Pet Hollywood Pet Store

Negative experience: First impression is that it's a very big store with many items for all kinds of pets, but on both occasions i visited the store, there was only me and another person looking at items, the store clerk was suspiciously following us around, looking like re-arranging items on the shelfs , but watching us.. maybe he thought we wanted to steal a dog collar or some nonsense, anyway, not really a welcoming feeling walking around the store. The lights were dimmed or mostly turned off. I was looking to purchase a cat tree, but the prices were really expensive, like, realllllyyyy expensive. Also there is no website, but all links point to a facebook page, assuming everyone uses facebook? well .. am not returning.

Fantastic experience: This is the best petstore I've seen in years. You really find everything in this store for your pet. I didn't have time to see it all, but that gives me an excuse to return and for sure I will do that.

Positive experience: This place is like a wearhouse store for pet supplies. Its over filled with cheep toys and random unrelated products which have nothing to do with pets (human slippers for example) I recommend isolation of any aquarium plants or fish for three weeks before adding to your tank. We have had snails and algae take over our tank after purchase for this store. Staff is helpful and friendly

Positive experience: Great and good variety of accessories and hygienic products for dogs. I don't like so much the food brands sold here, but is because my dog ears BARF.
