Fantastic experience: Amadeu cleaned my pond and installed the new pump last week. He did a thorough and very good job explaining everything and providing advice on how to look after my fish. He was polite and would call in advance to let me know when he was arriving. I can highly recommend Amadeu and will be using his services again.

Fantastic experience: I would make it six stars if I could! Amadeu has done the most perfect renovation of my tired and silt filled garden pond! He took the greatest care with the fish and plants and explained everything he was doing. It was fascinating to watch him at work as he is very skilled and has a genuine love of nature and water. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his work and the benefits of water for as humans and wildlife. The pond is looking fresh and healthy, the fish are thrilled too. I was delighted to see that he worked pretty much entirely with clean fresh water at different pressures to restore the pond, no nasty chemicals. Really interesting. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: First of all, Amadeu interpersonal skills are excellent, very nice, and warm person. His knowledge and experience were first class, Amadeu gave me many tips on how to look after my fish and maintain the pond. When he started the work, he explained each step of the process and why. Once he completed the cleaning of the pond, I was so pleased the pond was like new and the water was crystal clear. Amadeu and his assistance then continued to clean and tidy up. Very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Aquar aqua care. You will not be disappointed.

He gave clear and thorough advice on a range of issues relating to feeding, cleaning, oxygenation, plants, and of course the fish themselves. He understood all my requirements and gave patient, thoughtful responses on all issues, based on his own experience of his tanks and his successful business. Amadeu followed up with extremely helpful links and information after the consultation. He was great to deal with and a pleasure to meet. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Amedeu yesterday. Came to clear, clean, treat and and refill our (quite large) garden pond yesterday. He also serviced the pump, aerator, UV and filtration units and did a wonderful job. Amadeu is knowledgeable, polite, efficient and helpful and we won't hesitate to have him back again. Thoroughly recommend him to anyone requiring garden pond services including fish care (although we don't have any).

Fantastic experience: Our pond was very dirty, and had a bad odour. So I asked Aquari Aqua Care to have a look at it and suggest the best recommendations to bring back to it's glory. We couldn't have had a better service, the pond was cleaned and redecorated. It has been 5 months working with them. They provide monthly maintenance on our pond. They have a great customer service, very friendly, always working to keep us updated on their services to us. They are honest and the service is a very good value for money for sure.
