With over 25 years of experience, our team of aquarists are experts in dealing with any problems in fish keeping ; cichlids, cold water fish, gold fish, koi , planted tank ,tropical fish and turtles. Our problem solving goes to the source of the issue, we do not do shortcuts or patching up. Negative experience: They refused to help me pack 7 goldfish for international travel ( just to add oxygen to the bags) , I would pay for the service but they said are “held up” . V bad .
Dear Cristina, As we explained in our previous conversation, we cannot provide services or assistance on fishes which we did not source for you or aquarium that we did not setup or provide services to . There are so many variables that can go wrong on an unknown setup or health of fishes. If
something goes wrong, it is easier to say it was at our fault and blame us. It might look a 5 mins job for you, but for us it will be an indept analysis of the health of the fishes. You might have noticed, our main drivers are the health, love and care of the fishes, not money or fame like other pets shop or providers. We hope you understand that and it is one of the main reason we did not provide the service you were looking for.
Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with blue-green algae for months and tried every piece of advice online and every product I could find with no luck at all. In desperation I reached out to SA Aquatic for expert advice and within 10 days of implementing their tips, the blue-green algae was gone! I've attached pictures so you can see the amazing results. SA Aquatic were extremely helpful and gave me professional advice. Things I hadn't read on any forums. They focused on fixing the underlying issues rather than adding products. I could also tell they really care about the wellbeing of the fishes. If you're considering them for the maintenance of your fish tank, I have no doubt they will keep it in top shape!
