more. The best part of our visit was obviously the seal feeding show, which is very cute. They seem very well cared for. A good way to spend an hour or two, especially if you have small kids.

Positive experience: Small, but albeit very nice aquarium. The displays looked brand new, and seemed to be very well maintained. It was cool to see the blue lobsters, the variety of other fish and shellfish they had, and the gift shop had some very cute souvenirs. Around the back there was a nice boardwalk, and several areas to take nice pictures. Unfortunately the touch-tank was closed (I’m guessing probably due to covid), and the seals pool outside looked very dirty.

Positive experience: Good variety of sea creatures to observe. Our family favorites were the jellyfish, the blue lobster and the sea lions. The decoration outside is great to take some pictures. For young families there is a little playground to entertaining small kids. It was a nice trip.

Fantastic experience: Elegant aquarium with specimens of all walks of sea creatures native to the area. Both fresh and salt water fish, crustaceans, eels and a seal. Visit the touch tank to feel shelled creatures and sea cucumbers. There is a children's room for art inspiration and learning with science experiments.

Positive experience: Very Cool place. Wish some Films were in English. Cool animals that are there. But only one tank with jellyfish. Jelly fish are one of favorites sea animals. Seal show very cute and funny. but if you seat on the front row of the stand some people may stand in front of you. Overall a very good place to visit. Quite Bilingual, and sort of full, But it is very small and we wish there were more exhibits.

Positive experience: This place is so small it takes like 3-4 minutes to see everything. I would definetly not recommend driving more than an hour if you're going just for that so plan other activities in the area.

Positive experience: Very small aquarium. Easily done in 2 hours, and that's if you watch the short documentary. The seals were cool to watch. And the touch tank was really interesting. Unfortunately, some people didn't respect the 'don't take the creatures out of the water' rule and some creatures were just 'dead' or so I believe. Try to go in the afternoon, there seems to be less people. I went first thing in the morning when it opened and there were a lot of people. The aquarium is small so it's kind of hard to check out the fishes and sea creatures.

Positive experience: For the size of the place,there was so much information and learning packed in! I wasn't aware of the diversity of shark that inhabit the Atlantic ocean so far north. The funniest part were the 3 sealions in the outside pool. The swam around playing long after i left them,I'm sure!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely hidden gem in NB! The board walk is long and very scenic. The aquarium was so well kept and with lots and lots of marine life. My favorite was the jellyfish display! There were some interactive screens showing crab and lobster fishing process that were very educational. We really enjoyed our trip there.

Fantastic experience: It's a fantastic place. Great views of the water from outside. There's a large selection of displays both of live animals and just general information about the fishing industry in new Brunswick. I learned a lot that I didn't know and all the fish in their habitats were really interesting to look at. The seals are also adorable (unfortunately we missed feeding time). It only took us an hour and a half or so to walk through and we were taking our time so it's not very big but it's a good deal for 10 bucks a person. Their gift shop is also very large and has a wide selection of souvenirs.

Fantastic experience: it a small aquarium with a lot of fish variety -the entry cost around 9.00$ -you can touch the sea creature there is also a footpath in the back it 2km long with a nice view -the employee are not very friendly but there is this woman that is willing to do the extra mile to inform you of different activity don't miss in the morning when the give food to the seal they doing some trick it nice to see the center is adapted for the wheelchair also it pretty much on the same ground level the visit of the zoo can take around 30-1h30 MAX it not a big place
