Fantastic experience: Was a good day out my wee girl got a kiss from the sealion it cost 9 euro then we went on bottom glass boat it was okay just get fish following around the boat was it worth the £££ not sure

Negative experience: Ok, so to be positive we had two experiences here, the 20 minute jet ski and the hour long kayak. Both were ‘fun’ within the limitations imposed. However… 1) The jet ski had only a 2 minute instruction with no checks to make sure you understood how to operate the jet ski. Having been on a jet ski tour before elsewhere, we luckily had experience. But a hurried 1 minute control instruction, a brief explanations on the route allowed and safe distances, and off you went! Basically, you went round in an oval between two markers having to wait if the other jet ski was slower in order to maintain a safe distance. Now it was fun, but by the time we got to 20 minutes I was getting a bit bored. The limited, safe operations instruction was concerning if you’ve never been on a jet ski before. We weren’t asked about prior experience either. 2) The kayaking, described in the blurb as a chance to explore the beautiful bay of Caleta de Fuste with the option to stop to swim. It also explains there will be training prior to show you how to best paddle without being tired etc etc. we were told not to go beyond the white markers. There was ZERO instruction, we weren’t even asked to put on life jackets! We had to ask and were told they were over there if we wanted! We were put in the kayak, handed a paddle and sent off. We followed the white markers across the bay expecting to cross, and explore, hoping to reach the beach across where it was shallow enough to get off at the beach or swim in shallow waters where we could get back on with ease. Nope! We were whistled from the land by a life guard to get back and met by a jet ski from the centre telling us to stay within a certain area. Basically, you need to go round in circles in a relatively small area in kayaking terms. The price was for an hour! We were bored after 20 minutes and headed back after 30. There was no way we could stop and swim and get back on in deep water. Not worth the money! Misleading information in their advertising! Now there may be a good reason why you aren’t even allowed to cross the bay but that’s not explained. The limitations aren’t explained until after you’ve paid. If you’ve never kayaked before and fancy a going round and round in circles around a small section of the bay then ok, but don’t expect to head off around it to explore. Very disappointing!

Positive experience: Its difficult this 1. good places to eat. Really clear water where you can feed fish. Wheelchair friendly. The harbour has seal lions, you can pay and have your picture taken with the seal kissing your cheek but they are penned in. Around ten years age the seal was free, chasing fish around the harbour etc and now it seem to be just a money making scheme the seals seem well looked after but for me after seeing the seal free, something just doesn't seem right. The harbour it's self is a very nice place to seat with a drink and just watch the world go by

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to walk too / visit. The boats are always nice to look at. Nice to watch the fish being fed, If you're lucky you get to see the seal show, all for free. Nice coffee shop & ice cream counter. Reasonably priced. Would recommend, for adults, families & kids

Negative experience: (DO NOT COME) guys are verbally abusive and assaulted my girlfriend in an inappropriate manner also refused to refund us (also when police arrived they told us they would refund us (if we stayed quiet about our experience)

Positive experience: Lovely little harbour few bars to drink and eat and go on glass bottom boat and sit in a pool with a sealion

Negative experience: Dysfunctional. Disorganised. Ridiculous. We paid for tickets at particular times and when we turned up were told there was no booking. Waited 20 minutes. Managed to get out on the pedal boats. Came in at 4pm for our next booking on the crazy ufo, were told we had missed our slot when we were right on time. Absolute rip off.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful harbourside area in caleta de fuste. Nice to spend a few hours there walking, enjoying the beach and the cocktail bars whilst watching the world go by.

Negative experience: Hired a peddle boat for myself and my 2 children for an hour the man who we paid told us were we could go and off we went. The sea was really choppy pulling us out to sea and we did get abit to close to the buoys because of this .As soon i as realised i started to peddle quickly to the middle.the next thing i knew was a whistle being blown and the guy coming over on his boat shouting and dragged us back never felt so humiliated didnt even give me a chance to explain.paid 28 euros for 15 minutes didnt even get the chance to use the slide and had 2 very upset kids. Would never use this company again and nothing but rude.

Fantastic experience: Amazing view and amazing things to do, the glass boat is very fun, 30 minutes out in the sea, you can see lots of fish and even rays and also abandoned fishing boats and bikes covered in coral it’s quite small inside so you might get claustrophobic, however if you feel nauseous you are able to go up deck and have space to breathe, also it’s super cheap so it’s definitely worth it especially for kids✌️

Fantastic experience: Great place to wander around and take in the views. At around 10:30 am most mornings you can watch them feeding the sea lions.

Positive experience: Great for the little kids feeding the fish. But don't let them put the nets in the water and scare the fish. It is a nature conservation zone. So don't be a moron keep your kids under control.

Positive experience: Puerto Castillo is undoubtedly a touristic spot, but it offers a variety of options for young and old. Bars, restaurants, shops, boat and/or fishing trips and even an acqua parc made of inflatable obstacles to have some water fun. Worth spending a morning or an afternoon here.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful team with lots of activities to choose from at a reasonable price. They spoke English well and did what they could to ensure a good time and make it worth the purchase. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great little harbour with lots of activities to choose from, I was a bit torn on seeing captive sea lions / in this day and age is this still a thing- as humans have we not moved on from this??? But then again, it did look fun and my little one is pestering to have a swim with them! We also went on the jetski which was great

Fantastic experience: We Visited the Inflatable water park this week and the kids had the best hour . Abby was an Angel and helped the kids whenever they fell in or couldn’t make a jump ☺️ So worth a visit and watch the sea lions on the way by . ❤️

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Lovely clean area Lovely food and ice cream Beautiful white sand beach and green clear water. Lots of fish swimming and around and crabs chilling on rocks Lots of friendly stray cats also. Will definitely return here it’s truly amazing

Fantastic experience: This gave us such lovely memories. The glass bottom boat was good fun (if not a little cramped) but worth the euros. Also, the sea fishing was one of the most entertaining experiences I've had. I would do it again when I go back...

Negative experience: Disappointed 6 year old. Hired a jet ski for myself and my son twice. First experience was excellent so rebooked. Second experience was a total nightmare. Ski kept cutting out leaving us stranded on several occasions. We went ashore and it was confirmed that machine was faulty. Asked for another session and was told “not possible fully booked”. That’s fine but we only had half a usable session so can you refund half our money…….. “not possible”. They were prepared to let my son go with one of the staff for a ride for 5mins but that defeats the purpose of taking him on an activity with his Dad and he didn’t want to go with a stranger. Please beware they are only interested in taking your money. Really disappointed, clearly won’t be back.

Positive experience: Best experience ever would do it again, recommend it to anyone who is curious. little cunning how the lady clearly blocked my partner and others taking pics so we have to buy the pics they take, hence reason for a 3 star and not 5 but apart from that it was unbelievable experience. Try get a few snaps yourself to save spending the hefty 30+ euros for pictures.
