Negative experience: This pet supply shop also operates as a DHL package point but they clearly hate it because they can’t even be bothered to greet people who walk in. Unkind, rude, unprofessional. If they hate it so much, why don’t they just stop doing the DHL thing?

Eerlijk gezegd snappen wij deze review niet zo goed. Wij zeggen namelijk tegen iedereen gedag en zijn altijd beleefd. Als wij bezig zijn met klanten kunnen we soms weleens iemand missen als we in gesprek zijn. Dit is normaliter absoluut niet onze gang van zaken. Wij zijn graag DHL punt en helpen ook iedereen met alle liefde. Hopelijk heeft u volgende keer een betere ervaring! Met vriendelijke groet, Dierenexpert Benji
Negative experience: On March 25 we were visiting the area and we bought 2 cat foods. We normally live 120 kilometers away. They food was expired. After contacting the store we found out that we need to drive again to the store. Our mistake thus it was that we shiped from a pet shop not close to our house and did not check the expiration date. I called today to verify that it is ok to visit the store next week (2 weeks later from the purchace since we live far away) The store replied that this was ok and that my new cat food is expecting me. I asked for a refund and not for a replacement but I was schooled from an employee that this is not possible and they threatened to hung up the phone if I did not agree. I called again to ask them to at least ship the new cat food but after answering the phone they currently have me over 15 minutes on hold because they are really busy (edit: I hung up after 30 minutes). Since they have already threatened to hung up the phone and refused to refund me after selling me an expired cat food I think what they do is retaliation. According to the law I am entitled to a refund not just a replacement (after all its cat food and I had to buy it from somewhere else). I would really like to find out what the reply will be this time. Mistakes happen, but their behavior towards me is unprofessional. Everything is recorded I would love to be contradicted.

We hebben uiteindelijk (het is bij ons op zaterdag echt heel druk) telefonisch contact gehad en het samen netjes geregeld, dat doen wij met alle klanten.
We hebben in het eerste telefoon gesprek gezegd op te hangen omdat u als klant tegen mij ging schreeuwen. Dat soort gedrag gaan wij niet op in.
Met het 2de telefoon gesprek ging dat echt veel beter en was er begrip voor elkaars standpunt.
We sturen de nieuwe zakken nu kosteloos op. Want zo ver gaat onze service als klanten gewoon met ons praten..
